The staff were super accommodating and friendly. They squeezed me in last minute when I really needed my brakes done and made me aware of the issues. The price was good and I will definitely be coming back for reliable service in the future if needed.

Great place to have your 🚙 or 🚚 fixed or maintained. Theyve done oil changes, tires, tune ups and exhaust work for me on my last 3 cars. These 392s require a special synthetic oil 0w-30 full synthetic. Other shops werent sure the proper oil to use or the proper tire size. Meineke knows these Hemis as good if not better than the dealer, and a heck of a lot cheaper!!! Ive had no complaints and always fast and friendly service. Its hard to find a good mechanic you can trust. Theyve keep my 392 Hemis in tip top shape. I would recommend this shop to friends and family. Meineke is that place you look for for peace of mind! The folks at Meineke were incredibly helpful. They helped walk me through the options when my AC condenser went kaput. And once I decided to get the work done they were very responsive, called me when the parts came in and got the work completed quickly.

Went in for AC check expecting it to be fixed just to tell me they couldn’t fix my a/c bc the system was clogged . The price should’ve been reduced since they couldn’t fix my problem even with the policy of “We’re confident you’ll be 100% satisfied.” Nothing was satisfying about my service for $150 to get NOTHING fixed on my car. It was basically paying that much to diagnose it.

I called prior to coming in and Sherry told me I could be serviced. I came right in because I needed service urgently. Based on my chat with her I thought there would be a long line or wait, but I guess this was kind of an assumption. Once I got there we did all the normal paper work and Michael started a diagnostic pretty quickly. He came back shortly and explained everything very throughly and in terms that made sense, not like a sleazy car repair guy. I had my kiddos with me and Sherry said it was fine for us to have lunch on their patio so we did. Then we chatted it up with her and another customer and the service was already done! I would definitely recommend, they are great

The front desk person was very nice. I asked for a tuneup and oil change. They only completed the oil change and B.S.d on why they didnt complete the tune up.

This is the perfect place to waste your time. At 9:40am I went to do an oil change and at 10:45am I received a phone call telling me the oil had been changed, the guy that changed it also mentioned me he recommended to change a piece my car needed, he said it wouldnt take long. It was 1:25pm and I was still waiting for the piece to be changed, I asked the lady at the desk what was going on and she finally said they were waiting for the piece to arrive and they already had removed the piece in my car. I was never told in the first place they didnt have the piece and that I had to wait more than four hours for it. I ended up leaving that place after 2:50pm and they just took less than 30 minutes to put the piece in my car. They charge too much for the little professionalism they offer. I will never ever go back there.

My experience was phenomenal ! Michael and Sherry were amazing with me and walked me through the step by step process when it came to replacing my headlight assembly! They kept great communication. And even tho it was Almost last minute before closing that the parts arrived the mechanics tag teamed to put the head lights and send me on my way !

My cars parking brake was rusted in place and needed to be replaced. I decided to have all the other brakes serviced and now my car feels smoother while driving without the breaks feeling like they are sticking.

I am very pleased with their service and professionalism. Their free towing service is what drew me to first consider them. They have free towing for the first 5 mile radius, and then $5 per mile after that. I fell within the 5 miles radius. On the night before, the serpentine belt on my camry popped while I was driving, which led to many things failing on my car...(alternator, water pump, steering pump, etc). I was able to make it home, but before I did, my battery light was on, my check engine was on, I was driving with the engine temp needle above the H for several minutes. Anyways, my car was both smoking and leaking something in my drive way. The people at Meineke fixed my car for a great price, I DID NOT feel I was overcharged at all. They told me everything that was wrong with my car due to the belt breaking, how my broken service belt took out my engines water pump, and other things. They gave me the full tax price to fix and I agreed. Again, I felt it was a great reasonable price. What I really love about this place is that after my car was fixed, they offered one of their employees to pick me up to take me to the shop. While paying, they didnt hassle me about other problems I had with the car. I had a couple of pre-existing problems with my car before the broken belt incident, nothing major, but I love how they didnt try to spell doom and gloom for my car if I didnt get everything fixed that day; because if this, I definitely recommend their service to all of Fayetteville.

After taking my vehicle elsewhere (grrrrr) and being taken advantage of by greedy incompetent service writers. I stopped by nearly ready cut my losses and trade my problem away. I was greeted with the warmest most professional team possible. Mystery solved! Solution at last! I’m happy happy happy.

My experience at Meineke off Yadkin was great. I took my car to get serviced there after leaving the Jeep dealer shop. My car was idling rough and dying sporadically. However, after working on it for just a couple of days, the techs were able to find the unlikely problem and fix it. I would recommend anyone to Meineke off Yadkin, they have experienced mechanics and great customer service there.

This business from what ive seen, actually does a decent job but I think they way overcharge. I was charged just short of $120 to only recharge my AC(not even fix it) and $180 for 2 hours of testing to tell me whats wrong with my car. $300 and absolutely nothing was fixed. I was not happy about that so I will not be taking my car here again.

My car would not start previously Meineke replaced the starter. The car ran ok for a couple months. It was started ok but when driving it vibrated like something was lose .I back to them try to talk a male that at the counter about the he said he could not help. Nov 12 2020 I when back toMeineke and because my car would not start .I was told that I need to paid $104.00 plus taxes for a diagnostic . I paid the fee she ask for my visa and ID. I thought it was strange to ask for my ID. I received a call on 13 Nov 2020 asking for payment of second diagnostics which I agreed.I when to get my car and then the problem was the key fob. I when to a lock smith he use his diagnostic tool and there was no problem with key fob.

Have been taking my car here since 2019. Never had a single how they do business. Always keep me up to date on what is happening and what will happen to my car. Love taking my car to get worked on here.

Went in for just a state inspection and ac evac and recharge and so far so good. They finished exactly when they said they would, notified me immediately. The woman at the front desk was very nice and knew what she was talking about. The ac is blowing cold on day 2 and I’m going back Friday for a leak inspection and will update then.

The guys at the shop were very professional, and from what I could tell, they did a good job with replacing the parts and brakes. Very worthwhile investment to have good mechanics who will do what theyre supposed to do to help to customer.

Was having issues with my crankshaft position sensor. I had changed it out myself and went through the manual relearn procedure. Well I was still having issues meineke was able to troubleshoot and fix the problem and always kept me informed to let me know what the way forward is best and letting me know an accurate estimate of cost. Also I had a broken whell stud that they were able to replace for a lot less than expected.

The service was great but about a mile or so down the road my center cap fell off and is now broken and unusable

I have been going here for years and the service is excellent. They are honest and upfront and very respectful. Being a female they dont take advantage of me and try to make a quick dollar. They explain everything and Ive never had any problems after they have worked on my vehicles. This is the only place I will go and trust to work on my vehicles. Great staff and excellent service.

This best place to get your oil change especially if your on Fort Bragg or in the surrounding areas . They check all your vehicle fluids and tires . The woman that owns it is very kind and knowledgeable of cars .

Ive given up trying to find an honest auto shop. But this one is different. Service staff was very good. They didnt fit the problem & clearly explained what the problem was & why they couldnt. Very nice place. Left an excellent impression.

I called before I came in to get an oil change. The number I called was the number to the direct store. The person told me to come into the store. I drove fifteen minutes to get there once I got there the lady asked the make and model of my car, she asked for my address and all of the normal stuff. She proceeds to go outside and looks at my car then stated they are packed and can’t take my car. I told her I called fifteen minutes prior and was told to come in. She told me the number I called was customer service however how ironic is it I call the number while I’m in the store the phone rings she picks up the phone I hang up my phone . I immediately called customer service the shop was not packed they close at six and it’s barely even 2. If I could give less than one star I WOULD.

Service was quick and everyone was very kind and professional. Everything was explained tho me who I could make an intelligent decision. I didnt feel like I was taken advantage of either.

Fast service for my inspection. Very nice staff, these people seem honest. I know a lot about cars since I use to tune/remap ecus. While I was there a woman was getting her car diagnosed. The diagnosis came back with one of the emission/vacuum leak (solenoid) problems that they could have tried to pitch to repair but told the customer about a tsb (tech service bulletin) out there that had notes that the repair was covered by a dealer recall.

DO NOT GO HERE. I went here on April 03, 2019 and they were gonna charge me $172.00 just to change out a bulb on my headlight. WAY OVERPRICED and a big integrity violation in my opinion. If you like spending your hard earned money at an overpriced job then go here, if not look somewhere else. I only rated them a 2 star due to the customer courtesy they gave me. Other than that they will gladly finesse your hard earnings with no hesitation.

Went to get inspection and I was in and out in a timely manner

I went here to get a problem diagnosed on my car because it was making a whining sound when accelerating and while the air conditioner was running. They told me it would cost $99 just to diagnose the car. Then they came back and told me it was my compressor and the whole AC package had to be replaced and that it would cost close to $2k to get it done and that it would be done wrong if I took it somewhere else. So, a week later I go back in and authorise the work to be done. Three days later, I pick up my vehicle and now it sounds worse than when I took it in! How is this possible? Whenever I turn right or left, the car whines like something was tampered with. The vehicle still runs like it did and still has the noise whenever first accelerating. They did not diagnose the problem correctly and now I have to take it back in to figure out what is going on and what they did to make it sound worse. If youre military, stay away from this place. While it is conveniently off Fort Bragg on Yadkin Rd, they have shoddy repair service, do not communicate well with the client, do not diagnose problems correctly or fully, and perform truly poor maintenance on the vehicle. This place is terrible! Enter it at your own risk.

This place is absolutely terrible. I was told by the general manager, Michael, to take up my issues of sexual harassment with one of their employees and a misdiagnoses of my car to corporate. The call center told me multiple times that I deserved a refund but NO ONE did anything. I have been going back and forth between the store and the call center since March...each person telling me something different. I am currently supposed to be waiting on a call back from corporate and Sherry, the store owner. That still hasn’t happened it’s been almost a month. They don’t care about you or your car, they just want to get the most money they can out of you.I am currently driving a new car, because my old one was no longer drivable after taking it here and getting it “fixed”. If I had the funds I would absolutely sue them, I am trying to figure out how I can after my semester in college is over. I definitely feel I’ve been taken advantage of and lied to. I will never forget this terrible experience.DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE.

I came into the Meineke store, located at 6017 Yadkin Rd. in Fayetteville, NC, at 7:45am for an oil change and to have my brakes and tires checked. 30 minutes into the service, Kevin Bradshaw came out to inform me that I needed new front brake pads rotors, but my tires were in good condition. I told him to change my rotors and pads. 30 minutes later, Kevin came back out to inform me that I had an oil leak (which I had never seen evidence of before) and that it was causing build up under the hood of my car. He told me that he needed to change the gaskets, which I consented to. I proceeded to sit and wait in the waiting area for a total of 5 hours until Kevin came to inform me that they had issues removing a gasket. When I paid for the maintenance ($535), I drove off and noticed my steering wheel shaking. It was not shaking prior to taking it to Meineke. I called Meineke to ask if they performed an alignment, I was asked to drive back to Meineke. When I arrived, Kevin took the vehicle for a drive and when he return to the parking lot, he drove the vehicle straight to the maintenance bay. After waiting another 30 minutes, Kevin came and asked me if Id had those issues before. I informed him that I was not experiencing those issues. He informed me that they were going to remove the front tires and attempt to assess the situation. After waiting another hour and a half, I was finally informed that the manager, Michael Cochran, was returning from a test drive, with my vehicle. Michael then informed me that the reason my steering wheel was shaking was because my rear tires were bad and the belt was broken on one tire. I was previously informed that my tires were good though. Michael, then proceeded to tell me that the car was driving funny afterwards because they rotated my tires which caused the steering wheel to start shaking. To correct the issue, they put the wheels back in their original place and there shaking stopped. I spent my entire work day at Meineke. I am very displeased with my service. This issue should not ever happen to anyone, especially someone such as myself who has been a loyal Meineke customer and credit card holder for nearly 10 years.

I will never go back, I was lied to and over charged. Was told my engine was locked, and my car would no longer go into drive to go forward. When the toe truck arrived, he put it in drive and we pushed it on the toe truck. Went to another mechanic and the timing was off, the engine wasn’t locked. Which is what I originally told them was wrong. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. The one star is only because google, wouldn’t let me post it otherwise.

Ive been here on multiple occasions to have cars diagnosed. They charge $91 after tax for the diagnosis. If you decline services at this shop they keep the diagnosis sheet with the details and cost. Then to top it off they wanted to charge $85 for a air cabin filter. I found the filter for $19 at Auto zone and put it in through the glove box in 5 minutes myself. I feel foolish for ever using them. I now believe everything they do is overpriced.

Major retailers, like Walmart, have already stopped using signatures. Target told The New York Times on Sunday that it will stop requiring customers to provide a signature in April

This place took my car for hours to diagnose and treat an A/C issue and pulled it into a garage and let it sit there. I brought it in at 0815 and left at 1335 for them to have done nothing with it.

I drove a thousand miles to come visit my son. My car was having serious issues. Instead of trying to push unnecessary parts and labor on me the manager was honest in regards to the actual extent of damage to my car. He was very understanding and caring. One of the best experiences Ive ever had. I ended up having to rent a car to get home and even got a phone call making sure I got home safely. Would definitely go there if I lived in the area.

AVOID AT ALL COST!!!I made and appointment here using the online appointment service to re-connect a vacuum line on my ac system for the next day at 12pm. The online service had a coupon for an ac inspection. I thought that its was a great deal. Got to the shop the next day 20 minutes early, said i had an appointment. I was told that it would be at least a two hour wait even with my appointment, and to try again later or tomorrow... Then who im guessing was the owner came out, and told me to do what i wanted they had to do a full diagnostic on my truck and it would be $90.00 just for that, and that my ac problem was electrical. Now at this point no one had even looked at my truck. The owner pushes the employees to add on unnecessary services to jack up the cost. The employees were nice and tried to help, but the owner caught them being helpful and not shoving sales at me, and pretty much told me that I either paid for the diagnostic or just leave. This place is the worst place for someone that doesnt know much about cars.

I love this shop. Now, this is not to say that I like that I have to have my vehicle repaired...alot. But James and the staff at Meineke are always helpful, and try to do things as fast as they can. Initially, I had to use Meineke because of the warranty I have on my crappy vehicle. And the only reason I feel comfortable using the first name of the manager of the shop is because I have been there way too much. Because of my warranty, price isnt an issue for me, so I cannot comment on that. But they have been professional, conscientious and feel they have looked out for me. Even if I lose the warranty, or get another vehicle that needs a repair that I or my husband cannot do, we will take it to this shop because we trust them.

Told me it would take 1 hour to do an alignment, for 79 dollars then 2 hours later they said I needed a 4 wheel alignment for 190 dollars! They had done nothing for 2 hours! I’ll never get that time back smh if you read this. I would not recommend for Anyone

The customer service was top knotch the actual service left much to be desired. It took close to four hours to change my breaks. It wasnt busy when I came in either.

Dont go here, they charged me an inspection fee and then tried charging 2 hrs labor for a 15 minute weld job, with no warranty. And quotes over a grand for a $300 part and an hr of labor. Go anywhere else!

TOTAL SCAM ARTISTS!!!! They lied and told me that they rotated my tires, but I marked all four tires and they didnt rotate any of them. They also told me I needed new tires even though I have less than 10,000 miles on my tires. It took over an hour just for an oil change, which I had an appointment for. There were seven people working there, but all of them were just playing on their phones and talking. The staff was extremely rude. They refused any compensation for not rotating my tires. I had my tires checked at a tire shop and they said my tires still have 80% left. These guys wont be in business long with this kind of service.

Came down from Maine to purchase an RV we won on EBay. The RV came with lots of issues so we called the Local Ford dealer. They said they had two weeks worth of worth and couldnt even talk to us on the phone about our brake issues. So we tried Meineke on Yadkin Rd. What a professional team they have there! Mike spoke on the phone with us and gave us some ideas of what it could be. He said we could bring it over in the morning (its was 4:15pm already that day). They were awesome. They spoke with me and my husband about what they will look for and when they will call. They followed through on all their promises and really did their best to do right by us. We made it safely back to Maine towing our Volvo and didnt experience one problem. They are best team! Not to mention the work is warrantied at all Meinekes across the country.
