Dr. Thach is by far the kindest, smartest, and personable eye doctor I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. I’ve needed glasses since I was a child, and she is the second in over 20 years that has cared this much about getting my prescription and frames just right. She let me try on many pairs and really helped me choose the perfect ones. She explained my vision issues which I’ve never experienced, and made me truly understand my eye health. I love my glasses so much, and I’m excited to get sunglasses in the future as well. Super affordable for extremely high quality. Thank you so much!!

I have had the most pleasant experiences every time I visit Dr. Thach. She is so kind and such a professional. She helped me get the best contacts for my needs and even saw me quickly when I had something wrong with my eye. I took my daughter today for an eye exam and she even spent time talking to my daughter about the equipment she uses. The entire office gets locked when a patient is being seen, they are very covid safe. I am moving across the country but I wish I could have this Dr. on the East coast. Whatever you are paying your receptionist it is not enough. She is so sweet and so helpful. That being said the doctor is also amazing, knowledgeable, and quick without me feeling rushed. Will always come here and I recommend to everyone.

This is the third optometry I try in Escondido and they are the best! The front desk girl is always so friendly and she always helps me decide what glasses look best. Im very indecisive when it comes to choosing glasses but she helps me try them on one by one and helps me decide which look best! The doctor is amazing as well from my first appointment I noticed she is very professional and knowledgeable in her field. I am so glad Ifound them!

The service I receive was very good. The only thing I have problem with is hour of operation of business are not operated as schedule hour. Here on Monday their hours are 9-5and its 10:30. I have been waiting 30min for business to open. Still not open.

So I went to an eye doctor before less then 3 weeks ago I felt rush and just told me to put eye drops in my eyes for a month and then that didnt work then youll needed glasses, so I told my boyfriend and my aunt and they both suggested to look for another eye doctor.. so I called This place, it was wonderful, they even took my Medi-Cal. I highly recommend coming here. They go through the step by step with any concern you may have. I didnt feel rush, they focus on you and you only. if you needed glasses they help you pick out right one for you. They said it may take up to 2 weeks for the glasses to come in but got them in a 1 week.Im very satisfied customer who will keep coming back, place is well organized and clean. Now I love my new glasses couldnt be happier. Thank you guysYOUR THE BEST!

I brought in my 3 girls to get glasses and our experience here was a very good one from the time i called to schedule a appointment by the way the front girl is Lucy she is so pleasant to talk to and to be around her. Back to the appointment part I scheduled and was anle to get in on a weekend which works great because I work week days .. the hours are perfect and the office is nice and clean and also has lots of frames to choose from. So I came bavk for my glasses too because i was just so pleased with the services.. Thanks Lucy for making my girls and myself feel great at your office ...

The service was excellent, I had to go schedule in person because my insurance information was giving trouble. The day of my eye exam, She was so nice to me and now that my glasses are done i just love them. I highly recommend this place.

I go to Dr Thach for all of my vision needs, glasses, contacts & sunglasses. I like that she runs her practice efficiently, each time Ive been there the office is clean and well organized. The staff is friendly and attentive. What I like most about Insight Vision Optometry is knowing that I am getting superior service and quality lenses. The lenses here are the best Ive tried by far! She offers a great frame and lens warranty, although Ive never had any problems. Theres a wide selection of frames which is always a plus! I feel the doctor genuinely cares for my eye health and takes time to adress any questions or concerns I may have, that is why I will continue to bring my business to her practice.
