We LOVE Allison and her staff at Cricket Wireless. Theyre so fun and professional. I switched to Cricket over a year ago and it was the best decision ever!!! I actually look forward to going in and paying our bill. Allison sat with me yesterday and explained all the phone options that i liked. She even switched everything from my old phone over to my new one!!! She and her crew are such a blessing!!!

I was highly disappointed with my experience at the store in Enid. When I walked In I was greeted but not very friendly, there were two workers sitting on the floor behind the counter. I understand possibly a tough day but at least have the decency to both get up when you have a customer come in. The darker haired one continue to play on her phone while the other one assisted me but I felt as if I was almost an annoyance to her, as if she was bothered she was actually having to help me. I must say I have been in the store before looking to switch and have dealt with much better customer service. I will not be visiting the cricket wireless in Enid if those to ladies are working. If you don’t like your job change it but that was pure laziness.

I have service here with my husband for a long time, I believe the lady that helped us is ziada she was awesome!! After she quit we went a couple more time but started to pay online. We just went back not to long ago and now one girl That works there I don’t know here name but she has long hair, well she has a piercing in her nose, that does not look professional. When I asked for help it seems like I’m bothering them from just sitting down. I rather go waste more money and get better customer service than ever step foot in this store again! Or if the lady with Ziada comes back I would come work with her!

This place is awesome! The staff here is nice and helpful! They set up my phone and made sure it worked before I left the store and when I have any questions I just go in the store or call them on the phone and they help me out! The service is great too I don’t have no problems at all with my service!

So far so good, no problem getting or receiving calls. Most of the employees are very helpful i did have one young lady that didnt want to listen to my questions and was bossy. Kept telling me i have to put a glass protector on my phone. Kept pushing for me to buy it there.

The mgr has always been very good to work with us. The store needs a few stools or a couple chairs.

My wife and i wanted to take advantage of a 2 line deal. Went to store, checked phones, were told both phones ARE compatible with our service, it is a byop deal, because we DID NOT need or want to buy new phones. The employees changed sim cards and service plan etc, etc. We paid the bill and left. Next morning i CANNOT make a call off my phone, called cricket customer service TWICE to try to remedy the issue. Was told by cricket customer service my phone is NOT compatible with cricket service and that i would need to purchase a new phone. I believe this company to be very misleading. I believe some compensation is in order for being lied too by cricket employees. I will change my review if cricket of enid steps up and remedies this situation...tried calling store location three times on 9/20...turns out the store DOESNT currently have a store phone.. ironic no?

Angela is always so friendly and ALWAYS has a smile on her face. Just dont see that in retail workers much anymore. I would and have recommended her to many people.
