My experience from this place wasnt great at all. I spent $2800 for nothing. I told them the problem i was having, they put it on their machine ( they say) and came and guessed at what they thought it was. I paid the cash they then come back and say now its another problem. I paid money again. I pick my car up and they tracked mud all over the driver side. I drive home engine light comes back on in 10mins. I called them and ended up bringing it back for them to tell me its a problem they was supposed to had fixed. But wanted to charge me more money and. STAY AWAY!!!

Fayette Imports is one of the best in town. Friendly-family oriented nature and the prices are incredible. They allow you to bring your own parts( you just dont get a warranty if they are not effective) so make sure they work before you ask them to put it on. If it doesnt its on you and not them. I emphasis that because the negative comments on here are outrages. If theres anything negative it is because the customer themselves either werent listening or expected a different outcome after bieng told several times what it was. They have great attitudes and helped me out with something that had nothing to do with my car. I appreciated them. Shows me there are still kind and good people out there. Plus they were the only ones to initially find out what was wrong with my car. THEY SERVICE ALL MAKES AND MODELS AND FOR PRICES IF THIS HELPS I ONLY PAID 250 to put my headlights in for an 07 Aydi a6 when others wanted 500 plus and for me to use their parts when i had bought my own. FAYETTE IMPORT IS YOUR BEST BET AND YES YOULL GET YOUR CAR GUARANTEED WITHIN 1-3 business days. For my young people, or rather inexperienced people with prices on work done for the car they are your best bet. Very honest.

I definitely Will not be using their services again. Lisa is very rude and should not be dealing with customers AT ALL! My husband wanted to get everything on my car done (also a few things for his vehicle)but he didnt like how rude Lisa was so he decided to just stick with the minor things and take my vehicle elsewhere. Also someone rummaged through all of my belongings.

Love this place its where I take all my cars any car Ive ever owned. They do really well and if they cant find a problem they do not create one just to get money out of you. They work on mainly foreign cars but they are absolutely the best hands down

Took my car here to get gasket leak fixed. When they were done and I got in the car to leave my brakes were not working. The brake pedal literally would not stop the car. The brakes were fine when I drove there and I never had a problem with them prior. When they checked it they said the brake line was broken. Obviously they broke it and then charged me another 400 to fix it. Beware!

I had a pre-purchase inspection done for $100 on a Forester from a nearby used car lot and they saved me $2800, finding several things wrong. Just talking to them to set up the inspection gave me confidence because of their knowledge and attention to detail, and they justified that confidence. These folks know their business, and were comprehensive and clear about the problems and needed remedies. They are experienced and thorough.

Not sure what the issue with that Infiniti guy is because I started using them about 11 months ago and they are absolutely phenomenal. They have saved me tons of money and are very honest and upfront about whats going on. There has never been so much as grease left on my vehicle or a scratch on my vehicle and all of my parts have always been put back exactly where they belong!!!

EXCELLENT place to get your vehicle serviced! They always go above and beyond with their customer service. The people in the front office are always professional and respectful. Overcharged for spark plugs, 29.06 per plug x 6, only 15.00 per plug at Infinity Dealership.Keep my car for 9 weeks, quoted a price of 4300.00, picked up my car and it was 4741.17 and scratched my driver side door about 4 inches.In addition to that all my under carriage coverage was in my trunk and screws in a box!! My AC was working fine and now it is not. Said that they would repair it for 900.00. I would not even take my bicycleto them for repair, PLEASE be careful of taking your car there, Give them a -5 star rating!!!!!! Read all the post on Google reviews.

This place is a RIP OFF! They are not experts they claim to be. Neither are they ethical. There prices arent even that much cheaper. I took my vehicle there for one minor problem and it magically developed more major EXPENSIVE problems after bringing it home... You get what you pay for. I advise anyone to just take there vehicle to the dealership. BEWARE of this place!

We went here to look at a car for sale. No one approached us or paid attention to us even when we were standing inside the building. There was no sales person there. We were told on the phone someone would drive the car with us to a place to check it out (old car). We had to wait over half an hour for a mechanic to show up, and then the car would not start - dead battery. So we had to wait another long time for a charger to be charged up, then put on the car to charge the battery. There was a big puddle of oil beneath it. At the mechanics, we were told the car had the wheel tilted out, probably warped axle, the oil leak, other issues. We drove an hour away to waste over two hours. Very bad experience.

I took my Range Rover Sport to this shop hoping to have a pleasant experience and a shop that I could rely on for any future repairs. Upon my initial contact with Lisa, I knew that wasnt going to be the case. I advised Lisa of my experience with another shop and I explicitly explained that I was merely expressing my concerns from my last shop experience. Lisa immediately took to offense and said are you accusing me of x,y,z, again I reiterated that I was only expressing my concerns. She continued to take offense to something that had nothing to do with that shop.I got a call with a diagnosis of the repair, in which I already knew what was needed to be completed. Lisa stated my coolant reservoir was leaking and needed to be replaced. I advised her that it did not and only the cap needed to be replaced and she stated that the entire reservoir need to be changed out because the caps sometimes dont fit. A $350 repair she quotes. I called the Land Rover dealer and got a cap for $25 and shipped to the shop along with another part. (Lisa was too concerned with overcharging for parts/labor instead of fixing/replacing what needed to be and being cost effective building trust and longterm repair relationship. I went to pick up my truck and didnt think to check what was and wasnt replaced trusting everything that was delivered was installed. I get the truck home and looked under the hood and realized that the second part delivered with the reservoir cap wasnt installed, nor was it in my truck. I called to find out 1. Why wasnt the part installed, and 2. Where was it? Lisa immediately took offense for her error and inconvenience to me. With a snotty attitude she says, we werent told to put the part on your truck. And that it was still at the shop on a back counter. First off, why wouldnt you call and ask of that part should be installed? And if that was too much out of your scope of work duty, make sure that part was in the vehicle when picked up instead of catching an attitude.I had to drive all the way back to that shop taking more time from work due to Lisa less than professional customer service and attitude. I have to install an engine in my truck and was hoping I could use Fayetteville Imports, after my experience with Lisa, Im definitely taking my business and truck elsewhere for the engine install. I asked for a callback from the owner to speak with him directly, needles to say Lisa gave me an excuse as to why I most likely wont hear from him. I thought maybe the owner Chris Hanners, would care enough about his business and losing customers to reach out and salvage those relationships. Maybe he does and Lisa isnt giving him the messages, either way, Lisa definitely needs training on customer service and effective relationship and trust building.

This place is awful I had my car up there for three days, to do one small job, they said the would call me when its done, they never did. Then when I called up there they would lie and said they would be at lunch for two day straight, on last day I got my car back they never put the part on, so I advise people not to go here from personal experience

The motor on my driver side window stop working. Wasted money going to another shop. But Fayette Import ordered the motor and fix my car in two days. The service was excellent and the staff was very friendly. I will be going back for all my car maintenance.

The review below from Dan Morrow Jr. is true. I am the one who put all the parts in his trunk with a box of bolts back together on his car. I found loose bolts broken hard plastic vacuum lines. His A/C compressor was left open for weeks and they wonder why its not working, lol the receiver drier sucked in enough moisture in one day to ruin the system, and they had the balls to tell him they would fix it for another $900.00. This is their best line every time he called about his car- Our mechanic had a family emergency or our mechanic is not in today. LMAO ... BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE

I am EXTREMELY disappointed in Fayette Import! I have never been treated so terribly and with so much disrespect in my life! Their customer service is horrible and do not care how their actions affect their customers!On Friday, I went in to the appointment and about an hour and a half in, Chris, the owner told me that they had installed the buttons and while they were testing the windows the mechanic had gotten the rear drivers windows stuck down and it would cost me $600 to repair and have it working properly! I had to get a ride and leave it and they were supposed to call me and let me know when to pick it up that afternoon! They never called and left me stranded overnight without a car!First of all, I didnt have the window stuck down problem until I went there so it was very frustrating to me to be told that I had to pay $600 in addition to my previous $200-$300 for a problem they created.When we went to pick it up, we were to pay $900 (for window repair and buttons, BUT, it still wasnt working. We asked to speak with, Chris, the owner since he was the man I had originally dealt with and was told that he was home sick and he would not be calling us that we would have to speak with him Monday morning! (This was on a Saturday) (At no time were we ever shown an estimate or breakdown of any of the fees. It was all verbal and kept changing!). First, I was told $600 for the repair. When we arrived it was $647! It was unacceptable for us to pay $900 total for a unrepaired vehicle so we left it over the weekend so that we could speak with the owner on Monday morning to see what he could do for us.On Monday, I spoke with Chris over the phone and explained all of our problems which he claimed to understand. I told him when I came to pick the car up Tuesday, that I needed some compensation for the problems I went through on Friday with them and for the fact that the car wasnt repaired and that they replaced the wrong part that wasnt even broke and wanted us to pay for it! He said that he was reasonable and would work something out when I came to pick it up.When I arrived to pick it up, I asked Lisa how much it was going to be and she said $885! I told her, nicely, that I found it insulting that they were only going to take $15 off for not calling us on Friday and charging us for the repair that they didnt even do!When I said that, she flew up out of the chair and started screaming at me! She said that she was NOT going to deal with me and starting screaming for Chris to come out and deal with me! Chris refused to come out of the back and talk so she came back in there telling me what nasty, hateful people we were! I asked her why she was talking to me like this that I had never disrespected her or raised my voice to her and she said it was because we were rude and insinuated that they were lying. I said something seems dishonest here as we are having to pay for a part and repair that wasnt our fault and wasnt fixed. She said she was done talking to me. I asked to talk to Chris as he was the one I dealt with and he refused to come out! I said that I was very upset at how I was being treated and she just kept yelling in my face saying horrible things about me and my husband! She finally said that I could either pay the bill or I could leave my car- to take my choice! I paid the bill as I had no other option, and the whole time she talked to me like a dog.This whole experience was shocking to say the least, I could almost forgive the fraudulent charges if it werent for the nasty way I was talked to and treated by Lisa, the head receptionist! Chris would not come out and speak to me and she was so nasty and hateful that I am surprised they are still in business! I have never had someone in customer service talk to me so hatefully in my life! And for no reason, I paid the bill!! I was so upset that I was in tears and shaking when I left! I would not recommend this business to anyone! If you use their service, you are taking a chance that you will be scammed like I was.
