My iPhone8 camera was making a loud & fast clicking sound, so i gave this place a try. They found it was the cameras aperture that has failed and needed replacement. Lucky the repair wasn’t costly and it was done within 10 minutes. Taylor is transparent and tells it to you straight. I highly recommend this place (plus, it on the 101, and There’s a nice bar and grill next door!)Thanks again for the good service!

As a recent transplant to Encinitas, I am glad that I decided to check out ISquad this morning before heading to a store that I had used a couple of months ago. I was pleasantly surprised to see someone greet me courteously and be genuinely interested in diagnosing the problem and fixing it BEFORE he told me how much it would cost! He must have been confident that his quote would be reasonable and affordable. Needless to say, it was! Im leary about going to places im not familiar with. Dropped off my phone guy called me up and said ok all fixed. I get down there and he straight up hooked it up beyound what i expected. Now a day its hard to find good people to do great work on our stuff.

He is amazing! I booked an appointment online (on a holiday weekend no less) and when I showed up he let me know he just sold his last black phone face but would put a white one on. He was done in 20 min. He said I could come back Tuesday and he’d deliver it to my house while I was at work. I did come back Tuesday, the new faces were there, and he did deliver it to my house while I was at work. He went above and beyond, the quality was amazing, and it was so fast. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I will definitely come back! Thank you!!!

Kids can be hard on tech devices. Somehow with only two kids we managed to have three iPads with cracked screens. The customer service here was fantastic and the turnaround time even better. Our devices were fixed to perfection and prices were beyond fair. The owner bought my stolen phone from someone. I guess he didnt turn it on before buying it. There was a Find My iPhone popup saying it was stolen with my moms number to call. Thats where he reached me to charge me 300 dollars to get it back.I called the cops and they were no help. I seriously recommend avoiding this guy at all cost because he got extremely confrontational with me. I had to ask the police officers to accompany me to rebuy it.

I damaged my Samsung Galaxy S7 screen to where it was black and unresponsive. I was overdue for a phone and had already purchased a new one, but could not do a data transfer to retrieve any of my info. from my old phone. Taylor was awesome & accommodating, and within a day was able to fix the screen at a reasonable price. I highly recommend!

Easy business to find. I walked in, and Mark had a replacement glass immediately available for repair of the broken screen of my IPhone 6. He repaired it like new within 15 minutes while I waited. I watched him performing the repair, and he is a true craftsman. And, the cost was 1/2 of what I would have paid at an Apple Store.. It was interesting and a pleasure to visit with him, and I highly recommend him to repair your phone.

I called around for the lowest price and that’s how I found iSquad! When I got there, they were super kind and had my phone screen fixed in 20 minutes. I then proceeded to leave and walked 5 mins down the road before I dropped my phone and cracked my screen again. After some tears, I brought it right back and they not only fixed my screen AGAIN for no cost to me! Not only that, but gave me a free glass protector layer and a better phone case. It made my whole day and now my phone is shatter proof (we hope)!

I shattered my iPhone6 and i was pretty sad.. Me and this phone have been through a lot and when i finally broke it i was like oh finally haha.. anyway i took it in and iSquad Repair (Encinitas) did an amazing job! ISquad hooked me up, and Grant was super knowledgeable and helpful. Came in on 29 Dec after falling off a boat with my iPhone in my pocket a week earlier on vacation. You already know that salt water and electronics dont mix, so I hesitantly brought the phone into the shop the day I got back into town (after having the phone in rice the previous 5 days). Grant opened her up and quickly cleaned off some corrosion and plugged in a new battery...and I was back in action less than an hour later. Also, my home button wasnt working after the phone came back online, and Grant showed me how to turn on the screen assistance home button, then told me how to just order a new home button online in case I wanted one. Would definitely recommend this place to my friends.

Zero Stars. In fact negative zero stars. These people ruined my iPad. I took a perfectly functioning iPad in for a screen repair and it was ruined. The new screen was super thick, the home button was completely stabbed and destroyed as if they used it to get the screen off and on, so bad it was difficult to use. Worst of all it ruined the lower portion of the screen and the iPad itself went crazy. It won’t stay on any one page, opens page after page of random programs and the home button portion of the screen cannot be used as if it’s dead. I’ve called and text them for help and no one returns my call. I would never go to this place. The worst. A cheap fix required me having to get a brand new iPad.

I brought my MacBook in with a screen issue, and I’m pretty sure they harvested it for parts. It was returned to me with pretty much every component broken, in an unoriginal case. The hard drive was the only thing returned intact. I had to prove to Apple that it wasn’t stolen, and the repairs from them costed over a thousand dollars, from what was originally a minor screen defect. It’s strange, because it seems like these guys mostly get positive reviews, but I think in my case they were simply utter thieves. I would approach with caution.

I cracked my screen on my iPhone 6S Plus and occasionally the new screen will freak out and actually “tap” in random places on the screen. I have had it call randomly to some numbers. But the worst was when I set an alarm for a very important test and it somehow disabled the alarm. Would never take any of my devices here.
