Any and all questions and concerns were dealt with in an honest and upfront manner. I just cannot express how pleased I was with all of the people I dealt with. We called Kendall Toyota because we saw a car we liked on the website. We asked to purchase the car over the phone. Kayleb answered our call and made the process very easy and provided us with text updates to let us know when the wire transfer was completed. The people in finance were also great. They reviewed all the warranty options that were available to us and answered all of our questions. Pricing was upfront and there wasnt any back and forth.Before we drove away in our new car, Kayleb took time to make sure we didnt have any immediate questions and he helped me set up Android play so that I could use GPS on the way home. This was a great car buying experience (we had just purchased another car last month and it was not nearly as positive of an experience). Kayleb provided great customer service and we appreciate all of the people we interacted with at Kendall Toyota. Also, we love our new Prius!

Unless you have both time and money to waste please do not consider buying, leasing or servicing a vehicle here.Our experience with Kendall just keeps getting worse. Our daughter leased a car here and it was the start of our problems.We took our new Corolla in because the front end was making unusual noises. Four or five appointments later. The technicians working in service couldn’t properly diagnose or repair the problem. While attempting diagnosis, the windshield was broken. Two different times a master Toyota mechanic from Portland was called in to attempt to repair this issue. The car was at Kendall Toyota for close to a month. No rental car was offered while the car was being misdiagnosed. We had to fight, and finally a rental car was provided. The second master mechanic found the problem. Turned out to be a simple fix, steering issue.Fast forward to today. We returned to buy the car after leasing. The finance manager sold a extended warranty, never revealing the total cost of said warranty. When we called to cancel the warranty we were lied to, and told it was too late to cancel. Luckily I was able to contact the warranty company, and they helped me cancel the warranty.This company absolutely epitomizes all stereotypes thought of when it comes to car sales. Their underpaid and overworked sales, and service employees are great. Perhaps the higher ups should consider more than profit. They do most of their business in our community, yet I’m pretty sure they don’t pay taxes, as they moved their headquarters out of state.I will not be giving this company anymore of my money, and neither should you!

Worst service in any Toyota dealership I have ever visited. I own numerous brand new trd pro edition vehicles, some how any and every time I have brought a truck in they have managed to make some kind of critical mistake on my vehicles. The Rear Lights magically stopped working after they recently installed my rear bumpers. To top this lovely experience off, I was thinking about purchasing another new Toyota car but amazingly out of the 20 individuals standing around in side not one of them even acknowledged us a customer even though we pulled into the service department in Not 1 but 2 New Toyota trucks and still no one acknowledged us. Absolutely Atrocious how this place functions will never buy anything Toyota related again after the terrible numerous experiences that has occurred. Awful place even worst sales personal who seems more interested in talking amongst themselves. Sure wish the previous manger David was around he knew how to do his job

I dont recommend buying from Kendall of Eugene if you can avoid it (at least used). I dont like the whole car buying experience to begin with, but I still didnt walk away feeling good about the transaction. We bought a used vehicle from them, and traded in our vehicle. They low-balled us on our trade in saying it needed lots of work (new tires, damage to paint), but it really didnt need new tires and damage was very minimal. They told us they put in over $1,500 to every vehicle they take in, which was clearly not the case with what we bought. The vehicle we purchased was not even cleaned out properly. We found papers from the previous owner and stains that I had to get out myself. I also am left questioning their safety checks, as the vehicle is creaking badly with every turn. I will add though, Court in finance was nice to work with. But really, I feel very played and I wish I wouldve gone elsewhere.

AC stopped working during a heat wave while I was en route to another city. Ive taken my car here several times and its been great, but lately the service has been lacking. Many times the staff will say they will call back to make appointments but never do. I have had to call the service department probably 10 plus times just to make 2 appointments. I recently had a recall on my car and I had to keep explaining to each person about the warranty and what the manufacturer had sent out. They scheduled an appointment finally after I had called several times but delayed my appointment 2 months by not calling me back or giving me any info on my car.

Luis Garcia is great! I bought a used Subaru from him back in February and recently had an issue with the exterior door handle coming completely off. I talked to him and they were able to get it fixed for me at no additional charge. They stand by the quality of their vehicle here and so if you buy from them, know that you can buy confidentially. 100 percent recommend going in to see Luis! If I were living permanently in the area then I would continue to purchase cars from him in the future. He’s an honest salesperson! Thank you Luis! I’m loving my Subaru! It’s my dream car!

I don’t want to seem unappreciative for the work provided but I have a serious complaint that others should be aware of. I live in eastern Oregon and my wife was traveling to see friends in Eugene. She was alerted to a problem with the rear differential on her vehicle while having her tires rotated at another business. She brought the vehicle to the Toyota service center and asked for the problem to be repaired. After being charged $135 to verify the rear differential was in fact needing repair my wife as handed a list of other items the dealer recommended we fix. She responded with a no thank you just the diff please. The job came in $200 higher than quoted. Not thrilled but I understand. Oh and we did another $500 of worked that was specifically declined and already secured the parts to do it ourselves. Not cool Kendall. Please do better for my friends in Eugene.

I made a appointment for Saturday at 12, I was stuck in construction traffic so I call 2 hours ahead of time and asked if I could bump my appointment to 1, I was told that that’s fine. When I arrived 15 early to drop my vehicle off the woman behind the desk asked me to wait while she looked at her computer, it seemed like she was just trying to burn time. A couple walked in after me and she called them up to the desk and casually chatted with them. After she finally check them out she call me up. She couldn’t find my appointment even though I scheduled and called back to bump it forward and hour. My oil change took more than 2 hours, for just a oil change. When I picked up she said I need to bring my vehicle back for some sort of leek but was very vague about it, when I asked for more information she had none. When I got in my vehicle they left outside in the parking lot the windows were down, that’s felt rather careless with my vehicle and they used more than an eighth of a tank of gas. What are you doing with my vehicle that takes more than a eighth of tank of gas?

Cruz Luis was the most hospitable and charming person I’ve ever bought a car from. He was extremely responsive, helped us understand financing in a comprehensive way, and ensured that I felt comfortable with our purchase the whole way through. We had to wait a little to get into the finance office and let him know we were going to get some dinner at Red Robin. He recommended the campfire sauce. I went shopping for a vehicle on 7/24/21 and decided to stop by Kendall since I had leased a 2019 Tacoma there. I was looking for a Sienna or Venza, which I understand are very popular. When I told the salesman I was not interested in anything else on the lot he just told me he had nothing to sell me and began walking away. I told him I wanted to buy local and not have to go to a dealership up north. His answer was if we dont have it nobody else will and walked away. I waited around awhile to try and get another sales person to no avail and when I asked if somebody could help me I was chastised by a sales manager. Left with a piece of paper about a Sienna that was coming sometime at an undetermined price. So, I drove to Springfield and bought a 2021 Toyota Sienna XLE.

I was sort of worried about having to deal with pushy sales people but I was pleasantly surprised by the great experience I had purchasing my new car. I had done my research ahead of time and had a good idea of what I wanted. The sales associate Katelyn that helped me, answered all of my questions in a relaxed and low-pressure environment. She was awesome! I drove away the same day in my brand new dream car, a super cute Honda CRV. Waited for three hours for a basic service (pre road trip top-off, tire pressure check, that sort of thing. Not a mileage maintenance.) After inquiring, found out that my car had been finished for two of those three hours and nobody thought to tell me! Huge waste of time. Folks are very nice here, but terribly unorganized.

They are customer service is bad. I dropped off my car over the weekend, and they told me the car would be ready by Monday. I called on Wednesday and Thursday to make sure my car is ready. A receptionist picked up the phone said the customer department is not available, but I will have them give you a call back. Well, they didnt give a call back! So I have to take a Uber to get there, and pick up my car. When I got there, they told, the car is not ready, I have to come next week, the component has even arrived yet! So why would they promised me on the weekend that the car is ready on Monday? I understand there is so delay for the component, but they should have called and told us, especially I tried to contact them three times. This customer service is really bad, I am not coming back. This is not the only place can fix Toyota cars.

This is the best dealership ever! IF YOU WANT SAVE MONEY AND TIME come to this dealership! I live in Portland and made the drive. I saved about $3000 COMPARED to My local Toyota dealers. A friend of mine went down and purchased a Toyota tacoma a year prior for the same reason. I was in and out within an hour. I didnt need to haggle or anything. Purchased a vehicle one year ago from this dealership, and theres some serious negatives about this place:1. The man handling the finances, attempted to sell a horrible extended warranty policy that was ludicrously overpriced, and had to repeatedly be told no.2. The deal through CUDL was already secure, yet the finance guy took it a completely different route, that caused us to do the process all over again.3. DO NOT SCHEDULE ONLINE MAINTENANCE. They do not honor these appointments, for some reason.

This place takes advantage of women and college students. I brought my car in for the under part of my car that was separated from the bumper. I brought it in with duct tape securing it. They proceed to tell me that my car will not start without three separate “issues” that would cost at least $1,000 each. I do not have that kind of money but they told me I would not get my car back without getting it fixed. A week and a half later and I get my car back and the duct tape was still securing my undercarriage to the bumper. They did not fix the issue I brought it in for, charged me (a broke college student) more than $5,000 and had the audacity to give it back still broken and duct taped. This company has caused me so many issues I cannot recommend it. I have receipts and photos to back up this review. I worked with Carrie.

I am from Seattle and searched for a specific Tacoma model that is hard to find for weeks. Do not take your vehicle to them if it has rodent damage. They quoted us astronomical repair costs. 3x what it actually cost to repair it at a more reasonable repair shop. I think they were just inflating the prices because they didnt want to work on a vehicle with rodent damage.

I purchased my vehicle at this location and although the experience with that was fine, I was told at my oil change only after 3 months of pirchase, that there was a major leak that has been going on for quite some time. I called the service center and asked a lot of questions pertaining to expectations for their service center and if this was going to be covered under the powertrain warranty, they assured me that most likely it was but couldnt tell me for sure. They had an advisor contact me to answer more questions. The advisor let me know that he couldnt know if this was all covered until the diagnostic process, I understood that. They had all my info about vehicle that I had and when I purchased it. I traveled 1 hour to this location and when I arrived a week later for my appointment for the diagnostic service, they told me that the warranty wasnt covered at their location. I asked them why they didnt tell me that when I called and scheduled with them. They tried to argue with me saying I didnt speak to an advisor, I let them know the day I spoke to someone and they found the record of it. They still said that there was a miscommunication, I assured them that there wasnt and they screwed up. They dont care about their clients, and their mistakes. They were unwilling to correct their mistake and said that I would have to pay full price to have my car there, the warranty wouldnt work there. I couldnt believe how unprofessional they were and not willing to correct their mistake. I will never go back there.

Went in there hoping to pre-order a 2021 tundra. Luckily there was a delivery coming in in 2 months and one of the base model tundras was still available. Sales guy gave me a sheet with a price of $48k he then proceeds to grab the sheet from my hand and writes + $2k inflation price. I asked why $2k more. He says O because we can. At that moment, I just walked out and didnt say a thing. Needless to say I will never go to Kendall. This is the second time I had a bad experience with them.

Just bought a 2020 Toyota Tacoma Sport and we love it! Jonathan Nixon helped us with the purchase, working with him was the best experience we have ever had at dealership. My experience was horrible. I bought a used truck. Not from them. But it had some electrical issues and a airbag recall. So I took it in for those issues. I had already taken it to my mechanic to let me know what other issues it had...thats how I found out about the airbag recall. Anyway I wanted toyota to figure out the electrical stuff thinking they would be able to troubleshoot it better. I take it in and they had a huge print out of stuff that needed to be done...almost 6k worth of work. Non of that electrical. I asked what all this ment as I picked it up towards closing time. No real answer because my service advisor was not there anymore. My service advisor was supposed to send me pictures via email...to this day never has hapoened..been over a month now. Also when I drove off the lot my truck was making a horrible noise when turning...never noted anything about it on my paperwork. So after I get home I call right away and leave a message letting her know about the noise and it wasnt making any noise when I brought it to them...she never called back, so I finally got ahold of someone else and they say bring it in we will look at it...after a half a day they say they cant fix it because it was aftermarket parts....even though it was something that they had clearly caused. I was rightfully upset as I just drove the truck a week before all the way from Idaho where I purchased it and everything was fine..so I call up the service manager because thats what it says to do on the bottom of the invoice. I call him trying to figure out what happened to my truck and why they lifted it to check everything else when all I went in for was a electrical issue...he then assumed I was going to be asking for free services so got really rude and eventually hung up on me. Worst experience I have ever had. This is how they treat their disabled veterans. I will never in a million years go back..please find a good local mechanic where you might be treated like a person. Thanks and hopefully this saves you some headache.Updated on 5/5 :This must be a standard response from them because a few days ago I got a call from the owner wanting to know my side of what happened....while explaining everything, at first he was telling me he can 100% say that they would have noted the noise if it was there prior to me picking up my truck...well they didnt...it happened like that...nothing about it on my invoice. I dont know what to say other then I am not being dishonest. After explaining my experience he then wanted to talk with my service advisor and figure out what everyone had to say...he calls back apologetic which was nice. Gave me his number and said if there was anything they could do to call him...Im not going to ask for them to make it right. They should want to make it right. Asking me to call back a guy who treated me the way he did is just ridiculous. You guys want to make it right then you call me and tell me what youre going to do to make it right. Im not going to ask you guys to do the right thing and Be good people. So if you want to make it right...then do that. Call me up and tell me how youre going to do that.Not sure how customer service has gone so wrong here.All I can say is, i make just over 800 a month and barely able to make it. Going to cost me almost 1k to fix what broke while in your care. Thanks.

Recently purchased a new vehicle from Kendall Toyota. My salesman was named Greg, and he created one of the best (if not the best) car buying experiences I’ve had to date. Absolutely zero pressure which is always great. He was super friendly and helpful. Some car salesman give the others a bad rap because they are sleazy and pushy. Some are like hanging out with a normal person, or even a friend. The latter describes my experience with Greg. Car dealerships are only as good as the people who represent them, and Kendall has a good one in Greg. I’ll be recommending him to friends and family for sure.

I have only ever purchased cars from their sales rep John white. Never pressures me and has always had my best interests at heart. Recently I bought an after market suspension lift for my truck and I reached out to John who than directed me to Carrie in the service department. Carrie was very professional and got me schedule no problem with the installers. Truck was In shop for about 2 days and Carrie called each day to update me. The installer Ryan did a superb job! My truck looks amazing and the ride quality is back to fresh off the lot!The whole experience with kendall Toyota was definitely worth these 5 stars!

We showed up expecting just to browse vehicles and get a look at what my girlfriend is into. John White took us through several options and was very helpful and very knowledgeable. I’ve personally never been a fan of dealerships because of predispositions I’ve always heard about dealerships but John definitely changed my mind. We test drove a car that he helped us pick and it was perfect for us. We then went inside with Keith Southworth who took his time making sure we understood everything he was showing us. Even just having a conversation while we were waiting to hear back from the financier was very pleasant. Jordan Bailey who finished the process of getting us our car was a down to earth great guy who wanted to make sure we did not get scared away from buying from a dealership again. The three of them were awesome and I know that we will be buying another vehicle in the future from here.

Megan (sales) was great to work with. Ann (in finance) used a bunch of old-school pressure sales techniques to try to upsell me on a bunch of stuff. It was really annoying, ineffective, and ultimately focused on self-benefit rather than finding the solutions that were most valuable to her customer. Also, all her superficial chit-chat and upselling delayed my schedule and therefore the purchase of my car by a whole day. They obviously like to close a deal the same day whenever possible (I was told as much), but they made that impossible, at least for me. I was an easy customer (didnt even need to test drive the car) with good credit. Kendalls processes made things harder than they had to be.I was also disappointed that when I asked for a bottle of water, I was referred to the vending machines. Youd think when youre spending $40k+ on a new car, they could throw in some courtesy water.Despite all the above, they had the car I was looking for at a fair price. So thanks for that.

My salesperson was Elizabeth Anderson from the Honda side of Kendall. She helped me with the purchase of my 2016 Colorado truck. The nice thing about Kendall is that they allow sales people to cross lines among their product lines. I bought this from her ( a Honda salesperson) that was offered by Toyota Kendall (used) and it is a Chevrolet product at the Memorial weekend event at Lane County Fair Grounds. She was great. She was real to work with. She sized me up well and knew not to do the nonsense sales dance. The man behind the curtain must dance but youve got to submit to that if youre going to buy a car from a dealer. I highly recommend her and as far as I know, she can sell you anything, even new, at the other Kendall dealer lines. She deserves this referral. My wife also loved the fact that she is a yarn spinner too and more! Go getem Elizabeth!

Currently, Im not pleased with their service department. We have now returned our Toyota Prius for the fourth time for the exact same sensors/computer problems. After we were assured that it was fixed THIS TIME, we didnt even get out of the dealership parking lot before the same problem occurred. Whats going on?This is a 40 mile round trip drive for us each time we have to return the vehicle. My wife has now not been able to drive to work on 3 occasions because of their inability to find and repair the issue.Please fix our car.
