Very honest people. Let me know my car was going to be a money pit, which I assumed but they verified. Highly recommended.

Went to Wagon Works after another shop in-town had quoted me $1,000 (!!) on a brake-related job on my Honda Civic. Wagon Works took care of the problem for $325 and let me know that one of the things contributing to that $1k quote from the other place looked just fine and did not need to be replaced. Ive had nothing but good experiences here, and will continue to trust them as my go-to mechanic.

Very friendly staff, who are trust worthy and do what they say they will do with amazing speed and accuracy. I was a long time customer of another auto shop in town that jerked me around for two days and never gave me an answer. Brought my car into Wagon Works, they figured out they problem and I was in and out in one day.

Excellent experience! Brought our older Toyota in with mystery problems Tony figured things out, worked hard to get us in and out in a timely manor, and the cost was very reasonable. Best of all, I trust them.. Not an easy thing for me to say about technicians. Ill be going back and recommending them to others. Thanks

When my wife and I moved to Eugene almost eight years ago, we were desperate to find a knowledgeable, competent, honest, and affordable car shop. A mechanic who satisfies all four of these criteria is a rare thing indeed, but Wagon Works passes all of these with flying colors. We are very fortunate to have found these guys. Wagon Works was recommended to us by someone who at first was just a coworker, but who became a good friend partly because every recommendation she has ever given us about Eugene has been solid gold - including Wagon Works.

Wagon Works is awesome. I cant say enough good things about this business. They are always polite on the phone, explain everything they did and the condition the car is in, what maintenance is to come next, and are incredibly affordable. We just moved from Chicago where a mechanic quoted $550 for brake pads and rotors. Wagon Works assessed the brakes and told us that only the brake pads needed to be replaced and the labor and parts were less than a quarter of what the other place wanted to charge us. I appreciate their honesty and hard work. Thanks guys!

Worst experience I have ever had with an auto repair service. They took 2 weeks to look at it and then quoted an outrageous price for a simple hose they couldn’t get for 4 more days. I felt like I was dealing with children. Their friends must have written these reviews. Beware of this place, they’re shightsters.

After taking my car for an oil change at a national chain (Midas--HISS) and being told it needed over a thousand dollars worth of work, I brought it to Wagon Works for said repairs as their prices were lower than the other quotes I got. They gave me a much more honest report: yes to one (CV boot replacement), not hardly yet on another (front brakes and rotors), and not for a long time on the third recommendation (rack and pinion). Absolutely no complaints from me, and I will be recommending them to anyone who asks.Things to know: they are in a teensy space with a tiny parking lot, and seem to be booked at least a week out, so stop by beforehand to schedule an appointment; although they dont offer shuttles (which seems to be a thing here in Eugene...?), they are only a few blocks from Eugene station, so its not like youre stranded while they have your car.

Wagon works saved our hides! We were traveling through oregon when our transmission went out in Eugene. Jack and the crew at wagon works went way out of their way to get us back on the road as soon as possible. Their standard of excellence was also extremely high, they triple checked the replacement transmission and even took the transmission out again to fix a leak AFTER it was all installed. Thank you guys so much for helping us in a rough spot! I would recommend these guys to anyone, especially if you have a subaru or other Japanese car.

I had a troubled car, its personality only showed up at certain times, I did not know them but they figured it out and only charged me for they time they spent fixing the problem which I really needed kindness at that moment.
