Worst car lot I have ever been to! Seriously don’t waste your time or money here. I suggest going down the street to pacific cars and trucks. We had a question about the value of our trade in and the sales guy comes out of the office yelling at us about trying to low ball him even though we didn’t even look at any cars there yet so that was one the most unprofessional in counter I’ve ever had at a business and two completely uncalled for as we hadn’t even shopped or ever been there before. Not to mention they have over priced vehicles. Went to all the car lots around them and found the same cars they had for $4000-$6000 less. They are rude and rip you off. Please consider going somewhere else. I suggest pacific because they were amazing!

Short story long - My car journey started 2 months ago with multiple car lots in my hometown, and countless hours scouring the internet and chasing dissapointing Craigslist Ads. Reluctantly I kept searching and came across Lou Glutz Motors online and inquired about an SUV. I spoke with Michael and thats when my luck changed for the better.. He knew this potential sale might not workout for him because I live 150 miles away, but he kept it real and remained super helpful even when I discussed maybe purchasing elsewhere. Two weeks went by and I did find another car locally and let him know. His response was I respect your process and hope if its the right car, that everything works out for you If thats not a rare quality, then what is!? The next day I went to finalize everything and the seller backed out on our verbal agreements that hed register the expired plates and more, he even put fake pictures of the interior in his listing a real Shyster. At that point I took my money and ran to Eugene, because I knew Michael was nothing like that and had already gained my confidence as a person and trust as an HONEST professional! The owner Anthony who is also a super cool guy held the vehicle while I made travel arrangements, when I arrived the test drive went great. I never felt pressure to buy and took my time with it, the expierence was top notch. The only minor thing I noticed was the vehicle was missing a small push button to the fan speed down (cosmetic only) and without skipping a beat Michael said I can get that and purchased me one out of his pocket! That was it for me, I could tell I found one of the best salesmen in Oregon, thatll do what he can to take care of any of my future needs or concerns. Because of him I now have that reliable 2nd vehicle that I needed to take my daughters camping in with plenty of storage and comfort, a real family car to fill with good memories! Because it was more then just a car to me and he realized that, thanks again Michael! 😁

Well, turns out their shop doesnt do muffler work and offered me next to nothing so I had to drop $800 to get everything fixed. Very cheap and pathetic place. I paid out right cash too. Hope karma gets this dude.

The car wasnt clean, had 3 different set of tires, no speakers worked, falsely advertised accessories, 2 windows didnt work and the passenger door didnt open. I talked them down from $3300 to $2000 then they placed an additional 450 for DMV fees so realistically I didnt save much money for a car that randomly the alarm goes off that smelt like a ashtray. Not the best dealership but whatever

Experience seems good tell you actually start to talk numbers and sit down in the office. Something should be said about an salesman thats got google reviews all over the wall. They will easily charge 4 grand over blueblook value and tell you its because its a good car and carfax shows that it was maintenance well. But meanwhile it went through 4 honors. The test drive sounded like a something grinding in the rear end still no budge in price... not to mention they low ball ya on the trade in value..

I Stopped by the dealership to check a car out. Misleading photos and information about their vehicles. Locking system does NOT work, alternator voltage tested low, previous smoker vehicle and the smell been masked, when looking at a car we drove an hour to get it was in horrible shape and they claimed the vehicle was never in any accidents yet its front bumper was hanging off! It was clearly damaged which the photos did NOT show. The vehicles are cheap for a reason, Do NOT recommend this dealership.

Took my car in to get an oil change. They gave a good price and got great service from Dave, the service manager. They also gave me a free quote for a scratch I have and recommended a body shop but didnt pressure me on buying other services. The cars on the lot looked good too!

Horrible service. I came in to get a car for my daughter and we agreed on a price, they ran my credit and we shook hands, I left to grab my title for the car I was trading in and by the time I got back they tried to have me sign a completely different deal that would have cost me almost twice the agreed upon amount. I said no so they ran my credit 3 more times without my consent.

I didnt buy a car here, but rather sold a car we retired from our fleet. Anthony gave us a fair deal for a car theyll probably sell for scrap. Then also had one of the guys drive me back to work. Everyone was very professional and nice, and the cars on the lot looked like they were in great shape. I didnt really take note on any prices, but I will be keeping an eye on their inventory in case they get in any vehicles that we might need.
