Let me just start by saying Abe is the man. I had such a bad experience with the other store across town I almost switched carriers but Abe restored my faith in att. He made the upgrade process quick and easy. He showed me the attention every customer should get and showed me he actually cared about helping me. Thanks Abe. I’ll be back to upgrade my whole family.

Absolutely horrible experience took advantage of a senior citizen with a flip phone charging them an outrageous amount over 120$ to start service with a pre paid plan who had his own phone, ended up creating a post acct and asked the person to contact an 800 number to change the plan later. Leaving us on the phone with att for an hour to inform us this is not a corporate store who can lie and sell plans how ever they want. Shame on you for taking money from someone who came to you just to start a 30$ a month prepaid plan with a limited income its sad when att tells us to use only a corporate store from now on as they FOLLOW the policy..

I work at Cleveland clinic across the street from this store, when i came in Ali asked me where do i worked and i told him and he thanked me for everything and told me i qualified for 25% off my bill. I could not believe it, i was paying $300 for Verizon with iphone 6s 2 of them and he got me 2 iphone 11 he said it was like buy one get one free and my bill would be $175 Im saving over $150 with 2 lines and because i work for Cleveland Clinic awesome. if there is anyone that wants a deal and works with the hospitals come see Ali this dude is great!

I love this store Ali is the man , I had sprint and i wast paying almost $400 with them. I told Ali I need 4 lines with all Iphones he got me all 11 pro max for under $300 i was so happy to save over $100 and get the newest phones, we all had iphone 6s and 7s. I love this store if you guys want a good deal go this store and ask for Ali he is the man!

Ya I guess this would be a decent store if people actually stayed and worked one guy was there took lunch at 3 waited for him when he came back i got some stuff figured out went home to grab something for the phone came back and the guy was gone AGAIN to run to ((another store and the bank)) it would be a great shop if you learned to actually have an employee in your store. (Also didn’t wear a mask or care shows how you care for customers safety)

Steven was absolutely awesome. He was efficient as well as patient with all of our questions. He was personable and friendly. It was a big decision for me and my wife to make the switch from our previous wireless company and he made it very painless. I got excellent customer service from Matt! The store didnt have the phone I wanted but he was able to get it from another store within 24 hours. He called to let me know when it came in and again to make sure that everything was working fine after he set my phone up. Amazing customer service!!

The guys were super super helpful. Great dudes. Professional and they care to help. I had two issues voicemail problems which they fixed right away then connecting my phone to my car to call. They came out sat with me in the car and fixed that too. It made my day to get helped out so well. A+++.

Today we had a representative who I believe was from your store, scouting my neighborhood thats close to Chestnut Commons. His name was Mr. Gato.. Mr. Gato felt the need to stop my mother while she was helping my aunt out of the car, whos bound to a walker after breaking her leg. He stood there taking up my mothers time while my aunt & I stood there in the extreme wind that took place today. When I walked up to my mom to grab the house keys, she tried to end the conversation with Mr. Gato by asking him if he had a business card. He did not. Long story short, he should learn how to READ THE ROOM & not interrupt a family whos simply trying to get in the house after a long day.. especially when one of them can CLEARLY barely stand on her own. Not very tasteful.

Honestly, most cable/internet companies are a huge pain but Stephanie W. made things extremely quick and painless. The customer service was amazing as she went out of her way to work around my crazy schedule to make things that much easier and efficient. Anyone needing service be sure to go to this location and have Stephanie take care of you.

Was greeted by the manager Steve. Helped me transfer from sprint and even got me out the door with all my accessories and an iPad for without a dime out of my pocket, and $60 less then what I was paying with sprint. Go ask for Steve!

When I first went in the store, l was solely focused on upgrading my iPhone. By the time I left, I was making another appointment to purchase 2 iPads! Ive been here waiting for over 30 minutes now. Theres one guy working here and hes setting up some smart watches. They need to keep more employees here. I wait AT LEAST 30 mins every time I come here... just to talk to someone. The first time I came here, I was here over 2 hours. RIDICULOUS

This used to be a great store however my how the mighty have fallen. I went in for a service and ended up with something I didnt ask for and interestingly enough there were other services added to my account I didnt ask for. Beyond disappointed with a real lack of service and business morality.

Im very satisfied with the service I received today from a very knowledgable and professional staff. They made me feel great about the product I purchased because I was hesitant at first but joe the manager helped me and he was very nice and polite and answered all of my questions.

I didnt catch the guys name but the short guys with dark and looks Hispanic was very rude. I walked in, he asked me if I had a question I said yes, I need to update my new job on my account and right after he said call 611 I said already did they told me I need to show proof of my badge. Then he was like well youre gonna have to wait because I am busy and I have these people ahead of you. I am sorry but that last I checked is that you need to have a positive attitude working at a store like this. Then he is on the phone talking to someone saying are oh freaken serious, this dude keeps hanging up on me. Very rude. I am very disappointed and I will be speaking to a manager. For new store opening thats not a good type of employee to hire.

I walked in very upset having issues with my Uverse service. I was approached by the manager Owen, who actually was extremely helpful. Fixed my issue and helped me save money on my cell phone service which was totally unexpected. I walked out with my services fixed and with a new phone, when does that ever happen.

I recently switched from Verizon to AT&T about 4 months ago at the store on West River Road. It was a horrible experience from start to finish. I went into the store Friday and met with Joe the store manager. He called into AT&T and had everything fixed within an hour. He got us set up with BOGO on Iphone 6s and a Samsung galaxy view tablet with unlimited data. BEST EXPERIENCE EVER I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION TO ALL SHOPPERS!!!!!!!

JOE is the MOST arrogant, and disrespectful person I have ever had to talk to in a retail store. Joe called my office and used fowl language with my receptionist. Joe stated our trucks were blocking his AT&T parking spaces. Spaces were not marked for AT&T and plenty of spaces were available all around our equipment. If this is the way AT&T represents themselves, I cant figure out how they are still in retail store business.

I had two employees assisting me, Tanner and Dillon. They were friendly, helpful and they even laughed at my silly attempts at humor😊. My problem was resolved quickly and efficiently. I was impressed at both the knowledge and honesty shown by these two young men. I will definitely return to this store in the future!
