Went to look at a car on the lot next to the office. I looked at the car for a while. No other customers in the lot. No one came out to great me. I was on the steps and at the door of the office when sales rep came out. Not impressed, no sorry on the phone. He was friendly and showed me the car. Maybe I didnt measure up, Im 76 something we seniors get blown off. Anyway, he got me a print out on the cars history. We talked a little. Car came from Michigan. Lots of salt used in winters there. No way, moved on.

I honestly would not make a deal with them because we had already talked with one of the guys into buying a truck here and he told us to come back on Friday and see what deal we could have came up with but then we get here and the guy is gone and they tell us that it has already been sold! And we came here in hopes to get the truck but turns out it was sold and what’s worse is that the guy who supposedly has it bought is a person who works there so they prefer to not sell to their clients and keep satisfied customers and take cars themselves while their partner is traveling and they according to them bought it. But it’s still outside on the market. The guy is holding on to the car and it honestly was not fair.

I sold this outfit a pickup earlier this year. The staff was reasonable, and over a few calls and text messages, we came to an agreement on price. The owner sent a guy to pickup the pickup, and he did, with cash. Seamless transaction that (hopefully) left both parties happy. Very friendly, easy to deal with, honest, and prompt. Would definitely recommend!

EDIT: The owner reached out and made right some of the issues. We are still waiting on an installation of a part but am hoping that will happen once things calm a bit from current conditions. While we still had problems with the vehicle and the warranty was disappointing, at least the owner is honest and has great customer service. Would recommend.INITIAL REVIEW:Its been about 2 months since we purchased an SUV from Northwest Auto and while there were no problems with the sale and transaction process, I wish we could say the same for the vehicle. I think we should have had an outside mechanic look at it prior to purchase. In just two months the serpentine belt needed to be replaced, the transmission fluid needed to be flushed as it was so dirty it was effecting the transmission and now the heat/air controls are broken. We did everything right in the sale, we bought an expensive warranty but guess what! that fancy warranty doesnt even cover the heating controls. We were under the impression it did according the to wording, spent almost 3k on the warranty, and it wont even fix our heat. So, now we have to spend even more money, to the tune of almost 1k, to get this fixed. Sorry to say we are not impressed by the quality of the vehicles. Would recommend getting any vehicle you want to purchase completely checked out by a trusted mechanic before purchase. AND now you can also add on to that a broken lumbar function in the drivers seat.

Didnt end up puchasing here but the easy going experience and truthfullness of Jason and company was exceptional. Would love to give them my business in the future if the opportunity presents itself. Highly recommend.

We loved our experience with these guys! We called ahead after looking at a vehicle on their website. Ernesto went out to check some things that we were wondering about for us before we drove out there. Then when we got there we were very satisfied! They went above and beyond to make sure we got what we wanted. The vehicle we got had an issue with the door latch. We called Mike and he had us bring it in. The mechanic said it would take a bit, so they scheduled a time for them to fix it. They came to my house in Springfield and picked it up for me to accommodate my work situation. Then fixed the problem without hesitation and no cost to us. Then the tire sensor wasn’t reading properly, so they sent us over to their tire shop they use and had them fix it for us again at no cost to us. Most dealerships tend to say once it’s off the lot, it’s not their problem. Not these guys. We worked with Mike, Ernesto, and Nate, and couldn’t be happier! We had a very no pressure experience. Went in, found a truck I liked, drove it with no issues. Was assured that everything had been looked at by a 3rd party mechanic and that it was mechanically sound. One day after bringing them the check I’m on the highway and the truck starts to shudder between 55-60 in overdrive. Then from 40-50 with OD off and the check engine light started flashing and killed all power to the truck on beltline, with my 8 month old in the backseat. Now the truck is completely broken down and I haven’t even made the first payment. Thoroughly excited to be paying for something that just sits in my parking space.

Brian bought my car for what he offered over the phone. He was straight forward, honest, and kind. I did not expect such a smooth transaction from a car dealership. This seems like a good business run by good people. I would definitely consider them again.

This used car lot seems to be pretty honest, but who knows really? They are friendly and most of their vehicles look nice but the inside of the one we test drove was dirty. Their prices seem a tad higher than most, for the type of truck we were interested in.

When I first arrived on the lot I was helped my a man named Alex. He took me to the car I wanted and we went for a test drive. He took very good care of me through the entire process. On the drive home (from pdx to Corvallis) the transmission began to slip and drop gears. I called Alex back the very next morning and told him what was happening. He told me to take it into the shop and see what was happening. After lots of looking it turned out that the transmission needed to be replaced. Though NW Auto Group didnt want to buy the car back the offered to take it in as a trade for the same value I spent on it. I ended up walking away with a very clean 2008 Mazda 3i; not the car I intended on walking away with when I went up the first time but I am very pleased with how much they were willing to work with me though the whole process.
