After years of dreaming of a kitchen remodel and getting plans and quotes from several places, Buy and Build was recommended to us by a contractor friend. They were by far a better experience than the custom high price cabinet store and the international fad store. Antonio, the manager was a delight to work with. He went above and beyond in designing our kitchen and telling us about options. Numerous visits and phone calls, as well as emails, we chose to order from BUY AND BUILD. Antonio was honest, friendly and fun. He put some much effort into what we wanted and what would look good. He gave suggestions as well. And the best part is they were cheaper than every place we received Not to mention great quality. I was really nervous about this big purchase. Antonio gave me design a.d organizational tips which helped so much. My husband and I owe Antonio dinner and drinks! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Antonio and Buy and Build.

We bought our cabinets and granite counter tops from Buy and Build after researching and pricing a bunch of local Denver cabinet companies. This was by far the best deal and very high end quality. There are many options for Denver cabinet manufacturers but I found that Buy and Build was the best. They also facilitated the cutting and install of our granite counter tops - also a great deal and they look awesome. Courtney and his team do a lot of business - their location is off I-70, just north of the Coliseum in a nondescript building - but thats where you find the deals. We really saved a ton of money. They also recommended a contractor for the cabinet install and he was great too.

Bought kitchen cabinets a number of years ago and have been very happy with them. The staff has always been very courteous and helpful. The kitchen is heavily used and the cabinets have held up really well.

We were very impressed with both the quality of the cabinets and the excellent customer service that we have received here. We bought some (now discontinued) Timberline cabinets for the kitchenette in our basement. We were blown away by the price and very, very pleased with the quality for the price we paid. All of the employees that we interacted with were helpful and worked to help us select the right products to fill our space, making sure we had all the proper spacers and end pieces, etc. Im surprised by some of the negative comments, we are in no way connected to or affiliated with this business, but it is the first place I would stop for my cabinet needs in the future!

I am legally blind, so I cant drive. I lost my ride when my husband passed away. Im working feverishly to complete home renovations, so that I can sell the house (I do not need a 3bed, 2bath). I needed two satin-nickel pulls for the kitchen cabinets that we bought from Buy & Build. The cabinets worked out very well, they were easy to assemble and look great. But, I miscounted the number of door pulls I needed. The pulls are inexpensive (no problem) , BUT how was I going to go to the store and pick them up? Pete came to my rescue! He lives not far from me and volunteered to drop them off. Talk about customer service that goes above and beyond. Thanks Buy & Build, and thanks, Pete! :D

I am convinced the positive posts for BB are friends of the company. If you value quality and your money, dont go here. I agree with the last poster, Josh is the most unhelpful and condescending person I have ever dealt with. He would like to think that he knows what he is talking about, but after dealing with him and buying their products, I 100% disagree that he knows design work. I had my kitchen installers tell me that I should get an attorney to get my money back due to the poor quality product, poor workmanship, poor planning and design work. Buy and Build does not offer any warranty whatsoever, so buyer beware. That should have been my first clue, but I also paid them to put together the cabinets. Whoever put these together was either blind or didnt know how to put them together. I had to make so many alterations and in some cases, I am just stuck with what I have. Many of the doors and drawers are crooked and not lined up. Again, coming from professional installers, they said BB products were awful. What is funny is that Josh told me they couldnt get me one full panel piece on my island, yet, I went to my local cabinet place and bought one for 1/2 the cost of what Josh quoted me for two. Again, if you value quality and your money, you will go somewhere else. Fortunately, I found another place, which I will use for my bathrooms. Exact style and color of cabinets that I got from BB, so I dont have to worry about match up. Difference - customer service and quality.

I attempted to put some cabinets myself by following the picture directions. After several failed attempts I called the store and spoke with Courtney who tried to help me over the phone, when that didnt work he and Josh worked together to find a time for Josh to come help. Josh arrived when he said he would, fixed my mess and finished putting together the cabinet for me. I was very happy with Buy and Build, Inc customer service. I look forward to visiting their new showroom.

Josh is the worst employee there. From start to finish he acts like a big shot, talks really fast, and very condescending. When I asked him anything, he would huff and puff and repeat himself even faster without explaining much of anything. Extremely unprofessional and immature. He pushes customers out rather than attracting them for more business. I wish I had worked with Pete because he helps tremendously and was extremely kind and thorough in explaining sizes and prices. The quality of the cabinets are great, some missing parts but they help you out with that. My only negative in this entire experience was Josh. Besides that, everything was awesome. When you walk in just ask for a different respresentative to work with, preferably Pete. I hate to rate this business off the employee. But it had to be done in order to avoid a horrible experience for future customers. I’m sure I would have done 5 stars if it was a different employee but same cabinets.

Interesting place!

I bought a set of kitchen cabinets, a kitchen sink, a kitchen faucet, and 2 bathroom faucets from Buy and Build and was totally delighted by the staff and the customer service I received through the whole process. They were very helpful and courteous in helping me put my order together. The product was in stock so I was able to take delivery immediately and finish my home improvement project in a timely manner not to mention the significant savings I realized in purchasing these items from Buy and Build. I saved close to 50% over the prices I was quoted at other stores and even more on the faucets. I am planning on doing another project in the future and will certainly be shopping at Buy and Build. I highly recommend this company to anyone interested in saving money on their home improvement project.

They got in one cabinet, didnt call me, I stopped by. They ordered the others. They said NOT to call them or theyd call me back when they werent busy, read my phone # back to me. It was correct, then said they had the wrong number, someone named Rachel/Friends? kept answering. :0) Employees were very nice. Loved Romeo, the onsite dog. Just not a good BUYING experience. 12 weeks is too long to keep asking ARE MY CABINETS IN! These SAME cabinets are available online, shipped to your front door.

Pricing is decent and we know if we need something cost effective and better quality than Home Depot, we come here. The reason for the low stars, it the lack or and miscommunication. I purchased a slab of granite, a vessel sink and a plumbing piece (mostly from eh shop below) and the rest from Buy & Builds main lot. I was told that day (Saturday) that they would have the pieces cut and polished for me by the next Monday afternoon. They will call me when it is ready, no call on Monday. I call that evening and they stated that its not on the board until Tuesday and would be available for pick-up on Wednesday. Im in a bit of a rush...so I told the gentlemen I cant wait until Wednesday. I need it on Tuesday. He repeated but its not on his board I told him I understand it isnt, I need it sooner. Its already behind the promised date. Well they will try. I call them on Tuesday asking if it looks like they will get it done. YES!! - in 30 minutes. Your guy can head this way to pick it up. We show up and he is condescending and snapping that he said it wouldnt be ready until this evening (on Tuesday), he goes back and checks....its ready.Like I said, the company has good stuff but the communication is worse that family Thanksgiving. I wish they would clean up their act in that because I would send more expel to them if I knew they would have a positive experience. I guess cheap material means cheap experience.

Wow buyer bewareThey quote you one price then come out and measure and tell you that its a completely different price! A discrepancy of only few hundred dollars for granite after spending $1200 on cabinets theyre unwilling to work with you. This place doesnt ever seem busy and I can now understand why. Cabinets are cheaply China made wood split when we screw them to the wall. Regret my purchase definitely shop around!!!

We purchased cabinets for our kitchen and absolutely love them! Buy & Build was by far the best value in the market, we shopped several cabinet and retail stores and there was no comparison. After visiting a large retailer, we set our budget for our kitchen thinking we might have to change our thoughts on countertops, etc. Once we found Buy & Build, we were able to do brand new Elite cabinets, new granite, sink and nice faucet all for less than just the cabinets at other stores and they were nicer cabinets! The staff is very friendly and informative, they helped us with our design and also assisted in the entire granite process including installation. We did have one cabinet with a blemish in the door, they replaced the door with no questions asked, we just had to email them a picture. Very friendly staff and the best prices we were able to find anywhere. If you are remodeling your kitchen or bathroom, you should definitely check them out. We will be back to do our bathroom soon!

Ive used Buy and Build for MANY things, from faucets to door handles to cabinetry. They always crush the big box store prices and I wish you luck trying to find a higher quality cabinet at their prices. Last time I checked, their high quality cabinets could be purchased at around the same price of Home Depot and Lowes entry level poor quality cabinets. If you are looking to save a lot of money on your quality remodel, these are the go to guys. They also put me in contact with a great installer. DONT HESITATE TO USE THESE GUYS! The staff is great and the products are quality.

I remodeled my kitchen and 3 baths last year, after visiting 2 of their competitors, I selected Buy & Build. My decision was not based upon price alone, although they were slightly less expensive than their closest competitor.I was surprised that they offered the same kitchen and bath vanity cabinets, the vanities were less expensive than anywhere I looked.My only issue was with the salesperson I dealt with, he did not follow my contractors blueprint and I wound up with an inch overlay of upper cabinets which would have gone beyond a kitchen window. He he did not order the correct number of cabinets which delayed the installation by a couple of weeks. Buy & Build handled these issues without any problem and they replaced a door front which was scratched when I opened the box.Overall, I am pleased with my decision.

Im a remodeling contractor and have done cabinets from $30k kitchens to the big box in-stock cabinets, and Buy and Build had a surprisingly good product to offer. I needed a 42 vanity which is a very difficult item to find, but the one in-stock was the right finish and style for what the client wanted. The assembly literally took 30 minutes from the time I parked in the driveway until I walked away from setting it. I like that it is all plywood because particle and MDF just do not cut it for wet locations like bathrooms. Assembly was easy, a little adhesive helped significantly with lateral stability, but overall I would use this cabinet any day. Beats paying two to three times the price if it works for your needs. The shop was a little rough, but as long as the product did what it needed to I am happy.

Unfriendly and unwelcoming. Have been trying to purchase cabinets for a kitchen remodel and I just cant seem to get anyone to help. Totally felt like I was being a burden when I went to their showroom/warehouse. Sadly, I was ready, willing, and able to spend thousands of dollars to get everything ordered and was instead ignored and told that I would get a call the next day because they were closing in 30 minutes and didnt have time to make the order I guess. Not only did I never hear back from them but I reached out to them again and was then told again that they needed to call me back and of course never did. Ive never had such an issue trying to spend money, especially this much money! I heard about these guys on Tom Martino Show but I have to say, they have worse customer service than Home Depot, which is awful.

Got a great deal on flooring and cabinets! Slight mix up on some of the flooring but Im confident they will correct the issue

Love this place their cabinets are top of the line Qaulity for fair prices. All Buy & Build Cabinets are 7 layer plywood construction!!!! not Cheap particle board junk like all the other manafactures that charge ridiculous amounts for their lackluster crap. Unless you build them from scratch BUY & BUILD along with Their OUTLET CENTER CHECK HERE FIRST!!! You will be glad you did!

Stopped by to look at kitchen sinks and faucets. Found a Pfister faucet and asked the gentleman if all the parts were there as the box was open. He looked it over and said yes, all parts are there and sold it to us for $60. Got it home and went to install in our new sink and the mounting bolt was missing along with the cover ring and the 3 hole cover of which we didnt need anyway. . Tried searching around at every hardware and plumbing supply but could not find one. Tried to order the bolt and cover online but backordered. Now stuck with a $60 paperweight.

This place by far has the worst Customer service. I came in at 4:30 on manday the guy that helped me was in a rush asked me to leave my measurement and loses them i called back to see what happend and no one knows they told me most likely the got thrown away very frustrating.

I bought two brushed nickel faucets t got with the granite counter top I bought there. They told me they got the faucets at an auction. Now I can see why ... the faucets are no name, really cheap, cant get parts since they are made in China. Each faucet had missing parts so couldnt even be installed by the contractor we hired. They charged me $95/ea. Way over value so they robbed me. What a waste of time and money. I cant believe they actually sold me that junk.

Remodeling the whole kithchen was nice and smooth. They didnt have the cabinets we wanted in stock and had to chose another color. But after everything was done, what a bargain. If you have ever assembeled a desk or anything, you can put the cabinets together.

I wish I could give this company negative stars. This might be one of the worst purchasing experiences I have EVER had. First I order cabinets that were promised the next Friday and then when I come to pick them up they tell me that 3 of them were on back order. Then they give me a box that had been opened and to find out these idiots gave them to the wrong customer and they ordered it. When I go to assemble this cabinet I come to find out the shelves have been stolen and have called them at least 10 times in two days to try to get new shelves, They either tell em theyll call me back or put me on hold and then immediately disconnect and then when I called them back the next day they gave me the excuse they were extremely busy. One of the most deplorable excuses for service I have ever had and their product is sub par. Almost all the cabinets I received from them had either some sort of scratch or chip. I wish I had spent a little more money and went with someone like Lowes so I wouldnt have to deal with these guys. I implore everyone reading this to please find another company to buy your cabinets from.

Cabinets are OK Quality, price is just ok, we needed one more cabinet it took 8 weeks to get. the worst thing about this company was the customer service, didnt return calls, couldnt tell me when the cabinet I ordered would be there. My customer picked these guys and I will never use them again.
