This is my go to place for my fresh fruits and veggies. I can make a nice salad for my family to go with lunch or dinner and only pay about $5.00 to $10.00 & fresh is always better then hungry howies happy pizza or jets etc. Just saying that I had numerous bad experiences with some pizza locations. Even there meat are yummy and the desserts. They even have Wednesday deals or used to.

Its appalling that they have no clue how to butcher meat and chicken. Asked for chicken to be cut in 8 pieces, which is a no-brainer. Apparently they cannot tell the difference between legs, breast, thigh and wings. And then they charge you extra to destroy the chicken.

Came recommended to me. Clean, plenty of help to tell you where things are located. Cashiers are readily available to check you out. Parking lot is a smidget tight, but clean and snow removed. Overall, good experience; would recommend. Thank you

Always a good shopping experience. Their produce is so reasonable! We enjoy getting beef kafta from here. Good fresh meat, I like their garlic paste, bulk seeds and cheeses. They also, now have many deli style foods available.

Prices are good compared to other stores...lines do get long so the wait is annoying and its always hard to find a parking spot...but overall a great place to shop

Its a place to shop if you only want to grab a couple of things. Many of the stuff are expired or close to being expired. Meat section is unorganized and low grade. Produce is average. Service is none existent.

I love the great selection of fresh produce and the great prices. Everyone who worked there was super friendly and very helpful. Even though they were very crowded, checking out was fast and efficient. This is a wonderful, neighborhood store that is a great alternative to the super large chain grocery stores. I wish there were more stores like Papaya.

Cheap grocery store, focused mainly on the arab ethnic community. They have a variety of produce (halal meats / foods, vegetables, etc) and they do a good job. Shopped there many times, and will most likely shop there again.

They have decent prices on some produce, however, the staff is rather unfriendly, reluctant to smile back or make casual conversation in the check out. The check out lines are unusual for a grocery, more like a drug store counter, which are not designed for a half cart of groceries. This causes a bit of disorganization for the cashiers. Weve had food get misplaced in check out never to make its way home with us, so $$ wasted. I go there when they have a good sale on a fruit I like or when I need an ingredient for a Middle Eastern inspired dish that I cant find at the nearby Kroger. Im all for supporting local business but honestly, this isnt the most pleasant place to shop!

Fresh produce with a good variety. Good customer service and very clean. The only negative is the parking. The parking lot is very tight and people are always leaving their shopping carts laying around making it even harder to park or leave the parking lot.

I asked for 3lbs of strip steak. The butcher grabs the slab of beef and throws it on the scale with no wax paper, just on the bare scale. You can see that the scale had previous meat on there. Bacteria can easily transferred to my beef so I decided not to take the meat. I also went up from to the cashiers and explain what happened. The on girl nodded her head as if she knew already

Specializes in fruits, commercially prepackaed baked-goods and vej that appeal to the MIddleEastern commty, but I like it too. Great prices on acceptable, sometimes great produce. hrd-to-find exotic fruits too.
