I accidentally disconnected an airbag cable while replacing the cabin air filter on my 2016 Prius. The warning came on Hybrid System Malfunction Visit Your Dealer. I called Toyota Fayetteville first thing in the morning and received an appointment right away, met Service advisor, Whitney who was very helpful. By 10am received a call from Whitney said the problem solved with a very resonable service charge. Highly Recommended!!

This Toyota dealership is outstanding. The service personnel are friendly and competent. The waiting areas and restroom are always immaculate. I especially want to commend Chris Williams, Service Advisor and Justin in the Collision dept for helping with a small scrape on my cars bumper yesterday. Im very grateful for the great service at Fayetteville Toyota.

I bought my used 2014 Toyota Tacoma from them and have it serviced there regularly. They are timely and efficient. Comfortable waiting area with complimentary coffee and bottled water. They really go the extra step and have complimentary female hygiene products in womens restroom. I would highly recommend them as they are very customersatisfaction focused!

Trenton Riggs was outstanding. Shuttle driver not available and he zipped me out himself. The periodic service and wheel rotation was done in record time. No shuttle available so he picked me up himself. Entire transaction complete in record time along with a thorough cleaning inside and out of my car. Highly recommend him as a service representative!

My car was towed in Sunday. Joe called Monday morning and communicated with throughout the process of repair. Thumbs up to Toyota for having an alternator and battery in stock. I had my car back Monday afternoon. Very thankful for the shuttle and kind driver that was able to help me get to Toyota to pick up my car.

Joe in service took great care and it was delivered exactly in the time it was promised. This would have been a 5 star except for the truck antennae not being reinstalled after wash. Sure it is a minor thing, but had to make a phone call to see where the tech put the antennae once removed and not reinstalled. Good service all around!!!

This was my second appointment with Toyota of Fayetteville. I found the facility extremely clean and comfortable and the staff is amazing. I have an older car which tempts mechanics to overestimate needed repairs, but on both occasions I felt that I wasnt oversold and found the price to be reasonable. Good service and nice people! What more could I want?

I appreciate the gentleman in the service department that helped me get my fob programmed. They were all very helpful. The key in the fob was missed and not cut though. I will need to return to have them complete this.

Well, it took forever for someone in service to answer the phone for me to make he appointment but I guess that is understandable given how understaffed the service department appears to be. The actual delivery of the regular oil change and service was speedy and apparently well done.

The only issue is that when you pull into the service bay, there are several people in Toyota shirts a standing around but no one came up to me to help me. I finally got out of my vehicle and approached someone and asked what to do as this was my first oil change at this dealership. The gentleman said that someone would come out and help me. So what are all these other guys doing just standing around? It makes no sense. anyway, the gentleman had to go get someone to get me checked in. It just doesn’t seem to be very organized. When I was leaving, another lady got out of her car and asked the same thing I did. It would be nice if the guys just standing around could at least let the customers know that someone will be with them soon. It just doesn’t seem very responsible.The service was fine in the amount of time I was told and I was happy with it.

Bought my Toyota truck here 7 years ago and have been using Toyota service ever since. They are always friendly, take good care of their customers, and will provide free shuttle service to take you to work/home and come pick you up when your vehicle is ready. They are reasonably priced and go the extra mile.

I had a slow leak in my front tire 😒 They found a nail in the sidewall. They didnt have my exact tire, so they drove to the nearest town that did, picked it up, mounted it on my car, and even wrapped up my old tire in plastic so I could take it home and plant potatoes in it! Charles Williams? And Matt Brenniger are professional, friendly, caring and Awesome 😁

I had to have my vehicle towed here because it broke down in the middle of the Ozarks. I explained my situation to them, about how I needed it to be looked at quickly because I didn’t have access to other means of transportation, and they did it quickly and had me back on the road in less time then I was thinking.

I went in for a tire change and to replace the fuel pump due to recall. All parts were there Josh checked me in and I left. The paperwork from Toyota stared the job should take 3.5 hours. Josh and I had a miscommunication at drop off he thought I was leaving the vehicle overnight. I was not. There was not a loaner vehicle for me from Toyota but Paul B. and Trayvon were able to get me a vehicle and we were on our way. When I returned at 6:15 to get my car the service dept was closed (I asked when I left what time they closed, I was at preowned where I got the loaner which stays open an hour later than service this was miscommunication #1) and my car was locked away. I asked the receptionist to call over there and see what the status on my car was. She said they were gone, I said can you please call and see if anyone is still there and she wouldn’t pick up the phone to check. So I called myself and was told by the auto park receptionist that they were gone. She also didn’t try to forward the call to ensure there was in fact, no one still there. At this point I’m pretty upset and asked to speak to some manager to try and reach someone in service and inquire about my vehicle. I was forwarded to Chad Campbell. Boy, this guy is a piece of work. I explained to him my vehicle was in service and I needed to reach Josh and find out what was going on with my car. He stated, “what do you want me to do about it? They’re gone.”I told him I wanted him to try and reach anyone in service that may be able to reach him to I could get info on my vehicle. Chad Campbell was awful. He was unwilling to help. He stared he didn’t have anyone’s phone numbers to reach, which I find hard to believe he didn’t have anyone’s phone number of people that work with him. He was rude and dismissive. He really made me more upset than I already was. Alice in preowned heard my conversation and called over hereslef. Lo and behold, Josh was still there and called me immediately. Why this all couldn’t have been resolved if the receptionist had tried to call is beyond me. Josh was extremely apologetic for the miscommunication and was able to let me in to my vehicle to get my house keys and garage door opened. He continued to apologize, and because he has helped me with service on my car previously we had a good chcuckle about it and moved along. He always has excellent customer service and I will continue to request Josh in any future service I need for my car. Paul, Trayvon and Alice at preowned we’re all helpful. I appreciate them getting me a loaner vehicle and I appreciated Alice taking the necessary initiative to reach out to Josh. I give all of them 10/10 stars. Chad Campbell I rate as negative 5. He was rude, condescending and unhelpful. Find anyone else to deal with if going to Toyota sales. I’m not sure how this guy is a sales manager I can’t imagine what other condescending things he’s said to other customers. I just keep hearing him say, “what do you want me to do about it?” You don’t try to put out a grease fire with water Chad.

Toyota of Fayetteville performed an oil change. The only thing that really aggravates me is the last 2 oil changes I had an appointment and arrived 10 minutes early and it took them 2 hours to get my car back to me. What is the purpose of making an appointment. They blamed it on over booking both times. This is a problem that needs to be addressed.

Have tried to get recall work done three times. First appointment, I drop it off and pick it up but no work was done because the parts were not in. Make another appointment, call the morning of to confirm and turns out, parts are not in. Two weeks later I have another appointment and have not heard so I assume the parts are in. Drop it off, get a call - no parts. Told I’ll be called if the parts are not in for my forth appointment. According to Toyota this is an urgent safety recall that they don’t seem to think is all that urgent. Will update review if work is completed.
