Great experience! Awesome customer service. Made an appointment to get a new set of tires on Friday. I was greeted by Tiffany by my name upon entering the store as if they were expecting me!. Fast and friendly service, definitely recommend this store.

I had taken my vehicle to GY three times because I knew that I had a leak. I was putting air in this same tire for a month 😩 because they insisted that the tire was good. My friend recommended that I go to Mavis on Hwy 85.This shop offered a very pleasant experience! The crew Mike and Rodrick were professional and spot on in finding the problem. Rodrick found that leak and showed me where it was. It took no time to replace it and I was on my way. It was so nice to choose how much I wanted to pay my replacement. This is my new place now.

I have been coming to this location for the last couple of years and each time there seems to be a different staff; however this time, hands down, has been THE BEST experience I’ve ever had. Mike is awesome and makes sure that the job is done right and everything is explained. Even though GA roads keep me needing tires, I won’t be going anywhere else as long as Mike is here at this location!!

The customer service I received at this Mavis location was exceptional! The Store manager was cheerful and friendly when I entered the store. I showed up here believing that I need an alignment and had previously gone to another Mavis location. They had quoted me a price but were too busy to complete the work that day. The manager was more than willing to match the price quoted by the other location and said the work could be done within about 45 minutes. I was surprised and very appreciative. After some time, a mechanic came out to discuss the vehicle with me and I was I very frustrated to find out that I actually needed a control arm in addition to the alignment, which was way outside of my budget that day. I was totally stressed out. I decided to not do the work due to finances and attempted to drive away with just the alignment although the mechanic did not recommend that. I didnt make it far before I realized that was a mistake. I returned to the location and they put the car back up on the lift and showed me what the problem was. This was very helpful because I didnt really understand what the mechanic told me about the problem. It would not have been safe for me to drive away, so I had to leave my car overnight, but I have no other vehicle and I didnt have a way home. Tiffany, told me again not to worry, that she was going to take care of me. She went out of her way to drive me all the way to my home! Where can you get service like that?!?!? She told me that she would take care of me and she really did! When I showed up to pick the car back up she gave me a great deal knowing my finances were strained at that moment. I dont even know if she knows how much she really did for me. I thank her for being such a caring human being during a time when everyone else seems to be using COVID as an excuse to give poor service! She really represents this company with the utmost thoughtfulness, care, and consideration. I am thankful I decided to come to this location and they will continue to get my business because of this experience. Thank you to Tiffany and the mechanics that worked on my car!

We love Mavis... they have amazing customer service... they really took care of us when we were in a bind. We used them before when we got the other vehicle all four done and we went back because of their awesome customer service... they kept my horrible day from getting worst.

I showed up not having the first clue as to what was wrong with my car. It was about a 2 hour wait but I explained that I had an exam due at 5pm. He was able to get my car back within 45 minutes and was able to diagnose the problem. Rodrick, then left to go get the supplies needed to complete the job and finished within the hour. I was so amazed by how quickly they took care of me!! 10 out of 10 service. Would recommend to anyone needing help, especially if you find yourself in a pinch. ☺️

I called Mavis Tires & Brakes and inquired about a new set of tires for my vehicle on short notice this past Sunday, August 22, 2021. They accommodated me with less than three hours to go before closing.Everyone was nice and professional and they did a good job with fitting my vehicle with new, balanced tires. The car rides smooth and very straight.I’d recommend them to anyone. You’re in good hands.

Tiffany and Mark are fantastic! I had an issue with my car after getting repairs done 3 weeks ago at another Mavis location. This location took very good care of my car and did the repair. I don’t like dealing with businesses with bad customer service. It is evident that they take care of the customer. Moving forward, I will get my car serviced at the Fayetteville store.

Tiffany and Kelley were very professional! I came in for brakes and rotors for the front and the back and an oil change because I have to go out of town tonight. I usually go to the Mavis in Decatur. However, the one in Union City was closer to me but they werent accepting any more walk-ins for the day but I would accept my car under the condition that I wouldnt get it back until tomorrow.  When I called this Mavis in Fayetteville they scheduled my appointment the same day and I was able to get my car back within 2 hours! Also, I used the Flex Shopper option that they have so I didnt have to come out of pocket the same day which works perfect because not only do I have to go out of town but RENT AND TUITION IS DUE and my car needed some work! Tiffany was a very big help!! I really appreciate yall!!!!

Happy with the service. Had to get an alignment due to another driver running me off the road. Tiffany was very good.

Brought in the vehicle with a screw in the tire to Mavis. Some mistakes were made repairing it and I spoke to Sheldon, the store manager. Sheldon went above and beyond to correct the mistake and gave me a brand new tire for free. I was ready to never return to Mavis with my four vehicles but Sheldon and his employees changed my mind. Its customer service like that, that makes a business great.

Bought a new set of tires and 9 months later the sidewall of my left rear blew out..They would not admit it was a faulty tire and wanted to charge for a new tire plus mounting and balance.. Edit: the Mavis store next to Lowes took very good care of me and I will be back..

I came here for oil change and break pads and without my permission they put routers and ask additional money which I never asked and they never quoted before. I was coming here for long time but from now I will never come back here again. There is a new guy on the front desk today which I never see in past who is trying to rip off people. Really disappointed this time. Please don’t go there, I have a feeling now they never service your car and give your car back to you as it is. My car start making noise after this and when I told them and they agreed and acted rude when I told them to fix. Is this how you guys treated you customers?

Thanks to all the workers at Mavis especially Mark who changed brake pads, rotors, and greased the which were rusted inside the caliper. Okay so here is the deal at Mavis Tires. Specifically the location at 1110 GA Hwy 85, closer to the Fayette Pavilion near Lowes. I wanted to purchase an old 2002 Ford 150 truck from a guy and needed to get a full diagnostic on it. Im talking about a full everything. Mavis scheduled a time for me to bring the truck to them. They gave me a report and suggested the truck was a good buy and I could bring it back to them to take care of any of the repairs So i purchased the truck and took it back to Mavis to fix the things they recommended. As with any old vehicle you fix one thing and something else jumps off. So after they repaired everything The truck is running absolutely fantastically. The service was great, the communication was great, the price was great, and the crew is really great. Great Job!

I went for an oil change. I made an appointment the day before. They got me in, fast service. Plus they had a coupon online so I saved a little. They also made suggestions of future services.

Mavis makes common checks with oil changes like brakes, tires. While 5 stars is a perfect experience, 4 stars is great, just not perfect. They simply look over your vehicle and they do what they say!
