Amazing service! The iPhone store said our phone looked like a lost cause and like there was little chance we could access the files on our phone but the genius there recommended we go to iFix. The woman at iFix got our phone repaired and running perfectly in no time at all. Our crisis was just a quick fix.

They were able to fix my laptop in 10 minutes: however, they also sold me a charger instead of telling me that there was no problem with the charger at all! $60. I was upset, but I not only got a reply, I got a phone call. There was just a problem with miscommunication. I would definitely recommend this business; I was impressed by their integrity.

Fantastic service, when I spilt water on my laptop I thought for sure Id lost all of my data and would need to buy a new $2,000 computer. Luckily, I thought to first bring my Macbook Pro to My iFix and they were able to fix it in less than an hour for only $50. The customer service was absolutely excellent, I will definitely be coming back for future repairs!

Very good service here and repairs done quickly. I came in to get my phone charging port replaced. At first, they tried to clean it out, at no charge, to get it going. When that did not work they promptly replace the port for a very reasonable $50. You can also get a glass screen protector there for only $20. I highly recommend these people.

My ifix was knowledgeable and quick with my iPhone repair. Double checked a few things worked like the front sensor. Nice to see someone that takes pride in their work.

I just spoke to a guy there and he was so completely disconnected with what I was asking him, not listening to what I was saying, nor answering my questions, and was having a side conversation with a xo-worker while he was on the phone with me.I told him that I didn’t understand what he was saying, asked to him to explain it, and he said “okay, thanks, bye”, and hung up on me.What a low-class person and loser douche bag.

Fast, (took an hour), and well done screen replacement, (and they reshaped the banged-up edges) on my IPad Air 2. Price is similar to other repair shops. I will absolutely use them for any future repairs.
