THIS IS THE ONE TO GO TO.I was helping my cousins shop for an adjustable bed frame and dual California king mattresses. They both have specific medical needs, so I spent a lot of time calling furniture and mattress stores in the area to help them. Without a doubt the store manager Ken was the kindest, most compassionate person that I spoke with.Ken was honest and up front, even encouraging me to check out another larger showroom which had a mattress in stock that he didnt have in his store at the time. I went back to purchase it from Ken because he was so nice and accommodating for my cousins. He was extremely diligent, even going the extra length to call the warehouse and confirm that a linking cable would be included with the delivery of the adjustable base.I spoke on the phone with him several times in the days leading up to the purchase because I had follow up questions and Ken always remembered my name and patiently explained the differences in beds and mattresses. Cant recommend highly enough to shop at this Mattress Firm.Also: the store has a clean and very accessible bathroom which is a plus!

Because I was looking for soft, and I already had the softest in my price range, he suggested sending me a 3” memory foam mattress topper. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. The topper did the trick. I love my new comfy and soft mattress.

My wife ended up shifting gears, and asked if we could possibly try to expedite the delivery of our replacement adjustable base. He looked up our order in the system, and provided us with what our options were with our order. We needed up cancelling our order, and ended up purchasing a different base with Anthony. He provided us with excellent service, and we were very happy with our experience. We didn’t end up purchasing the mattress we went into the store for. But we let Anthony know that we are going to come back to see him at this store to purchase that mattress. He’s definitely gained a customer for life!

I went to this store for a warranty exchange and even though I wasn’t buying anything new I still felt like a valued customer. When I walked in the clerk was busy with someone else but I was then immediately helped by the manager. After looking at a few beds and comparing prices it was clear to me that customer satisfaction was his main priority. Instead of pushing me to spend more he considered my return value and made sure I got the biggest bang for my buck. My niece referred me to the location in the city closest to where we live (Hercules) but I happened to stop in to the Dublin Amador Plaza location on my way to the Stoneridge Mall. I’m so thankful that I did! I went in and explained to Jeff that I was tired of waking up with a sore back and or headache and not getting any sleep from tossing and turning all night. I knew what bed I wanted and how much I wanted to pay. I wanted the same deal my niece got at the location near us. On Wednesday November 24th, my Boyfriend and I were looking for a new mattress for our bed. We were greeted by the sales associate, her name was Lori. Lori was really professional and super sweet. We told her what were were looking for; we took some quizzes online and we were matched with the Purple mattresses the most. Lori took us to try them, she then explained what the differance was between them, She was very knowledgable about what she was doing and managed to help us stay within our budget. We then looked at getting an adustable bed frames (for head and feet). Lori showed us different mattresses that had the adustable frames. We then decided on MF300 bed frame as well as the Purple 3 mattress. Long story short, I highly recommend this location and if you are around the area, Ask for Lori. :)Lori, if you are reading this post, you are amazing and such a sweetheart!!
