Curtis, the general manager, greeted us and got to us quickly. He and his team took care of our oil leak, solving a problem caused by another mechanic. Not only was Curtis communicative and courteous, he told us not to spend money on a service I thought I needed. Such honesty is rare. Too bad I live out of state, or I would make this my regular stop!

Everyone was helpful, polite, attentive and professional. Brought a particularly difficult fleet vehicle in and despite the hassle everyone was amazing. Store manager went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly, thank you guys!

I haven’t had an experience like this in a long time. They were honest and made sure that I was comfortable and understood exactly what was going on through the whole process.Alex was the main guy I worked with and he was awesome!!He walked me through and smiled and joked so I felt comfortable. He even made my kids laugh and smile!We got a great car wash after the car was done and he had my son laughing and asking to come back again!

I had 2 bad experience in their car wash..once my back glass wiper broke and the manager rather than being courteous about the issue ,said that is not our company ,contact their subcontractor without even making an effort to providing the info and I said how come you are collecting the money bt cant you be more helpful in this issue and finally he got me some contact number.Sadly I had to go for carwash there today..and nobody there for service, after waiting a while and then honking the horn..a guy comes out and I even said sorry for using my horn and I asked for the highest price car wash service, after I entered for car was and exit I noticed that he gave me the quickest and cheapest car was (and all ended up quickly and later I noticed lots of dirt left on my car)..

I have been going to Jiffy Lube for every oil change for years now and the service has always been awesome, until today. I will not go back as the guys working there were rude and did not want to answer any billing questions as I felt over charged. I paid over $20 more for this oil change and when I mentioned it, they were rude, with no explanation. Being respectful is key in customer service. Sad I will have to go elsewhere now. Anyone have a good suggestion?

Always fast honest and helpful service with a smile. Ask for Chris or Curtis they will get you and your vehicle well taken care of. If they can’t perform the service they will even give your there best recommendations of where to go.

They gave me excellent service and full service inspection with an oil change and I had a $12 off coupon that I got online from going to their website. Cheap, quick and excellent service. They even gave me a buy 1 get 1 free oil change!!! Super excited for that.

I give this three stars bcs the service is good and they are helpful. Also pretty good at getting you on your way but the price is a little high. Especially when I can go to my mechanic for about the same price.

The 7th street location,,I felt like they are hiding things like when the receipt does not state the right coolant they use when it says green and supposed to say orange but according to manager color doesnt matter it is universal, not true… if they can’t be upfront about what they use then what else is not being told to us.. I believe he didn’t want pay the money for my refund for representation.

Just way overpriced for most people, $108 for an oil change and then they want to try to take on hundreds more for stuff most people do not need. Ridiculous.

Dont get me wrong this service account from jiffy lube was top notch fast and reliable. However I was slightly unnerved by the fact that nobody was wearing a mask. you would think being in the middle of a pandemic where you have to get into customer spaces to a certain degree you would have the common currency to wear a mask. That mask isnt about you its about everybody else you to run into. It shouldnt be this difficult just to be a decent human being.

Thanks!Update: the very next day my engine light came on smoke was coming from under hood and cylinder 4 keeps misfiring. They say I have a coolant leak. I didn’t have a coolant leak before I came here. When they changed the spark plugs the first time they didn’t report a leak or wet plugs. I’ve been in here several times since they worked on car and the problem is not getting fixed. As the mechanic said he is only putting a bandaid on it. I came here with a sluggish car needing tune up and left with a leaking misfiring car. Go to a real mechanic is the lesson I learned here.

Best Jiffy Lube I’ve ever gone to!

I got a low oil warning. Called and told them I typically get serviced in Corvallis. They asked me to come in and get them to top off the oil. They took me into an empty service bay immediately, and in a few minutes added 11/2 quarts. Terrific service. Rare these days.

Very overpriced, not friendly, and poor workmanship. They insisted the car needed new wiper blades, shamed me for not wanting to pay for the upgraded brand, so I agreed. (I had new ones installed in January; they were fine.) I used them & an old one was left under the larger blade, scaring me that they were falling apart. Charged $7.95 to add antifreeze; it wasnt needed. Looking at the bill it stated that I refused vacuuming & washing the windshield. I asked why when it wasnt even offered and was told Covid. I will be returning to Moes Super Lube in Coos Bay.

Great customer service, but ended up paying upwards of 100$ for an oil change and quick engine cleaning. That would cost almost half that at any OilStop/mechanic shop.

As a young female I always go to auto places with my guard completely up but the service provided to me by Chris was absolutely exceptional and professional. Not only did he reassure me that he wasn’t going to force any unneeded fixes on me but also applied a discount to my service after tipping me off about coupons they offered. Very helpful getting our cars regular maintenance/ oil change done.

We went in to have fluids checked and topped off for our road trip to California which we stated. After I got home and my van loaded up to leave there was smoke comming from my hood and vents. Had to leave my van with our mechanic and had to use our other vehicle to take our trip(which is a major gas hog) come to find when our mechanic called and all it was was whoever put the oil in spilled it on the alternator of our van . So we had to pay to have the van inspected when all it was was spilt oil. The lack of attention to deatail could have caused a bigger problem. I definitely wont be going back to this jiffy lube. The one on coburg rd is the best so my advice is go to that one verses the one on 7th. Just sayin.

Took my car to Jiffy Lube, got an oil change, front headlight, and back tail light changed. Got a couple of blocks down the road and noticed my check engine light was on, and it definitely wasnt before pulling in to their shop. I dont know what they did to my car, but I hope anyone who reads this decides to stay far far away from this location. The only reason I didnt take it back is because its my word against theirs, and everyone knows how that goes. I just hope I come into some money to fix whatever they did before Im stranded on the side of the road because I cant afford another car repair right now. I am absolutely distraught. Shouldve just went to Midas.

Got a coupon in my email a couple days ago from doordash for a 21 dollar oil change so I go to the Coburg location and they say they dont accept the coupon but the west 7th Avenue location does so I go to that location and the angry sociopathic oil change guy walks up and says we dont accept it either and starts talking down to me like I dont have any money because Im trying to use the coupon. Guy looks like no attractive girl has ever touched him and thats probably why he needs to feel make believe superior.

Sent the husband to get the fluids changed and checked on the car. He came back with a $500 receipt to which there was a double charge for a radiator flush of a $100, they refunded that, to which when he came back, the car starts flashing low coolant levels. We checked and the level was nowhere near the full line. So i have to send him back to check why the indicator light is flashing low coolant when it was just flushed and refilled the radiator. Not a great customer service experience.

I came in to get my brakes cheked and the next day they magically whent out so i take it in to get them fixed and was quoted an hour and a half been waiting here for over 2 and a half while they throw a football around never coming here again.

This place went above and beyond to help us with a small mechanical issue caused by snow. They were the only place open on a Sunday and they repaired something that had nothing to do with an oil change, kindly and quickly—and didn’t even charge us. These guys have a customer for life.TL;DRTrustworthy hardworking folks who will go above and beyond for you repeatedly to give you the best experience and value known to mankind.I jump started an 88 camry that had been sitting for a year and drove it straight to them. The car had problems starting in the past. Told them nothing. Asked for an oil change. After they changed it out they told me about my fluids needing changing. We went ahead and changed them. While they were changing them they noticed the oil cap on the engine was missing. They let me know they could replace it and asked if i wanted to have one ordered. I did. As they were changing the fluids and were having to jump start the vehicle they noticed the alternator was original, explained why that may be an issue, told us the cost and the time it would take to deliver and install the part(about an hour), and asked if i wanted to replace it. I did. After replacing the alternator the car would not start and they asked me about the battery. Fortunately it was under warranty. Unfortunately it was five oclock and both Jiffy Lube And Oriellys were packed and couldnt spare an extra driver. The manager, chris, coordinated the battery pick up and Ethan said he could make the trip fast enough so off he went. Picked up the battery in record time. After installing the new battery it still would not start. The manager, chris, who seemed to have taken on my car as a pet project found out a fuse on the battery was blown, ordered a fuse and got it installed and made sure the car was in running condition just as they were closing. They told me to come back the next day and i can completely clean it.These guys took such attention to detail and remained joking and lighthearted despite running in to all manner technical difficulty. I know little about cars and they made this so easy for me. They also worked their butts off. At least 4 different people gave assistance on my car. And when we hit the register they did everything they could to give me the best value possible. Thank you so mich for helping me tackle this project. Definitely coming back.

I just received such amazing customer service from Ian at this location today. I went in for brakes, headlight, and oil change. He was very clear about what needed to be done and very friendly. Because I had so much work to do on my car I was there for quite a while. I waited too long to take care of my brakes and had damaged it in there. Now I dont know much about cars, but I know all about customer service. I watched Ian treat everyone with respect and care that came and went while I was there. Not so good. They told me my oil was full and all four quarts were in there but they also told me that I have a minor oil leak. How can I have all four quarts and be leaking. They also sold me am engine flush that I read can actually hurt your car but I didnt know that until they were already doing it. Also they said my car which has been running conventional needed a special synthetic oil filter that coated an extra 10 dollars. Does that sound like a place you would want to go?

As others have said, the practices of this business are not only unethical, but borderline (if not totally) illegal in some instances. I have had the same experience of feeling cheated after going in for an oil change and having the prices go up for one reason or another and being pushed into getting unnecessary work done.

Like any auto service, make sure to ask for a print-out of your quote or take a photo before you leave to have a service performed. I neglected to do that because I was told I would get a call if they found anything else that needed service/replacement, etc. No call. I returned with a bill that was $85 more than was quoted originally. Thankfully, I remembered the quote, and they gave me that price (calling it a discount and playing the nice-guy card when it was actually what I was told from the start). This is standard practice most places, so just be aware. I also had to go back because there was another leak that wasnt detected (three days later). Thankfully they didnt charge me for that repair.

This Jiffy Lube location provides very cheap oil changes with the expectation of up selling you on other items to make up the difference. I witnessed two other people in the store get the sales presentation that their brake and power steering fluid needed to be replaced because it was dirty. Ignore what Jiffy lube salesman say to you and follow your manufactures recommendations. A dark color fluid in both your brake and power steering reservoirs is ok.After getting the hard sale I declined and my truck was miraculously ready less then 5 minutes later.Drove and away and started to notice it was running rough. I took to the other Coburg Jiffy Lube location since it was closer to my work and Allen found no oil registering on my dipstick. He put in 2 and half quarts into my engine. He asked me to pull my truck into the bay and checked for leaks. Thanks Allen! No problems so the other location put less oil then required.What is even more frustrating is this location charged me extra since my truck takes 6 quarts. They only put in 3 and half quarts in. So I guess in the end I was defrauded.They have one business model which is change the oil and ensure the level of oil in the vehicle is full. I have been to other oil change companies that show you the dip stick before you leave so you can see it full.So if you go to this location expect them to sell you something extra and theres a possibility they may forget to fill you engine with the required amount of oil.

The workers themselves were nice, but the man who I assume was the manager (Danny? Green UO shirt) was extremely rude, impatient, and mostly unhelpful (both to us and his subordinates.) Not only were we overcharged for a belt change in which we provided the part, but it lasted more than 2 hours--not an exaggeration. Will not be coming again.

Just found out from my friend who did work on my car 1 week before I brought it in for an oil change that he flushed and filled my front differential and jeffy told me front and back both needed to be done, which is 69.99 extra that they basically stole from me. As when I left I realized I had a head light out that they didnt tell me about, and they never gave me my free car washes I was supposed to get with my coupon. Wont be going back unless they make all of this right.
