Good smaller grocery store. I like that you can get in and out quickly and the food is usually fresh. Prices tend to be higher on some things than other places but usually they have what you are looking for in stock so thats always a plus.

This place has always been pretty well priced on what you can get. Although truthfully some of the stuff sold here is sold cheaper at family Dollar. But all around they have a better selection and normally fresher produce.

They are one of the few stores that carry difficult to find items. The return room clean. Also had raspberry sherbet in freezer section. Meat counter well stocked and reasonably priced

I like how early the store opens . The best part of this place is the deli. Many items to choose fromA wide range of salads not normally found at a traditional deli. The fried Chicken is better than many of the local restaurants in the area . Worth a try not too pricey.

WOW! What a shocker, the prices are very high...about 4.00 for 1 pound of margarine is one example. Best to stick to sale items. I was so surprised I didnt buy that much. Guess thats what prices are like in the big city 🙃

Meats are fresh. Deli foods Ive purchased are always satisfactory. Didnt have the frozen food product I was looking for that you find in most neighborhood markets though.

You have to watch what you buy there, but I got T-bone steak for $3.99 a pound and Progresso soup for $0.99! I noticed some things a dollar more than elsewhere!

This is my go-to grocery store. The prices are good. The employees are helpful, polite, and easy to find when I need assistance. The lines are either short or non-existent (in comparison to Meijer where it takes on the average 30 + minutes 😱) at Saturn I have never had to wait more than several minutes !!! .... ALWAYS. I speak from experience because I have been to this store literally many dozens of times. I really like the Managers Specials. I highly recommend this grocery store. The parking lot is such that I can park close to the entrance.

Nice and friendly customer service. The wait in the wasnt very long. They have many items for nice deals. They have flavorful hot food items as well as cold and pasta salad. The ribs and rotisserie chicken are bomb.

If you go for the deals only this store is amazing. I mainly shop there for my meat. Not happy with prices but quality with the meat is amazing. You will pay for the convenience of location if your in Dearborn area. However, I do not like buying much of my meat anywhere else. As inconvenient as it is to go to multiple stores. I deal with the inconvenience to be better satisfied. All employees have always been very polite and helpful in all the years Ive been shopping there.

Its a great grocery store might not have everything that youre big stores have but for the size and scope it has everything I need in my local Neighborhood Grocery Store

They are friendly and its great to support family owned stores. The prices are a little high, and some produce we bought spoiled in one day, or not very fresh. Last pack of meat I bought. The steak lasted one day in my fridge when I opened the meat pack the meat smelled spoiled. But overall experience would be a five.

They are priced higher than Kroger on most things, the staff is usually friendly but, they are convenient so instead of the extra mile or two to go to Kroger they do the trick. I think.they are good for small shopping trips but will go to Aldi.or.Kroger for major shopping trips.

First time shopping here. Its like a step up from Aldi. Surprised by their stock. Busy store. I went to get a turkey had alot to choose from. Priced right. I would shop there again.

In a pinch Ive gone to Saturn to grab a few items. I couldnt do regular shopping there as my vegetarian menu requires much more variety. Theyve remodeled recently. Produce is pretty good. It has too much low rent food & such. Check the DATES on ALL items. Ive had more than a few expired items & naturally it was frustrating. Owners are kind & receptive to you if you want to speak with them. I like this. Its been around for a while now too. Im glad theyre close by & theyll hopefully keep updating. 👍🏼

We just visited there to see what the place was like, and it was clean, smelled good, well organized, plenty of room to shop and they had their buy 2 get 3 free specials !!! We saved a lot of money and the regular prices werent too bad either. Now we have a new place to shop. And yes, everyone there was friendly and polite !

The customers are always pleasant. I love the cleanliness of the store especially during Covid-19! The one issue I have is customer service from the staff. Some clerks greet you when you approach their register and others just stare you up and down and then give you a dry Hey, how you.... There is also this young guy that works there with the mushroomish hair cut who NEVER says Excuse Mewhen he walking thru the store and cut thru aisle or lane etc. Overall I love the store and especially the good prices for their Great Products. Just needs a tweak the customer service. A Smile goes a Loooonggg Way!!

I am saddened to give Saturn a bad review because this has been my go to market for many years. A couple weeks ago my husband purchased a bag of Lays potato chips. When we opened the bag they were crushed and broken up. When my husband shared his displeasure over this with a worker at Saturn, he was advised to call Lays directly. We did and gave them the bar code and information and they could see we did purchase them from Saturn. They apologized and promptly handled the complaint by sending us coupons to replace our broken potato chips. Today 11/17/19 we tried to use our coupon at Saturn and we were refused. The cashier stated more than once that it showed as a counterfeit coupon. When she asked her manager she was told they could not accept this coupon. This was with Rosemary at 4:31PM . Unfortunately for us the other customers in line heard this and we left feeling like we did something wrong. My advice to anyone shopping at Saturn is to please look at what you purchase from Saturn and as for using manufacturers coupons if you are denied you need to contact the manufacturer directly because Saturn will not honor them. We will definitely be contacting Lays tomorrow and complain about Saturns return policy on damaged product and Saturns coupon policy. We are not dishonest and these coupons are not counterfeit
