It is a challenging day when, as a customer you are forced to learn the policies and procedures of T-Mobile in order to correct the in-store staff as to what the actual eligibility and guidelines are of promotions that their company is running. Although I was happy to do it to help train the staff, it is unfortunate this level of research and engagement is required from a customer.

Stading on the store for about 47 minutes no word has been said to me..... if you go here wait until the late afternoon cause service is terrible in the morning.... good thing I didnt have anything to do today.... finally got helped bout an hour later for a 10 min process

Terrible customer service. I called and asked they could help me factory reset my daughters phone and I was told yes. When I actually arrived at the store I was told that the ladys computer was locked and she would not help us.

I had a great experience here picking up my tablet. I went online the night before and upgraded my existing tablet, and selected the in store pickup option so that I could avoid waiting on shipping. The two gentlemen working the store this morning were very personable and friendly. They made us laugh while we waited.Due to Covid-19, only a few people were allowed in the store at a time, but they came out and got us from the car once we could go in to complete the pickup.The store has a lot of merchandise and pretty much every Sprint device so if youre looking for a quick pick up, you can be sure they probably have it.I would recommend this store. They were great!

This location is the place to go for 100% satisfaction guaranteed and excellent customer service! Marty was the rep that helped set up my new service. I just came in to look around but I left with 3 phones and a tablet for my family and that is what we needed! He was an active listener to my situation. Not only was he professional but empathetic also. He picked a plan that met my familys needs and set everything up in a timely manner. He was interacting, polite and had a great sense of humor. I felt like I was personally being taken care of and cared about and not just another customer. He took his time to explain everything to me and several times more than once. Sometimes it takes me a few times to understand but he was very patient with me and showed no signs of aggravation at all!! I worked for a cellular company (a competitor) for 5+ years several years ago. If I was doing a random score sheet, it would be perfect for this transaction! It felt wonderful to finally be treated like a person and with some respect by a cellular rep! (I didnt even get that from the one I worked for!) Keep up the AWESOME job, Marty!!! Also, keep it up with those AMAZING customer service skills!! Some people have them and some dont but you are a natural...KUDOS TO YOU!!!

I came in with my sister in law to help her get new service started. Marty helped us and was very patient with her. My sister-in-law can be a bit much asking so many questions and talking too much, but Marty was so accommodating and polite, and explained everything in detail. You dont understand how much my sister-in-law can drive a person crazy, and Marty handled everything with the most calm professional disposition.Thank u so much for your help and patience Marty.

Worst customer service I’ve ever had. They can’t do anything. You have to do everything yourself online and it never works. They sold me phone for 250$ more than the receipt said and refuse to give my money back. They also refuse to close my account.

Started charging long-standing customers $100 down payments for upgrades when they are a part of the flex lease program. Not much point in having the program if you are going to charge customers who have never missed a payment and with good credit a down payment for a phone. I will be switching carriers. I no longer get good service at my place of business anyway. Even when I contacted them and they said they fixed the downed tower

This store is infested with bugs. I couldn’t even sit down in the chair. The poor lady working had to keep knocking them off her. They were on computers, floor, ceiling, walls, and there is a terrible smell in the store. I almost drove the hr away to another store. Longest 45 min ever. I have pics and videos of the insects.

Well first of all me and my family switched five phones over from AT&T, and our phones were never taken care of and the management team cannot figure out where the phones are and AT&T was never paid for the switchover that was promised by the store and Sprint, but they had no issues taking our phones and doing whatever they do with our five phones, now AT&T is coming after me for the phones were not paid off by sprint amd the store but the store and Sprint have no idea where my phones are! In management and staff will not respond to my calls or messages on this matter
