Nicole is an amazing sales person and very helpful...I was looking to upgrade my Galaxy S8 phone. I called this store and I spoke to Nicole..She was super helpful and nice enough to answer my questions. I came in the same day and Nicole helped me to pick the right phone for my buisness needs. She showed me the difference between all the phones and answered all my questions. She went above and beyond to make sure I chose the right phone for me. I purchased the Galaxy S21 and she helped me in getting my new phone all setup. She was amazing. I highly recommend you go and see Nicole if you are looking for a new phone. She is awesome!.. Thanks Nicole! I love my phone..Thank you so much..

Store Manager (Zack) was a terrible experience. Unhelpful, unprofessional and defensive at every question. I just bought a brand new phone from another TMobile store and Zack appear to want nothing to do with it giving me a litany of disclaimers and potential issues or excuses as to why my data transfer may be unsuccessful. Even refusing to help because it was too late since they closed in 45 minutes!!! Love Tmobile, but do Not go to Zacks store or location. I walked out after only a five minute discussion. Terrible Retail Manager!

Employees seem confused, took over an hour to get clear about my questions (simple questions, was just trying to buy a new phone) and they still didn’t present the final prices of financial phone + service on a monthly basis. They all seemed not to sure about their answer and were Ping ponguing the customer/colleagues guessing the answer they didn’t have... They also were take care of more than one customer at the time, so they answer you, go to another customer and then get back to you... That gives you a window of at least 3 hours to buy a phone...Very unprofessional. I actually feel bad for them, they seemed untrained and unprepared by the company to perform their jobs

Excellent technical and sales service provided by Leigha. First time I went to the store, she spent over 40 minutes testing the phone, did the system back-up, full reset, then data restore on my Samsung Galaxy S7. She did find that the battery would be the source of the problem, and ordered a replacement phone for me. Next day I went to the store again to upgrade to new S9 cell phone. Leigha stayed nearly an hour passing the store closing time to help me and other two customers setting up our new phones. She provided the best service I have ever experienced comparing to other cell phone stores.

Very dissatisfied. In-stores sales representatives were not transparent and gave a lot of mixed information. I came here to switch over from AT&T and Jessie helped me. She first said that the price for unlimited talk, text, and data for three lines was $140/mo and I showed her on the T mobile website that it was $130/mo and Leigha had to correct her. Furthermore, Jessie was not very knowledgeable about the Carrier Freedom plan and did not disclose to me that I needed to buy two devices in order to be reimbursed for my cancellation of two devices with AT&T. I absolutely would not go back to this store for customer service.

Before deploying sold me a phone and an unlimited plan that I was repeatedly assured would work overseas. Turns out it was incompatible and I was unable to call my family for the entirety of my deployment. In addition, with every call to customer service and support they were unable to work out even the basic functions of the phone. Were not able to apply my military discount in time. So I ended up with a wifi tethered phone that failed me repeatedly. No discounts, no attempts to make it right.These individuals do not know phones and their services are disappointing. Had they spent more time being technical experts instead of selling me crappy phone accessories maybe they would have checked the phones compatibility.Buyers Beware.

I love this store! This is the only cell phone store Ive ever had an excellent experience in! Kayla, Rob, Sall, and Jorge were extremely helpful to me today. They are all unusually friendly, welcoming, HONEST, and quick! I cant trust any other phone sales people to tell me the truth about service, or phones. Ive bought phone after phone and service after service with being bated and switched much to my mind boggling frustration. Even when I ask multiple people on the 800 number and at other multiple carrier stores. The only people I trust are the techs at the 800 number and Kayla, Rob, Sall ,and Jorge (and subsequently Jack Nielsen for hiring them).

Dont normally rate retail, but these guys hooked us up with some cool daddy new phones with international service for our next overseas trip. Warranty replacement on one of them when the screen developed a problem. nice work guys.

Employees cannot help you because they do not have knowledge of tmobiles devices, policies and cannot use the in-house point of sale system. Used car salesman yesterday will now fumble through nonsensical salesmanship that only results in a waste of your time. They will then make you wait while they call someone that may have knowledge and let you know that everything they told you was incorrect.

Terrible customer service. Watch them as they will attempt to blame you for issues with the refurbished phones you receive from the warranty. I was able to overlook it the first time but when the second replacement phone broke after only having it for a week.. I could not accept their second attempt to blame the customer for bunk phones.

Bummer that they sell products they dont stand behind for customers of 15 years. Bought a Mobile Hotspot and after about 20 uses it stopped working. Neither T-Mobile or this store where I purchased it, would warranty it. They said they had a 14 day warranty, so must have an idea it is junk. On the search for a new carrier.
