Stopped in on a Monday to see if they could fix my daughters cell phone screen. They had the screen in stock and were able to fix it in about 45 mins. Great service, value, and customer service!

They are probably good at repairing phones but if you ask them to order parts or call you when the parts are in or your phone is ready for pickup, they arent so good at the communication necessary to appear professional.

I had the battery replaced on my Samsung 4 tab. Only place in town that said they could get one. They got it fast, replaced it right away and called me to let me know I could pick it up. This was an awesome company. The guys that were there that night. Were humble, very professional and seem to enjoy what they do. Even though it was a longer drive for me, I will always use them for my phone service repair needs.

My charging port wasn’t working. Took my phone in over my lunch and someone cleaned it out for me right at the counter. Took less than a minute and it works good as new! Super chill and professional guy and wouldn’t even let me pay anything for it. Will definitely be back if something actually needs repairing.

Stopped in yesterday and talked to Wesley. He installed new phone glass protective covers, even though we had purchased them online. Frustrated that local companies could not provide needed covers and CPR suggested online purchase, and they would install for usm even though the phone had been purchased from Verizon. No charge for his service. CPR will be where we purchase our next phone and receive service. Dubuque has needed a company like CPR to serve the needs of cell phone owners.

I had a great experience at Cell Phone Repair. I dropped my phone last week and was worried I would have to spend hundreds of dollars on a new phone. I went to Cell Phone Repair and got a new screen for a reasonable price and my phone is like new! Everyone I met there was easy to work with and made sure I was satisfied before leaving. Hopefully I don’t need any more repairs, but if I do I will be sure to go to Cell Phone Repair!

This is the best! I was on my way to my phone store and friends recommended I stop here first (my phone would no longer charge). The guys there were so helpful and informative! I was so stressed about my phone being cracked. Knowing that they were highly thorough and competent in their jobs, allowed me to be at peace in them taking care of my phone. I ask A LOT of questions and the workers there explained things patiently and kindly.

I bought a used iPhone from these guys upon recommendation of a local carrier. They were helpful in getting me setup and have answered any questions I had. After having the phone a while the ear piece volume went real soft and they replaced it for a reasonable cost. I recently had what I thought was a proximity sensor going bad and Cameron showed me how the sensor works and I was was holding it to far away for it to function. My mom has had a battery replacement on her old iPhone. Just overall good knowledgeable staff and good prices. I recommend them for sales and service.

Went to Verizon to fix a spam/ virus issues on my calendar on my iphone, they had no idea how to resolve the issue & referred me to come here. Jordan has helped me a few times now. Always professional and timely. Fixed me up when charging my phone became very touchy, hooked me up with a new phone battery, and when a lost Apple Watch hadn’t been claimed at my place of employment for several weeks, they even helped to find the owner and return the watch! Out of towner that was having charging problems with my new phone. They diagnosed my problem as a bad charging port. They dropped it on a wireless charger and kept it there for a few hours. I picked up my fully charged phone without a cost. Vert courteous and friendly. I highly recommend!

He had my parts in a day and then had my phone repaired within an hour of when I dropped in. I had to stop in for some extra support and they continued their awesome support. Before I got recommended to go to them, it seemed like I had been all over the Dubuque area trying to figure out what was wrong with my phone, bouncing from shop to shop (black screen, but could still feel vibration and noise). My MacBook would not turn on. I took it somewhere else in town and they said it would be over $150. I tried to fix it myself but then called Quick Phix. I dropped it off with them and i felt very comfortable leaving it there. They charged me $35 to do whatever work that was needed. I was very impressed and will recommend them to friends as that is how I heard about them. I am very satisfied with my experience and I will take my business back there in the future!

The name says it all. Ice had multiple phone screens replaced by them. Yes Im hard on my phones. Great price, great service, and they fixed my key fob to my car. What could have cost me $200 to replace one fob cost less than $50 for them to repair. Excellent

HIGHLY Recommend! These guys are awesome! My phone crashed on our way home from a Disney Vacation and everyone told me I was out of luck and there was no way to get the data off. Fantastic service by the young men working the day I needed my phone screen fixed. They were polite, professional, and expendiant. I was coming from out of town and spoke with both Jordan and Cameron prior to my arriva, they both assured the parts would be ready so as not to have any hiccups in the process. Phone was fixed in less than an hour and I was back on the road. Highly recommended.

Went in to fix my IPhone, mentioned how I have had it fixed before but I was ripped off and take advantage of at multiple places. They tried to have me buy an entirely new phone because it would be “cheaper” than fixing mine, I ended deciding to just buy a screen and battery for $156. Once I left screen would not work, I took it into batteries and bulbs and they had a look and mentioned it was the screen. Turned out the screen I was sold did not work and had defects. Quick Phix made it seem it like it was the phone and not the screen. I get it with business trying to make money but when they screw people over that’s what I find to be bogus. Bulbs only charged $85 for the screen too, $40 less than quick phix. I was refunded only $101 due to them not using their deal on the refund, should’ve been $121 but it’s whatever.Just wanted to update my review, although I was let down. I realized that the owner actually cares for his business and is a good guy. He did take care of me. At the end of the day I just wanted to get what I paid for, not any special treatment and after everything that is what I received. I appreciate how he did take the time out to reach me and try to help. Shows a lot about this individual. I was reassured about this business in a professional way and realized what their real goals are. If anyone does run into a problem with this company ever and you see my review, take my word for it and give them a second chance and let them know. They will take you into consideration and try to fix the problem and give you what you paid for. Like Adam said, nobody is perfect and mistakes do happen. So I suggest giving them a second chance!
