My dealership that I always go to was booked until December. I decided to try out Hoffman based on the positive reviews.. I asked for an oil change and my tires to be filled. Specifically for the air because I get anxiety doing it myself… Left Hoffman and my digital tire gage didn’t change. Called back to confirm but was told wait 15 miles.. Decided to stop at a dealership in the area to be told air was not put in.. Yes, this is not a mountain-sized issue. But I asked 3 times for air. For that 1 thing not to be done annoys me. So first and last visit.. Sticking to my dealership from now on. (3 stars are for Scott’s great customer service).

This shop was referred to me by a former customer who highly recommended them because of their outstanding service and attention to detail. I interacted with the owner and the front office staff and they were genuinely concerned and attentive to my situation. They WILL take very good care of your car.

I had a great experience at this Hoffman in Fayetteville Georgia. Went to another place to do an oil change and they handed me the new filter and told me to go to the last place I did my oil change because they couldn’t get the housing(? I think) opened to put it in. I went to Hoffman and they tried for two hours to get it opened. They were very patient and kind. Didn’t charge me extra. When I left, they called me back because the car had developed an oil leak. Even though it was closing time, they spent more time to put it up on the lift and fixed it! Put in a new filter etc. I ended paying $55 for parts and labor!! Would have paid more. It was totally worth it! The owner even tried to get me a rental because I had a very important appointment at 8am the next morning. Customer Service was A++. I recommend them 100 percent!!

I stopped yesterday because I was on the way to work. It was raining so it was critical that the tire that was low be inflated to optimal psi, and the girl who works there said itd be an hour wait till I could get 1 tire inflated. She clearly doesnt care for her community and this is why women should stay in the kitchen. Scared to get a little wet? So I went across the street to Midas where they helped me right away! Plus this store is the one who totally crashed my Dads 1969 Plymouth Road Runnerby leaving all 5 lug nuts off of his driver side tire. No excuse me, they had put them on the wheel stud but they were only spun a couple times... definitely not satisfied with their consideration for the people in thier community. Thats why I give them 2 stars

This was my second time using hoffman auto and they did am excellent job. my alignment was done for only $75 and they reset my TPMS and got the light off my dash without me asking. excellent shop and I will definitely continue to go there.

I have never seen a company work as fast as this one. I walked in at 8am and by 830am they knew what was going on and called my warranty company to get me fixed right up. They did say 2 days to fix but by 130pm I was getting the call to come pick up my Tahoe. Just amazing service they even did 2 oil changes on my other cars today too. So In total 3 cars in one day all serviced and with great quality. The atmosphere was welcoming and friendly I see why people love them and I must say I do to now. High five to Scott and his team

Moved to the Fayetteville area this past year, and got recommendations from friends to use Hoffman Tire Pros. Very glad we did. They did an alignment on our Jetta, then tested it and found it was still pulling, and the mechanic figured out the pull was being caused by tire conicity, i.e. the tire wasnt manufactured quite properly. But he tested the tire for saftey issues, then put it on one of the rear wheels. Car has been driving straight for a bit over 9,000 miles, and no wear on the bad tire in the rear. They could have easily sold me a new tire, but they were honest about the cause of pull, and that an easy fix was possible for that particular tire. Recently we had our Jetta 120,000 mile service done at Hoffman. Scott told me what needed to be done, and for the things that werent essential he gave options. I really appreciate a mechanic who is honest about what really needs to be done. They seem to actually prioritize customer care over milking customers for as much money they can make. Let me tell you all something about Hoffman tire pros, their staff while being led by the most awesome of awesome Scott is amazing. I went there for an alignment on my dodge durango and now have taken 4 of my family vehicles there now for all my vehicles needs!! And will be taking the remainder of them as well. For one they actually do what they say they are going to do. They do not try to upsell you. Scott is phenomenally knowledgeable. He lets you know the issues you are having, why you are having them and gives you the option to fix them. They have competitive prices and once they fix something you dont have to go back and pay more money for something they missed, all and all service is excellent and the vehicle is excellent. Only thing I wish now is that they had a cable company so I could leave Comcast. Besides that thank you Scott and the tire pros I look forward to continually working with you all!! Hoffman Tires is my go to auto mechanic shop. Always friendly, kind, honest and knowledgeable! A brake line repair originally done at PepBoys had to be redone a few months later by Hofmam Tires and I never had an issue again once Hoffman Tires completed the repair the second time. Hoffman Tire was able to repair a tire that Mavis Tire wouldnt repair while trying to sell me a new tire. Hoffman Tire is fast as well and their guys work hard to get your car ready! They are local here in Fayetteville. GA and they are a true bright spot in the County!

Went in on Saturday with my daughters car to check on a warning light that was on.Although they were real busy and didn’t have anything openings, the owner took time and scanned my daughters car to make sure it was safe to drive back to college.The problem was corrected and very grateful that he cared enough to help out with their busy schedule.Customer for life.Thank you.

My first experience at Hoffman Tire Pros was excellent! Im clueless when it comes to cars and was brave and took a chance. I thought I needed an alignment, but I didnt. Scott was very friendly, professional, and knowledgable! He told me all about my car and recommended that I go where I bought my tires to get them balanced/rotated for free. He could have easily made some easy money. I will definitely go here to service my car in the future and I recommend you go.

Resident of Jonesboro here, Monday’s Mill Road. After using them to replace tires and get an alignment I Couldn’t be happier even if I tried. Josh marked me down for what I needed as soon as I went in, and was told it would be an hour to do the work. After (Close to exactly) an hour I paid less than $100 for an alignment and it was AMAZING driving my car without a vibrating and shaking steering wheel any faster than 50 mph. Superb job for a superb price and from now on all my vehicles alignments and tire issues will be felt with by Hoffman’s

First time using Hoffman Tire. They were prompt, friendly, and customer oriented. I needed tires and an alignment and chose Hoffman based on their positive reviews. Their prices were even a little better than all of the large chain establishments, without the barrage of up-selling that one often has to deal with. I will gladly drive from Peachtree City to support their business.

Employees don’t wear masks even though Covid is raging at the moment. Totally not safe. Will never go back.

Aside from spelling my name wrong on my paperwork and when contacting me through text, they were the most respectful shop Ive interacted with. Appointment was started on time and they didnt try to push work I didnt want or need done. I will definitely be coming here in the future.EDIT: They contacted me within hours of posting to correct my name in their system, which was greatly appreciated. They definitely seem to respect their customers and take pride in the service they provide.

Owner was great came in late one afternoon with a Headlight out saying I had gotten a warning ticket day before had to.get light fixed. Shop was booked but owner took it upon himself to to change the bulb. Great customer service have been going there for years and it is service like this that keeps me coming back.

Good service, fast service, and fair prices. But no employees wear a mask....or gloves when interacting with customers or when inside a customer vehicle. The guy got out of my car and just handed me the key...no extra step for customer safety to even wipe down the steering wheel or touched surfaces.

Took about an hour and a half to get two tires 9atched from having nails in them. Waited at the location. Service was good. Only thing, I never received any paper work. When I arrived I told them the issue and they told me the time frame for it and I said ok. They told me to have a seat. 7 asked do I need to sign in or anything to hold my spot, but they said no. And then upon leaving, no paper work was given to me stating what work was done. The repairs were covered under warranty, but still would of liked some kind of paperwork to keep for my records. Overall, everything went good.

I went in for a wheel alignment and as it turns out after they spent 35 minutes with my car, one of the workers came out and said my car was not out of alignment and there was no charge. I truly appreciate the honesty which to me is so important. I would highly recommend Hoffman tire because of the integrity and full disclosure. I took my car there for a slow leak and my sensor was put on wrong by one of the workers,causing the Service Tire Pressure System light to come on and stay on,and that wasnt happening before they touched my Car,I went back up there and let the owner & one of the workers know about it,I was told that the guy that worked on my car only volunteers there on the weekend & they took my name and phone number and told me they would get in touch with the volunteer to find out what was exactly wrong and call me back to fix the problem,I told them that my Father just passed away & I needed it fixed ASAP because I have to drive out of the State for the Funeral and I needed the issue with my car corrected before I got on the Highway,that was a week ago and I havent heard from anybody at that shop,now I have to waste my time and gas to go back up to the shop in order for them to do what they said they would do.I could have been with my family already but I trusted and believed that they would call me back and they havent done so at all,its like they dont understand the urgency of a person whos Father has passed away and needs to have his vehicle right before getting on the Highway to see his Mother whos husband has just died.I heard good reviews about this place before I took my vehicle there,but if this is how a customer in my situation is treated then I will not do business with this place again and dont recommend that anybody else does.

Been getting tires and a variety of other services at Hoffmans for years and Ive always left extremely pleased with the amazingly low price I end up paying. With in-depth knowledge, due to family that also worked there in the past, I can say the Owner is a very kind and decent man.

Got new tires and oil change. I have used their services before and recommend them to others for vehicle services. Great staff / employees, they are up front, honest, friendly, and no hidden charges or services you dont need. Update, Nov 25, 2019 had to have my radiator replaced. Again the service was great, quick and friendly.

Came in for scheduled oil change. Done. They rotated my tires at no cost. I asked them to check balance of tires because of some shaking at a certain speed. Re-balanced my ties at no cost and the shaking is gone. Great place. Always very helpful.

Very pleased with their customer service. Josh knew his stuff and impressed me because he debunked bad info I was getting from other shops about wheel alignment on older BMWs. Their price was very competitive, but I gave Hoffman my business because of Josh’s knowledge and his responsive customer service. Will use them again.

Don’t go here if you want your requested work be done correctly. No attention to detail what so ever. I made an appointment requesting 5 wheels be mounted and balanced, my oil be changed, an alignment be performed and I asked them to investigate a leak somewhere in my rear end which is certain because there is a puddle in my garage. Here is a list of things they failed to do or did incorrectly:1. They failed to check for the leak2. They forgot to complete the oil change3. They failed to use some of my lugs that I provided for some reason4. They told me my extra center cap was in my jeep (which it is not, they kept it)5. They kept about some of my old lugs.6. They failed to call when the work was complete.7. They charged me for valve stems when I brought my own. (Came with the wheels)8. They stripped the threads on two of the wheels to where I can not use the center caps.9. I requested the tires be mounted where they already where, they completely disregarded my request like they did for everything else and mounted them where they wanted them to be, when I asked for it to be corrected the mechanic claimed he put them in the best “position” for a smooth rideOverall not a good experience at all. I would recommend you take your vehicle elsewhere to get the work completed correctly and to request. I do not plan to return to this shop as they pretty much didn’t listen to anything I said and did what they wanted to do.

In and out in less time than I was told to expect. Alignment seems to be perfect and cost was very reasonable. Hoffman tire is always my go to place for alignment and tires.

I forget to add a review along with the five stars but an edit was definitely in order! These guys are always amazing. They even took great care of me after my boyfriend cheated on them and took my truck to some nonsense shop. Hoffman fixed that shoddy work in 20 minutes flat I love those guys.

Great friendly customer service, very honest company. It was easy to a get a quote & schedule an appointment. Had front brakes replaced in a timely manner. After experiencing horrible customer service at other well known franchise tire shops this place was refreshing. Definitely will be going back for future repairs.

They were polite and have free wifi which is nice. But after waiting about 40 minutes I get ready to leave only to see that they changed the wrong tire...when I was asked which tire needed changing originally, I said front right, the one tire that is clearly worn the most, to the point where the tread was almost gone and wire was showing. Apparently they they thought I said right rear? This could have been avoided if they were paying any kind of attention. The tire they removed was perfectly fine, and had I not said anything, they were going to let me pay and leave with an almost bald tire which leads me to question the integrity of the workers. Even if I had said right rear, which I did not, why would you allow a customer to have you do this without consulting them about the clearly more pressing issue at hand. After telling a passing worker (whom I believe was the manager) what just happened when he asked why I was sitting in the waiting room again, he goes out to speak to the employees working on the car and comes back and says oh you meant the other right rear, in a joking yet almost condescending tone. What?? Once again I never said REAR anything, (I wouldnt have ever even used that word, I wouldve said BACK if thats what I had meant) but if there was ever any confusion, any one of them couldve confirmed with me or better yet just LOOKED at the tires. I would like to think this was a careless oversight and not them trying to take advantage of me because Im a young woman. But I dont know. Either way, I will not be returning.

Oil change and tire rotation for two vehicles done today. They left both vehicles clean with all services completed. We have used Hoffman tire service for years and have always received good service and good value.

I love coming to Hoffman. I never feel like theyre getting over on me or suggesting more than what I need. On more than one occasion theyve made helpful suggestions that resolved my car issues while saving me money. You dont come across many mechanics like that.

The staff is always friendly and courteous and get you in at your scheduled time. You get a thorough check up on your vehicle and an explanation of what might need attention. No pressure to add on to your service but they make meticulous notes and will remind you to get the repairs done before it causes major issues. Good prices on tires and quick oil changes are the icing on top of the cake! Good folks that will treat you fairly.

Was given the run around by a national tire dealer. Was promised the lowest price, then they added a bunch of charges for things that werent included. Then they didnt have the right tools for my car!!! Hoffman took my car, treated it with respect and had a better price for tires. They also have me a fair price on so.eadditional work that was discover. Hoffman will be my familys tire supplier from now on.

They are very nice very professional. I went in for an oil change and asked if I needed brakes they did a full inspection and actually told me I did not need brakes yet so very trustworthy.
