This company is an absolute bleeping nightmare to deal with. I need 24 ft of trim. They wont let you in the front door because of covid even if you are both masked and vaccinated. So I speak with the sales guy. I sent him a picture of the trim I need. He says he has it in stock. So I tell him yeah I need 24 ft. A week later I cant get a hold of him he wont answer his phone or return calls, and I get connected with somebody else at the company who has her voicemail set up which is asking me to enter her password meaning I cant leave a message. This is ridiculous. They wont do business with you unless you already have an account but they wont even let people with accounts in the front door and you cant get a hold of anybody. Unfortunately we already purchased and installed trim from them so I need more to finish the job and cannot source it elsewhere. My advice? Get your material somewhere else.

Ive ordered from WestPac three times and had issues with the order every time. I ordered some doors with no bore that arrived bored. After that I received some doors that had significant build quality issues that required partial reconstruction on site. Today, I just drove all the way to Frisco with 82 tall doors after specifying an 81 rough opening. The costs associated with these guys are way higher than the difference in price.

The person calling to confirm a door delivery sounded either dead or stoned.This is [name] from Western Pacific.We have a door for you. Can we bring it today?Sure, can you—Okay, bye.I was just going to ask for a time window, which seems pretty standard. The delivery itself was fine, except it was not the door we ordered. Not the drivers fault, but I expected more and was disappointed.

Wish I found this place months ago when I started renovating. Couldn’t find an exterior outdoor swing threshold to save my life, until I found western pacific. Tim took me back and found the exact piece I needed, and they even custom cut it down right there and then. THANK YOU THANK YOU! Ill be back whenever I need something out of the ordinary.

I will simply share that I was laughed at and mocked by a young man who said his name was Donte. Completely unprofessional company.

Its a great place for materials. Unfortunately due to covid there has be multiple delays with getting my products. I just wish it wasnt such an issue to show up on site to place an order when Im in the area.

Doing repair work due to an installer incorrectly putting in our windows (new build) the young man that came out went over and above the call of duty - answering our questions, demonstrating how to get the windows out (for cleaning), and repairing a screen and extra window (not on the original work order - but he saved them money by NOT necessitating another call out). Im impressed.

Went in for one piece of trim and they were very quick to get it.

First time here. Need to match an existing door trim. Todd was like Mr Wizard, showed him the piece we need to match and he instantly says thats profile 411. Amazing.... it was a match. Highly recommend

Horrible experience terrible products. No Communication. Small orders are given zero priority. Apparently lost my order and delivered the wrong door.

The machine operator is really good...never have to worry about quality...the whole western pacific employees are really outstanding...will continue to support this company..

I love the job they do at western pacific in Colorado really helpful,once i get in to pick my martial up they help you right away offer you water or if i need anything else that they could help thank you so much door shop guys do a great job
