This store is so much better than the one in chestnut commons. We were greeted right away, very friendly help, we ordered what we were looking for and was out in less than an hour. New phone will arrive today. ( 2 days ) cant wait.

I love this store..Andre is the man. They are always willing to help and I highly recommend them! I went in with problems with my iPhone and ended up getting the Samsung Galaxy s20 Ultra...best decision of my life! Camera is impeccable and the guys really know these phones inside and out! Great selection and they are never out of stock!!

Andre is very helpful and personable. He worked exceptionally well to ensure that I left satisfied. He helped me surprise my husband with a new phone for his birthday. The 5 stars is for Andre, not the store itself. They have a gem of a customer service rep/salesman. Give him a raise and his own store! He embodies the culture any company would want their management staff to have! Thank you again!

I had the most fantastic customer service at this location. I accidentally ruined my phone, which was my own fault. The gentleman who assisted me not only helped me to find a new phone, but also went far out of his way to make sure I was getting a good deal. I was treated as a valued customer, and by the time I left my monthly bill was even lower than when I got there!Ive been a Sprint customer for over a decade and my experience at this location is by far the best Ive had.

Needed a new plan and phone and the salesman Andre Rosario did an outstanding job. I went in just needing a phone and a plan with a limited amount of money, and left with a new case and Ill be back to get more stuff for my new phone. Im very satisfied with my visit and look forward to doing business with sprint and Andre.

I went here to get new phones for my fiancee and I. The girl helping me said her manager agreed to give me two free cases, one for each phone, and a free screen protector for each phone. Which was awesome, 5 stars! However, I got my bill AND THEY CHARGE ME EVERY MONTH for those to pay them off. Cheap scam, and lies. Do not go to this store.

Writing this as we leave the parking lot. Walked in with my husband as his lease was up and he has to get a new phone. Was not even greeted by either of the gentlemen working. Waited 6 minutes while they were with customers and they still didn’t greet us. Customer service 101 is a simple greet and “hello we will be with you shortly”. Walked out and will go elsewhere. Thanks for the awful service.

The store is clean and the staff is friendly but I had some questions that they could not answer and just referred me to the manufacturer or customer service if you are going to sell a product you should know as much as you can about the product and not try to lead people on by giving them some answer that has nothing to do with the product.

Worst ever. Switched from Verizon to sprint for the simple fact they were cheaper. Was told I’d have decent but not great service in my area which I was ok with. But I simply had no service nor did my fiancé. We tried calling the next day and the first call from me and her they answered. After an hour called back. Tried calling 5 times each. Was just put straight to hold. Between being lied to and ignored like that doesn’t set well with me. Went to the store. Was first told restocking fees were $35 each. Turned out to be $45 each. Then was also told we’d have our old phones back with in 4-5 days. Then turned into 2 weeks. Just called the other day for the two week period. Was told they’d have to text the manager to figure out what’s going on with that said they’d call me back in a few minutes. Never heard back. Tried calling again today. No answer. Needless to say. Went back to Verizon. And will NEVER deal with sprint again. Especially this sprint store.

This review is for the Sprint Chestnut Commons location. I went in on a Saturday to inquire questions about signing my husband and I up for service. The man helping me was very short one word answered and honestly could care less whether or not I signed up. After answering all my questions I decided to sign up. He took my ID, asked my soc ran my credit and said that everything is set up for when I come back with my husband. He then said that he has a rose gold iPhone and a black one for the both of us that he will place on hold. My husband and I went back 1-2 hours later and the man who helped me said he sold the phones. This of course is annoying but I KIND OF understand as a sale is a sale. So he brushed it off no problem and said he can order the phones for us, they will be here Tuesday and he will call me to let me know. Tuesday past didnt hear anything. I call Wednesday to check and the guy (who didnt help us out saturday) said hed look into it and put me on hold. He said there was nothing under my name and if it was possible it would be under another name. I of course told him no and had to ask him to check to see if they were ordered or not. He said that hed look into it, talk to the guy who helped us then call me back. I made sure to tell him to call me back either way. He of course NEVER called back. I called again he said they got busy and that the order was cancelled. I said so they were randomly cancelled and no one called to tell me?? He said sorry someone should have reached out. So basically the guy fake entered them into the computer that Saturday, even called me on my cell to ask AGAIN for my social security number (which is super shady) then I had to call 3 times to get a straight answer whether or not my phones were even ordered? DO NOT GO HERE, SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE. They do not give a crap about the customer one bit and made that very obvious.

I had an issue with my Iphone 7 where it could not connect to any cellular data and it was stuck in a reset loop. They did nothing to help me. they said i could go to the Brooklyn store, which i did not have time to do, or spend my money to buy a new sim card. All while i had insurance on this phone. i spoke with a technician on the phone and they said i could get it replaced free of charge with the insurance. Sure enough i arrive at this store and they said i have to pay $200 for a replacement and still have to drive to Brooklyn to get the replacement and i only had about $120 more to pay it off. Makes sense to me.

Absolutely the worst customer service experience ever. Came into this store with an unlocked iPhone. Told the fella who was working that the rep on the phone told me I needed a new SIM card to activate my unlocked device on the network. The guys working were rude, dismissive and made no real effort to help me to activate my new device. They were too busy talking and joking around with each other to take the time to help me. I left disappointed in the same spot I was already in. My husband called the store to ask what happened and why they couldnt figure it out and he was hung up on. The four times we called back after that nobody answered the phone. This has been the worst experience with sprint to date. Customer service like this is the reason people switch providers. If I could give this store a zero rating I would.

I would give this place zero stars if that was an option. These workers are beyond rude. I walked in to speak to someone about adding a line to my plan. Not one worker acknowledged that I entered the store nor said Ill be right with you. These people do not deserve jobs and need to take a class in customer service. I have been a customer for years now and the being treated as if I were invisible was extremely low. I suppose trash comes along with the Elyria area though.

Me and my girlfriend went in here a while back. I was not greeted or felt like I was welcome when I came in. Staff ignored me. My brother went in there and they straight up lied to him as well to close a sale, and they dropped his phone (which broke it) and refused to acknowledge it.Bottom line totally unprofessional, incompetent at best, uncaring if you want a terrible experience this is the store for you.

Do not publish my name.Took my dead s-7 to local Sprint Store mgr who said battery exploded, wouldnt give phone back for assistance from my Asurion policy for exchange, said online showed I had no insurance, said S7 no longer available, sold me S-9. I called, Asurion who said i had insurance for exchange but must return damaged ph, Sprint Mgr refused, rude, lied, hung up on me. I wasted many days & hours of my time in ph calls , visits, finally to Corporate trying to retrieve my ph for Asurions promised exchange that required return of damaged exploded S7. I gave up on Sprint Store assist, returned S9 & went to Best Buy, bought S7. Got # of FCC. Would not recommend.

One of the store representatives gave me incorrect information over the phone when I arrived at the store, the promotion they offered me was still expired and they couldnt do anything and I spoke with the store manager after he confirmed that they gave me the wrong information and he told me that they could not do anything, they never have a promotion for Custumer who have been with the company for a long time I hope that information is useful when buying in this store
