Our first experience was GREAT. This one on the other handle was absolutely horrendous. Not only was MELISSA rude, but she also was VERY SLOW and tried to sell us a worthless screen protector after we vividly described why we needed good protection for this new device. When I asked her for a different product she then rolled her eyes at us. Not only that,, but after her manager told her to refund the old one FIRST, and then ring out the new one. She did the EXACT opposite and proceeded to tell us, that’s not how it works. Even after we heard her manager tell her the correct way to do it. She was unprofessional and we will not be returning to her services. I even had to put our own screen protector and case on. She couldn’t even finish saying thank you when we walked out of the door.

My experience was absolutely appalling. A man called Steven was so rude that I left that store crying. I was stuck in the store for over an hour and the whole time I was treated like nothing more than a nuisance. As soon as I have paid of what I owe I will never ever use US CELLULAR again.

Customer service at US Cellular is awful. The communication between customer service, and the in store employees, is terrible. They do not inform customers of changes that have happened, they just wait for you to call in, once a problem arises, and let you know there was an issue then. I would absolutely NOT recommend using US Cellular for your phone service.

Purchasing our phones with Elizabeth was a 5-star experience. She was so helpful & pleasant to work with. She answered all our questions while juggling the 2-day effort by my husband to buy new phones while I was in AZ with a dead phone battery. Our previous carrier did little to help us so it was easy to switch to U. S. Cellular after meeting Elizabeth, & I came home to a new phone! She is an asset to your office! Sincerely, Char & Greg

US Cellular is a complete joke. I have waited 1 month so far for a new phone but somehow the cell phone company ran out. If you go in to get help all they do is give you a phone number and website to go to. The phone number they give you is an automated phone number and it only tells you to go to the website to file a claim. When you go to the website to file a claim it will ask you 4-5 questions and no matter how you answer it wont file a claim it will only give you another number to call. If you call that number on average it takes 15-20 min to get an actual person. Every time they will tell you to go into the store for assistance. No matter what you will not be assisted and it will take a lot of phone calls to actually file a claim but even if you file a claim you will still be waiting 1 month for a new phone and I still havent received anything and everytime i call to see whats going on they literally tell me they dont have any phones to ship out and that my claim is on hold. I would give US Cellular negative 5 stars if that were an option.

Elizabeth and Logan took care of me in an odd situation with needing a new phone and plan. Elizabeth took the time to push the process one way, and in a rush the next day Logan sped me through the process skipping all the unnecessary stuff I didnt need. Ive been with USCELL for a long time. Went in to get a new phone and the associate i was with, Vicki, hurried to finish up with me. She sold me accessories I DID NOT need, but made it sound like my phone wont charge without the wireless charger and now I have to pay $15+ a month extra for the next 12 months because of her. She added on a $50 phone cover that I “needed because the phone will shatter”. Im so mad. They just dont get any better.

Logan was the gentleman who help my mom and i. He was very polite and helpful. He helped us find the best deal for us and explained everything. We had a lot of problems with transferring our old phone numbers to our new phones but he didn’t give up. If he didn’t know how to do it he brought someone else in to help. They all worked as a team to try and give us the best experience we could have. Was very impressed at their determination at that store.

The u.s. cellular service in Dubuque seemsprovide good signal quality and the plans have become more inclusive and more competitive in the last couple of years. I wouldnt do business with any cellular provider who doesnt have an actual store here. We have a defective apple phone and they opened it up and said it looked refurbished so they wouldnt change the battery. And us cellular will not exchange it. Right now we will be shopping in a year when they are paid off

I I usually have good service.I’ve gone to the wacker plaza location today. I had a issue with one of the lady. I had called to get a phone issue take care of I called that number. Then they game me another number. Then she said that is the number I had giving you. When I was doing what the lady told me what todo on the phone. We got in a little argument I was in tears. I’m have special needs, after I was finished I walk out without saying a word.I had the red hair lady 2 times at the Wacker a Location I’m just not happy with her service

Paid off all devices today,1500 dollar to have them turn around,and say your phone bill is due.Another 350 so I ask cant you wave 150 fees because they were to pay for devices they told me no...Why would I want to be with a company that dont appreciate my money...

I bought my son a Samsung J7. He charged it overnight one week later and it overheated. Took it back to US Cellular and was told to file a claim. He gave me the phone number to call. 2 phone calls later and was directed to Samsung. The rep said I had a 14 day warranty and to take it back to the store I bought it at. Went there tonight and nothing could be done since there was physical damage. I told the employee twice what Samsung said and she told me it was a Samsung problem...call them. I called US Cellular on the way home and 15 min later and I am getting a new one shipped overnight!!! 2 trips to the store and 4 phone calls later!!!Totally uncalled for at this Wacker plaza store! Thank you to the great rep and her leader at US Cellular that I spoke to tonight on the phone! Now thats customer service!!!

Anyone thinking about going to US Cellular think again, switch from another provider and worked with a lady name Vicky. Told our bill would be one price and then received a bill and it was 40 dollars more than quoted. Talked with upper management and they are about as clueless as the employees. Stay away far away from US Cellular. I never in my life had such piss poor service. You all have been warned!
