Amazing service and great people. These guys are the best in town. Every person I have had the pleasure of dealing with has been nothing short of amazing. Our main sales rep, Nick Phillips is as good as they come. Very attentive and incredibly fast. One call into Nick and I have everything I asked for (other than high lead-time items like custom flashing/drip-edge of course) by next day, and sometimes same day depending on how early I call. This is crucial on the fast-paced, large-scale, multifamily projects. 10/10 would highly recommend.

Why cant zero be an option. Staff was very unhelpful and i decided to leave after hearing another staff member claim an Hispanic gentleman needs to go back where he came from. Completely unprofessional and the cornerstone for whats causing division in our country. Absolutely despicable, and they dont deserve to make one more time.

Do not rely on the sales representative. I ordered a hammer drill, SDS MAX Bitts and spline bit adapter. I was delivered a demo hammer. I gave them the opportunity to make it right they offered to sell me a hammer drill $100 below Their normal price only to find out that I could buy it 3 other places locally for less than they were offering. When I mentioned the price wasnt that good, Chris give me a new offer beating the local prices by $1. All this being said I was beyond their 30 day warrantee. I would have been grateful for any decent offer. As it currently stands my $1100.00 demo hammer and hammerdrill accessories will be my last purchase here.

Do not rely on the sales representative. Their construction and tool training is lacking credibility. I ordered a Bosch hammer drill, at the counter, along with SDS MAX Bit and spline bit adapter. I was delivered a Bosch demo hammer (non rotating), along with my drill bits and accessories. I returned with my issue after the 30 day Bosch return warranty. Chris offered to sell me a $499.⁰⁰ hammer drill for $399.⁰⁰. it was represented as being $100 below the normal price. I thought that was a good faith offer and was ready to accept, because I was outside the return policy When they brought me the hammer drill offered the skew on it showed up that it was a $379.⁰⁰ hammer drill at Murdochs and other retailers. Suddenly this changed my opinion of the offer to correct a mistake, into a wheasels way to stick it to me again, or to say go pound sand. Regardless Im now looking for a Bosch hammer drill someplace else.

As an individual they were unhelpful and kind of rude. Im sure its a different story going with a company. They do have just about every type and class of safety equipment you can think of.

Wow! This was the worst experience that I have had with a retailer! I bought a few ladders from them and within less than a week one of the rivets popped loose. I called them to warranty the ladder and drove to their location to turn in my , virtually new, ladder. They inspected it and sent me across town to a warehouse to pick up the new one. A few weeks later I got a call from them trying to figure out their inventory or something and tried telling me that the ladder I returned was an old worn out ladder that wasnt the one I bought. I explained that I turned It in to them in person and they inspected it.A couple weeks later, another rivet in the same spot came loose on one of the other ladders i bought from them. I called them before i had to drive all over town again, to check in getting a warranty replacement. They guy there gave me the run around. He said they are a small company with only one store and he needed to talk to the owner. I explained that I would appreciate that. After several calls that spanned 2 weeks....the answer I got was that the owner only comes in when he feels like it and he had no answers for me. I asked them if this is the type of customer service they offer to their customers and got the information to their supplier, so I could finally get this resolved. About 30 mins later, I got a call from someone at contractors supply. The guy was rude and proceeded to tell me that he had another customer that bought a bunch and never had any problems, so what were the odds that I got two bad ladders. I told him I was done dealing with them any more, and he said good.So, they sell faulty equipment and get mad at the customers when they need warranty replacement? Not a good company at all, in my opinion! Avoid these guys, as it seems that they dont care about the customer. Would like to give a negative 5 stars, but I guess 1 will have to do!
