Polite clerk. I only needed a brake light bulb and the clerk looked it up in the computer to confirm I was getting the right one before tearing it all apart. Only gripe would be theyre closed early Saturday and all day Sunday.

The young lady at the counter put her skills to work. She had no idea that I was a novice at car repair and ultimately knew nothing of the process to replace brakes. She made necessary recommendations and even took the time to warn me of certain (costly) pitfalls! She never made me feel ignorant nor was she ever condescending. I highly recommend this location over every one in Fayetteville!This location being an Ex-military owned business is a huge plus!

Two star is for customer service from Mr Lynn, i went in there last week to get a battery and gave an attitude for the two questions I asked so i just left without saying anything because I know I could get better customer service elsewhere. Went to one stop auto in Emeryville they helped me out with taking the battery out and changed it for me, with the help from the shop next door. And cheaper. Thanks for giving me bad customer service , or else I would have never found this other place

Clean and quiet

I called this place to make sure they have the part I need before I drive here. Lady told me that they have it. And I asked them what time they close she said 6pm. I drove all the way here for 10 miles, was here at 5:50pm. They are closed now.

Ive been to this local store several times and been pleased every time. The gal there knows her stuff and will go the extra mile to find what you need. She asks all the right questions on model, year, engine size etc to ensure the parts fit. Ill keep going there.

Im embarrassed to admit that Ive been here a few times, primarily because I think supporting local businesses is a good idea. But these guys have got to be either incredibly misinformed or incredibly dishonest, not that it makes much difference if youre expecting to buy the right parts for your car. Ill find some other local businesses support

Pretty good counter service only not as big an inventory as NAPA in Oakland.

The staff was amazing and helped me get my battery swapped out and got me back on the road. Location is next to a good brewery and street parking was plentiful.

Called a day before i was to pick up parts then i show up to get them and the guy told me a few times they would fit .. Well i get to the mechanics shop and drop off parts and car. I get a call back about 30 mins after i droped it off and mechanic says wrong parts .. Waste of time here and now having to return parts and wait for a refund. Just a waste of time .

The people are super helpful, and knowledgable helped me find the right part, wish id gone there first wouldve saved me a lot of time and headache.

Auto parts in Berkeley. It is hard to believe it is so close to 4th street. This shop is a comercial outlet providing wholesale parts to local shops. They will sell parts ro us noncommercial folks. It is just a favor to us, so we need to be patient when dealing with them. It is nice to not have to drive to elcerrito. The prices are good and they can get anything . these folks are great.

The place to go when the limited stock of the mainstream shops dont pass muster which they often dont.

Feels like a warehouse with a sales counter, but if all you want and need are car parts, they will probably have them.
