Very knowledgeable and friendly staff.

Game stop took care of all my gaming needs,the staff are knowledgeable and usually like what they are doing and it shows in the way they treat their customers.All said,that place was probably better off closed but they let it remain that way for for fat too long.

On June 16th the xboxes were restocked and they had 8, i was 8th in line until i was cut in line and the manager told me it wasn’t his problem and gave him the xbox series x. This is a lousy store and ive never had anything but trouble here.

Order the controller online it didnt work properly took it in the store the return easy smooth seamless really nice guy working in the store would shop again

Staff was very nice to and very patient with my disabled adult son. :) I really appreciate that. He likes to try to do things on his own as much as possible and he can irritate people who dont understand him. They are always nice to him in this location and help him find whatever he is looking for. Highly recommend this location over the one off of W. River.

They are out of stock of most stuff and still havent received anything but overall good store amount of items they have are very limited and they dont really have any 360 games or Nintendo U Wii U games

Fantastic place. Not once do i ever walk through those doors, without being greeted by store employees. They always have something new and interesting in there from the newest games to merchandise.

Always a good experience. They are in Flux with all the stuff going on between covid and company, but always great helpful staff

If you own an xbox one this is not the store for you. Everytime I stop they are out of controllers and headsets. Cant speak on games but everything else, no good. Employee said we stock more playstation stuff.

My son received a gift card for Christmas and could not wait to spend it! The staff was extremely helpful and even helped us save a few dollars!! Gamestop also has a great selection of toys that were hard to find this Christmas season!! My son was buying a used game and when we got to the register the worker informed him that the game would be cheaper to buy new then used.. So instead of getting one game he was able to get two and he even got a small toy for his sister!! My kids love going here for the selection and the prices are great compared to many of the big box store around!!

This is a good store. If youve been in a GameStop before its no different than the rest. The employees at this store are usually helpful and will want to try and make sure you get what you came in for. They have a good stock of phsyical games. All consoles. Their trade in is not the best however.

Bought a new game

My son loves going here! We went here to pick up a game for him. The workers were very knowledgeable and helpful while we were there. Always a fun store to look around in.

So far, after ordering and buying two big games and buying a controller, I have no complaints. This location has so far had the best employees. Always friendly, knowledgeable and eager to make sure Im taken care of.

It seems everytime I go here I leave disappointed.A used gen 1 Xbox one power cord is not worth $50 by any stretch of the imagination. You can buy the whole system for $100.They will give you next to nothing for your games but upcharge times 3 on everything they have.I wont be waisting my money here.*Just found the same item for $28 at The Exchange*

Always get the run around from the less than knowledgeable employees (with the exception of one woman who seems to be the only one with any comprehension of her job). Asked if they had any Nintendo DS systems in stock, was hit with the response of I dont even know what that is

It doesnt matter who is working the whole staff is Always prompt & and helpful it dont matter if Im spending $5.00 or $500.00 I get the same help have never had a problem the Chestnut Commons store in my opinion is the best around ..

Place incorrect price tags on items and seem to think customers are smart enough to realize it. Grabbed an item with an $85 tag on it and the cashier tried to sneakily pull it off as she rang it up at 99.99. Come on now. Terrible

I had a order from their website come today and was so disappointed, called customer service was on hold 38 minutes finally gave up and just called my local store. Josh answered the phone, I start off apologizing because I knew I was gonna end up being an arse after being on hold from previous call. Josh didnt let it phase him, you could continue to hear the positive in his voice. I explain my problem, hoping for maybe a small inconvenience discount of some kind and NO he didnt allow that to happen, he went and totally blew me away. A 100% correction to my problem, way above what I was expecting. Quick trip to the store and he is smiling and friendly as I enter, takes care of everything quickly and as promised... Reminding me in not so many words he too is a consumer and been in my shoes. So if youre headed to GameStop use the Elyria Commons store and if you see Josh know without concern he will help you and treat you right.

I went there yesterday to pick up an online order and the guy was very rude and not out full and kept telling me that I had to wait until it went through and that their system was behind even though I have the confirmation order and everything was in place but he just wasnt explaining it right was very rude and I was just like theres nothing I can do and I think he could have handled it a lot better and had MUCH BETTER customer service skills

The staff was very helpful and the prices were great. They didnt have everything we were looking for though.

I live right by this location, and was a loyal shopper, but last year a worker here was excessively rude. He actually questioned my priorities in life, because I said I had PS4 and XBox One Preordered. He said I was messed up and weird to my face! The next time I came in I made a mistake and he started making fun of me (literally mocking me) for mistaking one of the other workers names. After this moment I realized I would rather drive out of my way to the Midway Mall location than to ever shop here again.
