Logan and Joe are the best. Ive been with US Cellular for 13 years and always get great service. They were friendly and knowledgeable. So glad to have a physical store with real people who care!!

Been with US Cellular for 3 months. Since May 2017. We have had nothing but trouble. No service where we were assured we would have it. Always on roaming. We have unlimited data, but at 2g. Since were always on roaming our 4g runs out quickly. Absolutely worthless. Called US Cellular customer service and was told, we should have been better informed by the Enid office but it was to late and our 15 day trial period was over and we were locked in to the contract. We will pay our phones off and immediately leave US Cellular. I have to give this company a grade rating of F. I found it difficult to give this company even a one star rating.

Website is awesome and have never had problems with service. When you go to the store for an upgrade and ?s the store is closed when supposed to be open not good for business. No sign in door or window explaining why closed.

The people working there are very knowledgeable and awesome! Been with them for 3 years now and no complaints
