This place is horrible! There is absolutely no quality customer service. I was NEVER enrolled in autopay and when i went to cancel my service after 5 yrs i was magically enrolled and charged for the next months service. The store wouldnt help and when you call customer service theres no option to get assistance or speak with an employee. Wonder why they dont to help their loyal customers..The store is dirty and the employees are more concerned about smoking or playing on their phones to be useful. Not to mention the horrible service and slow data. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else

I used to have Verizon and dealt with a lot of bored, slightly condescending employees. This store is the complete opposite of that. The owner and his co-worker are always friendly and eager to help. They have fixed every issue I have had in a timely manner. Great business!

This place is trash worst place to get a phone behind slow and no one is ever at the store even when the hours on the door say It should be open. 1 star is being generous. Waste of complete time. And in order for you to unlock your beyond slow data you have to be with them for A YEAR.

Got 4 phones Free with a port in from metro. Boost got all the deals. My boys Dustin And Kevin helped me yesterday was a great feeling in the store and they were so awesome. I saw everyone on the review talking about Intouch uptown. But i would say i had an awesome time at Boost on Central and got Sweet Deals. Thank you Dustin & Kevin for making me Love Boost for the Customer Service and Deals. I recommend these guys to anybody looking for phones and having a bad day because they totally lighten up my day!

The store is excellent. The guys fixed my iPhone 6 screen in 20 mins and activated service for Boost Mobile! Excellent staff! Very positive people! Good service! And very fast! Come see these guys if you need a phone! They make things happen FREAKY FAST!

I had a great experience with Boost Mobile. The guys were able to repair my iPhone screen within 15 minutes. I honestly thought it was game over for my iPhone. They guys did a great job and also cleaned out my charging port for free. These guys are honest and amazing.

I have read many reviews, and heard people say that they dislike sprint but love Boost.. sorry to burst bubbles but they are the same company. They provide the same coverage, and have the same customer service. I have found that Boost Mobile is far better than many other pre-paid carriers out there, but have its limitations like the others. I have the Shrinkage program and I am at the lowest payment level for my Android. They have a nice array of phones to choose from, and several plans that contain everything.

My Man Dustin Hooked me onto Boost had US. Celluar and was paying over $200 bill for only one line came here and found out i can get a sweet deal on an Iphone for $19.99. All together i payed $170 sum and was a steal. Awesome Guy, nice smile and overall a awesome customer service..

I always have a great experience at this Boost mobile store. This is the only one I will go to. They always answer any questions I have. Polite staff, excellent customer service and a clean store.

Store its self is fine very good employees but the service is so lousy my calls are constantly dropped text that wont send or I receive them way late data is awful my internet hardly works and I constantly get no service messages I dont recommend boost at all and after years of service and multiple calls every few months to fix issues that never get resolved I think its time to switch services

This store is the plug. The people thst work here are very nice. They got me a really nice phone, help me pick out a case, installed my screen protector, and transferred all my data from my previous account to this new phone. Just really happy with my phone and service.

I cracked my iPhone 6s screen days before leaving the States for a year to teach as a volunteer in South America. I took my phone in and had the glass replaced. While having it fixed I heard the gentleman fixing the phone share with a trainee how not all the screws were needed on the phone and that he wasnt going to put them all back in since he might short the phone. 2 days later the phone screen cracked again on its own (I did not drop it). And also pressure to the screen caused the phone to behave oddly. I took it back in and explained. The guy, very nice guys by the way, opened it up and discovered that the screen was not installed tightly and also observed the screws were missing from their previous repair. They were out of black screens and given my time constraint in needing to leave the country--I settled for a white screen. I appreciate that they fixed it the second time at no cost. But now my phone does not function properly. I cannot make calls without using a headset or use any app that uses the microphone without a headset. The phone locks the second the microphone is engaged. So I paid boost 120ish dollars and now I have a phone that has mismatched parts, missing screws, and that can barely be used as a phone. The value of my phone has declined much more than it would have been if I just kept the cracked screen. I really wanted to like the service I received. But as it is I am stuck in South America with a very unreliable phone. Pay the money and send your phone to Apple when the screen cracks.

At first I switched to boost mobile because they told me it would work all over Iowa and Illinois, but not in Wisconsin I said that’s fine. Yeah I get absolutely no service anywhere I go. I called boost and asked if I can return phone, First Lady said the return policy was 1-2 months and I could return it. So I call a couple weeks later and the first guy transferred me back to main menu so I had to rewait and talk to a different guy who told me it was only 7 days. So I’m pretty much stuck with a paper wait and have no service whatsoever. Do not switch to boost, they only want your money. 🤬

Had a GREAT experience here! My friend wanted a new phone and sales rep Carly was soooo helpful even when we called before we decided to go to this location. She gave my friend an AWESOME deal and made sure to tell her all about what Boost has to offer, even when our enjoyable trip was interrupted by a terribly rude customer who couldnt figure out how to operate the 1-800 customer service number. carly handled it like a champ tho and my friend and i were BOTH left super pleased at the end of our visit regardless of the fact that i didnt even get anything. 3 times i have paid my phone bill and my service still got shut off and i just went to buy a new phone. The lights were on but the doors were locked. Not supposed to close till five. Another customer said he left and was coming back!!!!😠😤

Came to this store on a Saturday at 4:30 pm. To get my phone issues resolved. Come to find out the store was closed already. The sign on the door and the internet both said open until 5 p.m. I think Ill just stick to going to the one uptown.

Barry is not helpful and is dismissive to customers seeking resolve to their dissatisfaction of their product. There is always a long wait and it couldnt hurt for him to have personality. I am waiting to hear back from the franchisee regarding a product issue that would no longer be an issue if the employee hadnt provided incorrect return policy information. Ill update when I hear back from the franchisee, Hammad.
