Moved into a family rent house and the internet was acting up, has been for years according to the owner. She called multiple times and nothing has happened. I called and spoke to Trevor and he fixed the issue while on the phone with me and I didn’t have to do anything. He was very very knowledgeable and immediately recognized the issue when I described it and was able to clearly answer any follow up questions I had.

Johnathon made the 3 trips for a phone repair worth the trip. He is the Samsung expert.

Be nice to carry more of a selection of phones and accessories

This is only the second review I have done on google. We have 4 phones plus one other service with Pioneer. Two of our phones have unlimited data and two are on a limited plan. The two phones that are supposed to have unlimited data have problems with connection but the other two do not. All devices were in the same location the two on a limited plan were able to connect to internet no problem. The two with unlimited data would not connect. Called Pioneer 3 times along with emails. They gave us referrals numbers for each of the trouble phones said they would call back never received a phone call again. They did not fix the issue or attempt to. Can only draw the conclusion that they are slowing (more like completely blocking the signal) down on the two unlimited phones. So disappointed with the service and customer service provided and I hate it had to come to a bad review. Hoping I will hear from them after this review.

Was at Pioneer again today. The workers are great! We have been with this company 20+ years...and 10 lines.. so i have nothing else to compare to. But Pioneer it self will do nothing for the customer. The nice workers are not at fault so dont blame them. Once again i needed help but of course as in the past 20 years the workers can only say ..Sorry! I am a business owner myself and wonder how that works! Since pioneer is local i want to support them!Also it would be great if they could have a plan for Canada. We have family there and zero service! We have friends that travel there also and they finally switched companies.I dislike giving sad reviews!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice selection of phones and tablets. They have good coverage over most areas. We have not had problems with phone coverage. Service techs are very knowledgeable and can fix most problems quickly and efficiently.

These people are always so friendly and helpful! I stop by every month to drop off my dads cellphone payment. The atmosphere inside, the employees, the fact that you can walk in and look and not be accosted at the door, dont have to sign in and tell them what youre there for, can look around without having to provide a cellphone number...take note, AT&T. I would change providers if I wasnt on a family plan. I just feel like a number and a target at AT&T. The high pressure sales attempts annoy me. The people and atmosphere are just nicer at Pioneer.

Pioneer is a good company if you only ever plan on being in north east Oklahoma your entire life, However when you try to leave this company they feel the need to protect your account for you with a pass code they only know as a last resort to keep you, because it forces you to stop by in store to get the code. Worst mistake I ever made was transferring my number into this companies care had to change my number after 10+ years of use because of this bs. That is the worst system in place and no other company uses this tactic to keep customers. Then they act like they care with this fallow up email bs. Will not recommend the company due to this issue and will tell everyone to go else where when looking for a new provider. The only good thing I have to say about this company is the employees are nice.

Trying to leave Pioneer Cellular is like leaving the 6th plane of hell. Multiple days, multiple attempts, and still we are having problems. There is no reason in this day and age to put up with this level of incompetence when you can simply use a real carrier. All of our friends and family who have attempted to switch to another carrier have had similar problems. This is one customer who won’t be back!!

Always very helpful. If your not young sometimes you have more trouble with smart phones.

Removed last post. New phone has no signal in my house & been screwed up since big storms. Was told by a Cindy it was leaves on trees!!! 17 yrs no problem, now no phone signal!!!!! Run to other companies!!!

Girls are slays nice. Had a few billing problems, but they ALWAYS did their best to fix and resolve them quickly! Highly recommend Pioneer!

I have my cell service here at Pioneer. Service is great. And the folks that work there are very nice.

Very upset. Have a phone less than a year old. And already having problems. And of course its my fault. To many games. So i delete them. And still have the same problems.

If you find the right sales rep then you usually have a short visit with your cellular stuff but if not well you get to play a little bit of running around good selection of phones and accessories

They a way behind the times to have the best cellular coverage in Northwestern Oklahoma

My family used pioneer for over 15 years and we received the worst customer service today. I have no idea what the lady’s name was but she was unhelpful, rude, and smug. We switched to AT&T.

Been with them for 26 years. When they opened the firat store in Enid. My first phone was like a walkie talkie. That place used to be amazing. Now they are to commerical and do not care so much about customer service. I hate saying that because I still personal know several people there and at one time Bonnie and Denise and Johnny all were hands on and are GREAT people. But the last 8 years things have changed. I know I should change companies but I have 7 phones and I am scared I will get bad service. Pioneer Cell has great service. But customer service sucks.
