We went in needed a battery and also I got a fuel injector for the gas the employee I forgot his name but it start with the c I want to say Charles was very very good to us customer service was excellent the performance was excellent and he made us feel very welcome to the establishment helping us put a battery into the car I want to say thank you

I went in for some wiper blades I ordered online, and was greeted by 3 different associates. I was browsing and everyone working offered to help me a few times. Then once I told them my online order was ready he grabbed the wiper blades quickly and then asked if I needed them installed which I did. They were installed within 2 minutes from picking them up. Very fast service and it was fairly busy in this store at this particular time. Very efficient team and excellent service.

Just needed a new car battery and stopped in. Was approached with help and didn’t have to ask. The young man that helped me was an incredible credit to this business. He took one look at the old battery and was able to tell: where I bought it, that it was bulging and obviously bad, and what year it was made (and therefore obviously beyond warranty). It is very rare to go to a shop of any kind these days and find someone as clued in and competent as that. Will definitely be stopping in here for my vehicle needs in the future.

Got a 1000cca battery for less than any where else and got an additional $20 off. 👍👍 And the service is good there.

Went to this location to buy new wipers for my car and they offered to installed them which was great. One worker helped us changed the front wipers but he couldn’t figure out how to change the rear one. No biggie, my husband and I figured we would go home, and find a way to get it done. However, the other worker that was inside of the store, Richard, came outside before we took off and helped us installed our rare wiper without hesitation. Both workers were great!!! 5 stars all the way!

I came in to inquire about a battery/charging system test yesterday, the staff was extremely nice and their customer service was amazing. Jace was a huge help and went out if his way to help resolve my issue.

I came here to pick up after an online order and was immediately assisted by Richard (I might be wrong but almost certain that his name is Richard) who was extremely helpful and kind. He was patient with me and installed my wiper blades and tried to help me figure out why my washer fluid wasn’t coming out. Would recommend to others.

Its my favorite auto parts place they still have shelves and Rose that you can actually do some shopping and wandering around returns and no hassle very knowledgeable just my go-to place better than others in their hours are open quite late

Took a coupon to buy a battery and was told it had to be bought online. And then picked up. How freaking ridiculous is that. THEN...every day I got an email inviting me to buy a battery for a discount. A total zoo. Next time I will drive up the street to NAPA. Auto.

Super helpful every time I go. PLEASE improve you warranty programs. You cant have location-based warranties. What if I get a battery in Florida and need a replacement in North Carolina? Im pretty much screwed if I got it from Advance Auto.

I had my car battery replaced. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. I dont think AAP is any more expensive, or less exspensive, than its competitors. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Ordered a set of Doorman Brake/Caliper covers 11005F, for my 2016 Ram Truck. The hardware does not fit the install for the rear and Im having a fit trying to find a part number that will work!!!

Staff was helpful and quick. The driveway to turn in from the main road is steep, so dont hit it hard. Store isnt very clean, but its an auto part store so who cares right?

I ordered my stuff online and they took advantage of me and ripped me off. Gave me the cheeped version of the headlights I ordered instead of the more expensive ones that I paid for, and I only found out because one of the ones they sold my was used in a taped up box and didn’t even work. What low quality merchandise and quite the rip off. Learned my lesson though and never coming here again.

Went to buy an air filter. The guy working on Sat. 6/23 was very rude, uninterested in helping me, was sarcastic, and condescending. I would recommend going to a different auto parts store.

Bryan is very rude and insulted my military rank. I find nothing more disgusting. He refused to return a defective device and told us because it was eletrical that he wouldnt take it back. I pulled their return policy and the part i had was no listed as a non-refundable item. I will be calling the general manager on this cashier.
