I came in one second before they closed, the gentleman working didnt make me feel like a burden. He threw together a tray of chocolate covered strawberries with a beautiful white chocolate dove for the funeral I was attending. Everyone loved them and I am forever greatful that he didnt turn me away. Thanks again man you really made a difference in my life on a very stressful day. Much appreciated!

My first time ever ordering and after this experience I’ll never order again with any location…..I placed a same day order at 10am and they waited all the way to 3pm to call me and said they didn’t have a driver for today and that they’d have to send it through door dash and in fact the only reason they were calling me then is cause the recipient (my wife) didn’t answer her phone for confirmation and I’m like it’s supposed to be a surprise why would you be calling her ahead of time anyway then the guy was acting like my confirmation wasn’t good enough when I’m the one who paid for it and I live at the same address and ultimately it was sent out using door dash and honestly I don’t even fully trust 3rd party delivery people and that kind of defeats the purpose in preserving from them smh never again

I am just so blown away by the team work here .. I placed an order from georgia for my dear aunt who is a working 64 year old pharmacist .. Only to find out Shed not get home until after closing time which is what I was told at first ! Disappointed I hoped for a better chance to surprise her next day .. but shortly after 6pm she called to say! I love you and thanks for thinking of me ! They delivered it after hours! but her smile will be forever in my mind .. Just thank you to the September 22nd crew. My arrival was a day early. Order for Friday for Mother’s Day and no one was home Thursday. Called the store on Friday and said fail delivery. Now will deliver on Tuesday after Mother’s Day. Today Tuesday no delivery! The store now closed.poor management

First time ordering here because of the reviews but at this point I’m sure they’ve been giving themselves 5 stars because what in the world did I just experience lmao so unorganized. Ordered strawberries 2 days ago with a scheduled pickup time at 8am. Was supposed to get a email/ update on my order when my order was ready. But why would I need an update when I scheduled it to be picked up at “8am”. I had to go in and ask for my order. It’s now 8:50am and I’m literally sitting in my car waiting on 12 strawberries with chocolate. They don’t even seem like they care. Mind you I spent 50$ Lol.

I received an edible arrangement as a get well wish. It was packaged well. The fruit was fresh and delicious.They called my home to make sure that I would be home to receive the arrangement.

They opened on time and were very polite. My gifts were fresh, pretty and only delayed slightly. I look forward to trying them again.

So at first I was a little grumpy because I missed a delivery and kept calling a few times in one day and not getting through to anyone. However, I visited the location in person and was very pleasantly surprised. I waited about 10-15 minutes and they made me a fresh arrangement. They also offered my son and I some chocolate-dipped fruit to eat while we waited. Very good customer service and kind employees. Edible arrangements is a very good idea for a gift for every occasion. Its a little pricey, but the impression it makes is totally worth it.They make the arrangements while we wait, except when is close to closing time, but they have some arrangements ready for purchase.

This is the 2nd Holiday I have ordered an arrangement and they didnt disappoint. It was ready early (I came early) and the fruit was fresh, quality, and delicious. The folks at this store are very friendly, too. It made a lovely centerpiece and my family loved it. I also appreciate the carrying box and wrap--transport and storage before the holiday were a breeze. Probably picking up another one for Xmas or New Years.

Would have preffered 0 stars but Google requires at least one star to leave a review. Very poor service. Fruit was not fresh nor well put together, I specifically chose Edible for a reason and they disappointed me. Ordered first thing in the morning and it took til the end of the day before it ever arrived to wife for our wedding anniversary. If it was 15 minutes later she would have been gone from work already and never received the arrangement. Called the edible arrangements and they had poor attitude and rude.

The staff is absolutely wonderful and will go out of their way to make sure you get everything you want. They offer same day delivery which is really convenient for a last minute gift, and they have balloons that can make an even bigger impact when sent out with a fab arrangement. Would recommend the hazelnut chocolate bananas and the caramel apple add ons.

The customer service was unbelievable there to good to be. True. NEVER will I EVER use his store or company in the future!!! They delivered the box of fruit and was missing one piece, and the fruit that was in the box looked as if they dropped the box. I called the store to notify them and told me to send a picture of the box, I did they called me back and said that 1 the box was prepared to their standards. 2 if I wanted the piece of fruit that they did not put I would need to drive 15 minutes there and 15 minutes back to get 1/4 of a banana. 3 they spent EXTRA time preparing that box of fruit since they only had 6 orders all day long. Well if that was how it looked with extra time spent on it then I would hate to see how it would look if they actually had business. I wonder if their horrible customer service and their horrible quality has some correlation with their slow business!!!! I called their corporate office and they told me there was nothing they could do since each location is a franchise and all they can do is send a message to that store. Then she told me well try a different one maybe they will be better. No sorry I will not try a different one and take another chance of wasting money on their poor quality and poor customer service. I wish I could post a picture of what the sent and what their website says they will send.

I order online and this store is very reliable and when my recipient wasnt home, they left a note with instructions and then remade the arrangement for pick up two days later. Above and beyond. Thank you!

This Valentines was so busy . When I went in to buy an arrangement Saturday they had snobby full of people ordering. I waited patiently and placed my delivery for the next day. I received it Sunday and it was amazing ! Beautiful and tasty . Driver was very polite . After seeing how busy they were I definitely was impressed .

I am someone who orders from here often. Ive even walked in and bought chocolate coverd pineapples on many occasions. I choose edible arrangements over fruit bouquet. I was free disappointed in the recent delivery I had made over the phone with the employee. I specifically asked for a certain arrangement for my nieces birthday who just turned 10 and waited by the door for hours for their first delivered gift only for my twin nieces to receive a regular small fruit box. I even had a large box of chocolate coverd arrangements with that set for my fiance that also was done wrong. The notes she took over the phone w me and made me repeat 5 times were still spelled wrong. I will not be using ur location again and will make sure no one I do does either. Thats just sad

Ordered an arrangement for my fiance, with a promised delivery time between 8am and 1pm to her work. By 3pm it had not arrived, and the store promised it would arrive soon. After calling for half an hour, finally got someone to pick up at 4:15. I was told it would possibly arrive by 5, though my fiance leaves work at 4:30 (hence why I wanted it to arrive in the promised time). Never got confirmation of delivery or failure of delivery as I was promised. Called the next day and their only offer was to refund my delivery charge and ship out again today. After all the stress of trying to track this order, failure to communicate, and running around to make up for my now lost valentines day gift, this was wholey unacceptable! At least they refunded what I paid, but I promise this is not only my last order to this store, but my last edible arrangement Ill ever order.

I usually love EA, but when I last visited the Dearborn Heights, MI location, I felt very un-welcomed due to the fact that no one was there greeting the customers or was at the register at all for majority of the time. The chocolate covered strawberries I received were also quite warm, which was very disappointing.

Id give less stars if i could. They took my money never delivered my products on valentines day! They never called or emailed. I had to drive to the store which happened to be 40 mintues away. When i got their they said my card address didnt match. I pulled up the email and show them the billing address and the bank app and show the address. Due to the fact that i forgot my actual debit card at home they said they couldnt do anything. They said ill need to bring it back for them to replace the order then they will give me a store credit and possible 6 strawberriesThis is pure madness

This place has went downhill! Is very small, very slow service, fruit isnt fresh, if you dont place your order online your gonna have to come back 4-6hrs or have them deliver, delivery fee is expensive. Will never go here again! Ill find a different one near me. Even though theyre 10 min from me they wanted to charge a $22.00 shipping fee. Thats crazy, Im a Disabled Veteran & the VA only gives me $3.95 for Travel and I live 17 min away.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! The screwed up my order and then delivered the arrangements without the greeting cards or any message. The recipients received the arrangements not knowing who they were from. Doesn’t that defeat the point of the service being provided? Luckily they were clients and I was able to figure out what happened. I asked for the owner or manger to call me and they brushed me. I filed a complaint with corporate and I WILL NEVER USE THE DEARBORN HEIGHTS STORE AGAIN.

The General Manager Herb cancelled two of my orders without my consent. He basically refused to make any changes to my first order and decided to cancel it. He suggested that I allow him to run my card again and create a new order. I obliged and the day of delivery I called to check the status only to discover that he cancelled yet another order! After being hung up on several times I finally spoke to Herb and he became quite indignant and called me a number of racial slurs. I am totally mortified that these kind of people are allowed to do business and are employed by Edible Arrangements. Dont ever visit this location if you have an ounce of morality!

I ordered the 100.00$ valentines day bouquet a week before valentines day. I had horrible service but my girlfriend really wanted one of these delivered so i placed the order anyways. I was having it delivered the day after valentines day. I called in the morning to find out when it was going to be delivered and she imformed me that it would be after 4pm. That is just ridiculous! I told her i would come pick it up myself but she said it would take 3 hours to make. This employee was so rude to me and was quick to offer me my money back and get me off the phone. She didnt even want my business or try to work with me. I will NEVER go back there again and inform my family and friends to do so. HORRIBLE FIRST EXPIERENCE!

Called the store and the answer was that the order was cancelled because it was an outstate order... The delivery never arrived, never got a phone call saying it didnt get delivered and I was told 2 different storys as to why it didnt get delivered. I still had to pay for the delivery fee even though I had to pick it up from the store. Also, I didnt know half an apple, half a banana, 2 strawberries dipped in storebought chocolate cost $40.I learned my lesson to go else where... Hopefully you will too!
