I love this MetroPCS store! I have been with Metro for about 4 years now. I bought my newest phone from this location about a year ago. Unfortunately the kick stand on my case snapped off since then and is not fixable. I just went in today to see if they still had some cases, and they were clearanced to 2 for $20! I got two different kinds of cases that Im very pleased with. The same guy who sold me the cases sold me my phone, and he is really cool, too. He was also very helpful and knowledgeable when I was picking out my new phone a year ago. I think his name is Chris. Hes the tall guy. I definitely recommend this location to anyone whos with Metro!

Chris who sold us our phones was great, very nice, down to earth and helpful! But the store smelled of strong, fresh cigarettes and I had my toddler with me, I was not happy about that part. I dont expect cigarettes in a cell phone shop

I purchased a phone March 2 a ZTE they just released the phone the same day I bought it, everyday I mean everyday my phone freezes or cuts off until it want to come on Ive been giving 3 new phones and every single one has did the same thing! Only option is for me to buy a new phone! Then the person who works in the store set my phone up and did my mail in rebate and didnt do it correctly so Im out of $60 !! This has been a nightmare since March 2!! Worse phone company ever!! I wish I couldve gave them no damn stars!!
