They had what I was looking for, took a quick trip to the restroom and it was DISGUSTING! Two of the three stalls had NO TISSUE, only one sink worked. It was bad, you can tell no one has been in there to clean in possibly days.

From the floor to the ceiling, it seems that Bed Bath & Beyond sales space is both vertical and horizontal. There is just sooo much stuff, stacked on top of stuff. It can be overwhelming (and a little claustrophobic) with so much to look at and hard to walk around up and down the aisles.There is always BBB coupon to use. And you can also use Buy Buy Baby coupons (and vice versa because BBB owns Buy Buy Baby) here too. There is a Wedding /Gift Registry area near the front of the store if you want to register or find out what is on a registry.From my experience shopping here throughout the years I find all the sales people are at the Checkout Area, never on the sales floor. You are on your own when it comes to making buying decisions. No one is ever around to make suggestions or recommendations.The Kitchen /Housewares are up front as you walk in. Always a fun place to looking at all the kitchen gadgets and potential housewarming /hostess gifts.

Orderly and not crowded. Staff in good spirits and helpful. Shelves were well organized and tidy.The store -pickup process involving order-lookup and product-handout has to be made a lot smoother. The lines had changed, the new counter is not clearly marked. The shuffling of paperwork to locate an order is just not keeping with the times.But overall a store that I enjoy shopping in and enjoy browsing the innovative products.

Dublin has most and biggest Varieties that a family needs bathroom to kitchen, and Travel accessories definitely a ace to visit and go similar to akeia!!! It is the Lagest bed and bath!

Showed up first thing this morning and received excellent customer service. When I finished shopping, the sales clerk even walked out my purchased products, to my automobile. (Currently using crutches).

I love Bed Bath and Beyond...I want one of everything. Great place to find everything you need and all that you dont too...lol.

Out of stock on many things and because of the coupons always on offer, the prices are marked way above everyone elses msrp for similar or same items. You really dont save much if at all.

Totally Under Staff and nobody to help around. The billing staff doesnt do the work properly either, twice they didnt apply the coupon we gave so we had to check the bill and go back again to the customer support desk.

One of the more accurately named stores. They have a solid selection for all parts of house. There are some things like sheets and blankets you just need to see in person. Prices are fair and they always have coupons. Always a great place to find a small gift.

Wide range of merchandise. Pleasant interior with items generally laid out to be easy to find. Its a large store enabling you get get a bunch of steps in while you enjoy walking the aisles to find new treasures. Not everything is priced, which is a downer. Staff greeted me on entering, then they were a little hard to find. Remember to bring your discount coupons. If you dont have any. Download them from the web.

Its a bed bath and beyond like so many others. The one distinguishing trait: two aisles of travel toiletries. Thats why I go there.Almost out of curiosity. Normally I get my toiletries at the grocery store.

The Dublin store is packed with all kinds of temptations. The Cosmetic and Drug area is filled with lots of great products. I use a visit to the Dublin Bed Bath & Beyond as a therapy session. I just relax and meander thru all of the aisles and appreciating their enormous inventory!

They were very helpful at the customer service desk. I had called the afternoon before and asked if they had a product in stock that was showing out of stock online. The woman I spoke with went and grabbed what I needed and put them aside for me. When went in to get them the two people at the desk were a great help as well. If there an word how to express my feeling beyond Happy customer Please tell me, accidentally found this Diamond of a place. Food A+++ times Infinity, Servers that work there are A+++, service is a bit slow but worth the wait, because they got so many orders coming in at times.

Came in looking for a specific item that was on sale. They didnt have it (no big deal), so the supervisor went and ordered it online for me to be delivered in a couple of days to my house. Cool part was that the shipping was waived, and the supervisor was more than happy to help me get the item that I wanted.

Good store with good quality items. The Coupon system is a bit clumsy at times. Needs improvement to avoid wastage of paper. At times one big half the A4 size coupon is used for just one single item. The coupon should at least club up few items together where same discount is applicable. Quite a few times the Register Folks are not cooperative and are unfriendly. Store employees need to be trained on pleasant customer interaction.

The customer service could use a tune up. I went in looking for something that their system showed they had three versions of and that 8 each of all 3 were in stock. I could not find any of them in the indicated section and returned to the CS counter. They radioed the staffer for the area who kept asking which one I wanted and who was told no less than three times that I wanted to look at all three to make my decision. From what she said it was clear she thought I could make my decision from the details on the web site. After three times back and forth I gave up and left. The gentleman at the CS counter also seemed a little frustrated at the situation. I can understand hoping to only have to find one out of three versions to save time, especially when it is likely that you are assuming the customer will only buy one of them, but when youve been told three times that the customer has looked at the web details and wants to see them in person, maybe you should just do it. She kept insisting on knowing which ONE I wanted, and you know what?? I could have ended up buying all three. It could have been a $70 or more sale.

Very poor customer experience. Even the store manager deals with customers in not very friendly manner. They need to improve customer experience.

Store is packed with inventory. Prices may be a bit high so remember to bring in coupons. Tip: they usually even honor expired coupons!

I asked for help using my membership and the women at customer service was rude.

I was on hold for 10 minutes then they just hung up. I came in to see if I could find a 2.5 liter glass bottle but they didnt know what that was and didnt apologize for hanging up and made me look around for it. Long line. Just stick with Amazon.

Stores alright. I deliver and set up key Me machines. Ran a few days late due to winter storm across I-80 thru 3 states. Manager wasnt ready for me and complained about having to move a display. Very sorry about being late but I cant do anything about the weather. Once again, very sorry.

Went in to exchange my CO2 cartridge for my soda stream but was able to skip another errand stop because BBB carries everyday items I needed like laundry stain spray, baby wipes, shampoo, etc. Plus you cant beat their coupons!

I found what I needed. I wish i paid more attention when selecting coffee then I wouldnt have had to make a second trip. Caf and Decaf coffee were side by side and I selected the wrong one. Also wish there were more variety of coffees caf and Decaf. Otherwise Good - staff were very helpful.

The place is crowded, the staff are stressed and slow, and yet I come back to this place over and over. Why? Because it HAD a great selection of stuff for your kitchen, bathroom, and general household stuff.I try to go during off hours, like right when they open up. If it gets crowded everything seems to be like walking through mud.Even when crowded I could depend on them having what I needed, but in the last year or two their selection seems to be more kitch than craft when it comes to kitchen stuff.

Just went in 27 people in line, finally opened 2nd register, still took 17 minutes to check out. And this was a week day , after kids are back to school. No one people shop online ! Poor poor management.

Its like other BB & Beyonds for the most part. This store seems short of checkers, but ample floor staff. Organisation of product could be better.
