Dr.Shaw has told me more information then the previous 3 eye doctors I’ve had in one appointment. Perfect service

Needed an eye exam and went to Dr. Shaw. She is super nice and honest. She told me everything I needed to know. I got fitted for contacts for the first time ever and Dr. Shaw let me sit in her office for about an hour complaining and whining because I couldn’t get my contacts out. She’s the best and I would recommend her to anyone!

Walked in to get a screw replaced on my 10 year old glasses, and walked out with contacts. And new glasses. Thank you!!

This was my girlfriend’s and my first time going here. We chose this place because it is close to home and takes our insurance. Embarrassing to say, but I haven’t been to an eye doctor in 15 years! I was very nervous. I hate anything near my eyes. Dr Shaw made it a very comfortable visit. She was very nice and had a great sense of humor. Our appointments went very smoothly and she was right on time.It is a very tiny place but I found comfort in that. She has a great selection of frames if you need to get glasses.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Dr Shaw. She made me feel welcomed and well cared for. She even took the time to help me get acquainted with my contacts and how to put them in and take them out. I Highly recommend Dr. Shaw and am so happy with the care I received!

I came in having my first pair of prescription glass purchased from another optometrist last year and was from day one struggling to see well but this year I found Dr Shaw and did my eye test and found out that the left eye of my prescription was off , she provided my new prescription and glasses and I can see so much better, highly recommend her. Called the place and was able to get in the same day. She was very helpful with figuring out my insurance. Also turned out that I really needed glasses so it was a good thing I went. Lots of styles to choose from and was very informative of what was wrong with my eyesight. I will be sending the rest of my family to this shop.

Terrible! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!Worst experience I have ever had at any Doctor. I went for basic exam. Very Rude even argumentative and when she found out I was not going to buy glasses she withheld my prescription! Worst bedside manner I ever experienced.Office is not clean.

Pros: Dr. Shaw very amiable, patient and caring.Cons: Not as many options for eyewear, but still feel confortable with the choice I made, even got my presciption sunglasses!

Great place and great eye doctor also accepts walk-ins which is a plus and very quick service and awesome lady as well as funny. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Stay away from this place. Not happy with her dishonesty. I don’t know what happened to my old review tho.She will ask you to give her a good review tho.

I had an appointment at 12 today and the office was closed. She didn’t even give me a call to try to reschedule. Very unprofessional.

Very poor service. Have been waiting for my glasses for weeks. No call back and when I go to the office it’s always closed. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

Great experience with Dr. Shaw; as it turned out my previous prescription glasses were way too strong and I got contacts, however I wonder if they’re not strong enough. Was given payment options, although I didn’t realize contacts would run so deep!Update: a week later I had a follow up with Dr. Shaw and further corrections were made to enhance my vision and I am very pleased with her assistance. I liked the attention she gave to my needs and responses, which I didn’t find in my experience with other agencies. I was very satisfied and will want to work with Dr. Shaw again.
