My Fiance and I had been looking for a motorhome for 6 months. The process was a new one for us. Really nothing like buying a car. Anyways, after visiting every big name lot, and every other one we saw along the way we stumbled up Darren. We spoke, told him what the ideal motorhome was for us and in a very short period of time he followed back up with several options. I assure you what we were willing to spend hadnt been in anyone elses ball park. But these folks, stayed true, DIDNT MARK UP THE PRICE PAST the NADA website. Assisted how the process works and found us a motorhome we honestly didnt think we could afford based on are previous experiences with the NADA website we expected the price tag to be well over are budget. But, their business model follows a much different model then LITERALLY every other place in town.Strongly have already recommended.

The best purchase experience we have had in a long time. We drove 7.5 hours to purchase an RV. When we were on the way home we found a the faucet in the bathroom leaked. Although we purchased the RV as is they were amazing working with us to ensure the RV was in perfect shape for us. They worked with us and reimbursed us for the faucet and labor to ensure that we were happy with our purchase. recommend working with Darin and Mole

One of the best buying experiences of any product that I have had. This was our first RV purchase and Darin was extremely accommodating. Darin went above and beyond to make sure my wife and I were happy with our purchase and that we felt comfortable using everything on the rig. Just bought a 2007 Roadtrek 210 Popular from Darin at Trades Ok.It has been a pleasure dealing with an honest business man. A rare commodity these days. We made a deal on the vehicle agreeing to a price, securing the deal with a fist bump (Covid-19).Darins pricing is more towards a bottom line than say Camping World. He doesnt inflate the asking price to allow for a 10% or more feel good kind of deal. That said Im quite happy with the price I paid.Before I could pick up and pay for the RV, Darin put the unit through a 40 point inspection/repair check list conducted by his RV Tech, Mike. Mike has 20 plus years in the business. Mikes Dad, with 40 years plus in the business sometimes comes out to help. Good people!Im rather detail oriented and after bringing the RV home to Medford we (wife and I) found an issue with the Microwave. I called Darin and he immediately did what was necessary to address the issue. Great after sale service.I will be doing business with Darin again.

Saw an RV that was at OK Trades in the RV Trader - started working with Darin to purchase it. He was patient (for the most part) and the RV wasin nicer condition than it appeared in the ad. I flew out from Florida todo the paper work and pick it up. Found a few minor issues . Darin was aman of his word and the issues were taken care of. I am very happy withthe 2002 Roadtrek 190 Popular that I purchased from him.

Sent an email on a listing, Darin called me back, he said the listing I enquired about he gave his word to a lady in Alaska that he would hold it for her. But, he said, I have another Roadtrek, exact same year (2007), exact same miles only its white. ( What a coincidence!!) I said that I was not driving 4 1/2 hours the next day (Sunday), for a maybe deal. He said he doesnt do deals on Sundays. I think he does a bait and switch with pictures. Read the reviews. Two of them are the same deal. The rest are local. The 3 star doesnt pull up.

I live on the east coast and found out that Trades Ok had the particular motorhome I was looking for. Darin, the owner, represented that the RV was in great shape and he agreed to change the oil and give it a tune-up. Put a deposit on the RV and it turned out to be in better shape than expected. It drove all the way back to Florida with no problems or issues. Great transaction, great dealer.

Then, he was too busy doing paperwork to bother with me even though I informed him I owned s 2017 that I was looking to downsize. Im in the auto/boat industry and this is not how you sell stock. Hate to be a consigner with this guy.

I bought a Sportsmobile camper van from Trades OK the other week. My experience was that this is an honest and hardworking local small business that acquires and fixes up small RVs. Darin was honest and straightforward. They had fixed the Sportmobile up pretty nice. Then I drove it cross country to my home state, camping out as I went. I spent a lot of time in it the last two weeks, and Im still very happy.When I got home Darin was very responsive in helping me with the tyrannical MVA ladies here to get the right paperwork they wanted. (Apparently they didnt understand the Oregon paperwork. Sigh. I have other stories about how bad the MVA is here. Did I mention the time our MVA required 4 letters with my name and address, only to have them misspell my first name on my drivers license?) Anyhow, Darin got back to me right away despite the time difference, and faxed everything they wanted right away. What could have been a nightmare was barely a blip. Big thanks for that!If I ever decide to buy another RV I will definitely check them out. If you want something specific, they can probably find it for you.
