Josh is an angel, Auto Zone and Josh together saved me hundreds of dollars when trying to replace my 2007 toyota prius 12v battery. Josh sat in the chilly afternoon cold weather for 20 minutes changing out my battrry at no additional charge. Saved my wallet and saved the day.I was so impressed by the customer service overall, and was touched by how genuinely caring all of the staff was. Will be coming to auto zone for ALL of my auto needs in the future.

Big Mike was knowledgeable and professional. Really helped me understand what did and didn’t work on my truck. Even came out to help install some of my purchases. Great stuff!

This place is so welcoming and knowledge able about theyre parts . I was greeted by a Candie B. and Christina the blonde one was willing to take her time and help me find and get all the parts I needed for my vehicle. On Oct 3, 2021 I made an online purchase for synthetic oil. They charged me twice for one purchase. Now I have to deal with my cc company to dispute their fraudulent charge because they are idiots. I would give them zero stars but Google reviews wont let me submit unless I give at least a one star review. Buyers beware.

Michael is an exemplary employee at Autozone. I went there on Tuesday August 3, 2021 because I needed an alternator for my 2007 Honda V6. He found the alternator I needed in no time. He was friendly and efficient on that day. Fast forward to today August 6, 2021. He was the customer service technician who helped me today when I returned my old alternator for the core refund. I told him about the battery light still coming on and asked if he would test my battery and my alternator. He did it with no hesitation and he did it in the rain. I so appreciate his expertise and his kindness. Thanks Michael at the Autozone at the end of Hope Mills Road in Hope Mills, NC. Your kindness will be remembered.

This location is always great because its there hub location. They distribute to the other stores in the area . So there selection is always better.

Went in because my check engine light came on and I heard they check it for free before i took it into the shop! The whole crew working were super friendly and helpful! A big shout out to Brandon who showed me how to do the test and went above and beyond in his amazing customer service! I definitely recommend going here!!

Rude staff. This has always been my go to spot for tools and parts but not anymore. Came to dispose of used motor oil as I have done in the past and got scolded by the guy who walked me back because the oil had moisture mixed in unknown to me. Guy made a big deal about it and talked to me like a child. Then complained about it to another employee. It’s unlawful to just dump out motor oil anywhere but he offered no other options when I asked what to do with it if you guys won’t take it.

After buying a part my husband needed to put on the truck, realized we needed a different part that wasnt in stock at this location. Christina left and went to another store to get the part we needed and brought it back to us. Even after she was off. Very nice and greatly appreciated. Thank you Christina

Its an auto place! I mean you cant really call it anything else. It has all to do with vehicles and anything you need to fix or upgrade into something. It was very clean and the staff were polite. We knew what we were going in for and it was easy to fine. This is our one stop shop for anything we need for our vehicle and the staff will help you with anything you need or dont know.

Same as usual, great place to get the parts at reasonable prices for your vehicle and the DIY jobs you have. It appears that business is picking back up, the Hope Mills Rd. store has help wanted signs posted in the store. If anyone is looking for a job with reasonable hours AutoZone is looking for salespeople and drivers at the time of this post.

I love auto zone, they always have such a great staff that are always ready to help. Especially Erika, she is always around and always very helpful with whatever parts or help we need. Overall I would definitely recommend to come here they can always help and will have the parts you need.

If a part you purchased is defective or incorrect, they generally replace, exchange, or refund it, no questions asked.If you have time and dont mind the online or mail order process, you can likely find a suitable part elsewhere less.If you know what you need (and what to do with it), you need it yesterday, and they stock your part... Its a great place to shop.You can also rent certain tools vs buying a tool youll only use once.

Friendly, patient, professional staff, will tell you if they do not have the answer to your question instead of BSing you, but the only problem is no one was able to give me advice on a problem I’ve been having recently. They also did not carry Royal Purple 5W-30 which is what I always get at my local AutoZone.

I went into auto zone to pick up my battery that was being charged. I didnt have my slip, so Alex took it upon himself to lecture me on having my slip. I asked couldnt he look it up in the computer by name or something. At first he said no, but then he asked for my name to look it up. Long story short, the lady who helped me when I checked my battery in asked my number, looked it up and proceeded to get my battery. Alex was short with me and I didnt appreciate the lecture, but I said very little. I cant understand why in customer service jobs its so far fetched to be asked to be treated with consideration and respect, and Alex as an assistant manager should be mastering this. Come on autozone.

Dont bother. They tell you on the phone that they have the part your looking for, then when you get to the store they dont. This is the 4th time in a row this has happened to me. Ill ebay my parts from now on.

I enjoy all the other staff except the guy that mocked me today by walking away after assisting me and out loud in the store said “He doesn’t know what C Foam is” in the most redundant and annoying way, I may have not know but seriously man? He was talking to his other fellow coworker (he was cool no problems) , I was there around 4:00pm. I only asked for help finding something and figuring out what it was not to find a jackass, have some character and respect before you lose you’re job.

I have zero knowledge on cars so I dread going to auto places, but Erika always makes the experience so much easier! I always hope whenever I have to go in I can find her! Shes so knowledgeable and patient!!

Check engine light was on my Hyundai Accent got to the store around 9:52 pm probably wouldnt have taken a long time to check my cars issue . He told me that he couldnt do it right now and they will be open at 7 a.m. in the morning. Storm is supposed to get bad tonight so dont know exactly if I will be able to make it back .So now I have to try to make it safely home and back in the morning with a check engine light on.

Car battery died the other day (been in since 2015 so it was high time for a new one lol) got jumped by a friend and went here since it was very close. They helped me and installed the new battery at 9 pm at night. Professional the entire time with some nice professional jokes thrown in there. Awesome staff, couldn’t have asked for a better spot to break down at, lol. My only wish is that I caught the name of the nice black female that helped me, great and nice lady!

Never have had any problems with them. I get all batteries from here.

I am absolutely amazed at the continued excellent service that I receive from AutoZone. The Ladies at the Hope Mills/Raeford Rd store are the best!! The service is fast, courteous, and very professional. I was unsure if my battery was dead or if the alternator was draining it. I went in and within 5 minutes it was determined that the battery was DEAD. The clerk recognized the battery and asked about my rewards card. She looked it up by my phone number. The battery lasted 4 and a half years. I was able to get a discount for the Core and also a $7 coupon for texting Auto to 67135. It was rapid and the coupon was applied. I am one happy customer and will continue to frequent this establishment for my parts, tools, and auto supplies.
