After a horrible customer service experience at Verizon on Dodge St in Dubuque, we decided to go to Verizon on Arterial Dr. What fabulous customer service from Brittany & Sam! We wanted to take advantage of the free IPhone 13 deal and Sam took care of us until his appointment customer arrived and then Brittany took over to close the sale. I can’t say enough good comments about these two employees! They worked as a team explaining the free phone requirements and they set us up with the best deal for our needs, all within 25 minutes! Brittni told us about current offers as well as options to save some money on our bill by adjusting a few features we were not using but paying for. Wonderful experience! Did everything explained everything!! Sam was very helpful! However, I had the worst customer service experience after buying this phone. I had a problem a couple of days after buying the phone so I called store for help. Jenny Young pawned me off to techs -said to call 611 from my phone where you had to talk to a human. My phone kept dropping calls, couldn’t receive calls, intermittently having to turn phone off and on to work. After trying for over and hour to get a person without having to turn my phone off and on again I called back to the store and asked to talk to Jenny because the person who answered the phone wasn’t understanding my problem. Apparently she told me Jenny was”too busy to come to the phone, had customers and work for the rest of the day, couldn’t call me back that day”. I was extremely upset that this was the kind of customer service now. I finally got thru to Verizon on 611 and they recommended I go back to the store with my phone and possibly get another 12. Sam was our original sales person and he diagnosed the problem as cell tower and software issues. He worked on my phone updating apple software and called corporate about the cell towers in the Galena area that appeared to be the problem. He was terrific because he saved me from turning this phone in and starting over again. Sam went above and beyond calling me at home for next few days to make sure that things were working. Thank you Sam for your excellent customer service!

Had an issue with my phone and came in close to closing time. The super helpful employee tried to resolve the issue but the phone was broken. He stayed well past an hour after closing to help backup and reload everything onto a new phone. He was super helpful and saved my day.

Tired to switch my prepaid phone plan and husbands to post plan and had a horrible experience. Told to call back four days later and he have my husband number switched and still not done. Called 5 times that day to make sure it be done and last time I spoke to him offered to call the corporate line to insure it be done and told not to. When called back before they closed he then told me I had to call the 611 number but they were closed already. This was the reason we went to prepaid but want to put my mom on our plan and just getting the run around! I am very frustrated and upset!

After all kinds of problems in buying a new phone from another dealer and being told they would not transfer my information from my old phone, I took it to Bobby at TCC and he helped me. He is knowledgeable, friendly, resolved my problems quickly, and did it with a smile. Save yourself a lot of grief and buy your phone from TCC. Bobby helped me until my phone was ready to use.

I just moved to from Georgia and this guy Bob the manager is the best... I left the first time with a galaxy s9 and I love it and I got great deals from him and the second time I I got my husband onto my account. I stopped in to look at upgrading my phone. The employee was very rude, and unprofessional. Clearly he did not want my business. He told me not to get the iPhone XR that I had been considering and instead said to get the SE. He said I should just research online and hurried me out of the store. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
