Staff was friendly and werent pressuring for a sale. Given my wife and I werent a hard sale. We needed a new mattress. They answered all our questions and made some suggestions. The bed isnt delivered yet, but do far the sale and ordering process has been smooth.

Taylor was our sales associate. Really knowledge with all the mattresses, helped us dial in which style we preferred. Not pushy when it came down to the wire. We ended up with the serta hybrid 4000

Kyle at Mattress Firm was fantastic. We needed a mattress for the guest bed, and within 30 minutes Kyle was able to help us find the perfect one within our price range. Store is clean and well laid out, and all the staff members were both friendly and helpful. Also, the mattress was delivered to our apartment without any issues.

Ive been a loyal customer of Sleeptrain for 20 years and now I will be with Mattress Firm. Ronald was a very nice gentleman and great customer service. I havent received my mattress yet but he made sure he left no detail out both in my comfort and knowledge for the mattress and in the purchase. Even if my mattress goes on sale 120 days later I can claim the new price!

Excellent service, you can try it out before purchasing so it’s a bit better and safer buy after I’ve bought few online and this time I decided to go into Mattress Firm. Sale associate, Dan, he was beyond helpful and no sale pressure at all, very genuine and made sure I picked the one I was most happy with. Delivery was to the door, recycled a mattress for you, next day it all happened, needless to say more, highly recommend them!! And the delivery company people were extremely polite and nice too.

I am extremely satisfied with the Intellibed mattress and adjustable base we purchased from Ken at Mattress Firm. My experience with Jessica at the Dublin Blvd and San Ramon Vly Blvd location was excellent. The atmosphere was professional and inviting, the staff was relaxed and accommodating. Like any sales environment dialog began with an emphasis on active listening not being sold. Jessica had a plan but didnt force her agenda on me and time was of no concern. Jessica covered all details, demonstrated features and gave me hand written information of what was discussed. Jessic took all of the intimidating guess work out of the information overload process.

I came into this store after I walked out of Mancini’s. I was in the middle of deciding on a mattress and the store manager chose to focus on someone looking at a $20k mattress instead of me. I was skeptical when I walked into Mattress Firm for this reason. Jessica assisted me and was GREAT! While I was there 2 others came in and she did an amazing job of communicating with all 3 of us and never leaving one person to feel like they were forgotten. Be very careful when purchasing mattress from this store. Specially if you are getting the adjustable base. They gave me the adjustable base for $299. I am not happy with my mattress and I am trying to return it. But they told me adjustable base discount was given because if mattress and it not REFUNDABLE! So no I have to keep the base and pay $700 for that. This is a scam . I would never buy the base if I knew it’s not refundable and and it’s $700. I’m stuck with a mattress that’s not good for my back.

I had an amazing experience at Mattress Firm Dublin. When I first walked in, there was no pressure from staff to buy or to up sale anything. I have worked in sales personally and this type of service is very rare to see where to sell was being very informative in a necessary way not to con you but to always be helping you with no pressure added and even when it was my first time in the store when I said Ill come back there was no sadness or less care in service with staff. They were so helpful and patient with the crazy situation I was in and I can not recommend enough this store. Thanks for all your help. I will always be coming back in the future whenever I need a new mattress!

Just bought our mattress from Juan today and was thrilled with the experience! He was really good at helping us find the right mattress for our sleep styles. He wasnt pushy or trying to up sell us on something we didnt want. Same day delivery! All the salesmen there were very nice.

Walked in to buy two new beds, we were the only customers in the store and there were four sales people standing around their little podium chatting it up. We walked the entire store and not one of them said a word until we were walking our the door at which point one of them yelled across the store, did you have any questions?We kept walking and drove less than two blocks away to Mancinis and bought two perfect mattresses--perfect because the salesman there was attentive and helpful and figured out the best two beds for our needs.

Very disappointed with our experience here. The salesperson, Jane, mistakenly shipped us the wrong base for our order and we were told we have to pay another $99 shipping to get the correct one! Ridiculous customer service! Terrible company that do not own up to their mistakes.
