I was very happily surprised at the ease with which I was able to purchase my new car at Xdrive Auto Sales. I found their dealership via CarFax when I searched for vehicles to look at. I had had my heart set on a Buick Enclave, and I found my perfect one at Xdrive. It’s a 2011, so my boyfriend and I were expecting to have a lot of apparent wear and tear. We were totally wrong. While there were a couple *very minor* cosmetic flaws, one really had to be searching for something to find them. Our test drive lasted for about an hour, and Jay was happy to answer any questions whatsoever. It was 5:30pm on the Friday before a busy, holiday weekend, and I made the decision to purchase the Enclave about two minutes too late for my credit union to finish the sale. Knowing that we had driven from Lansing, Jay agreed to hold the car until Tuesday, so that my loan officer could get the paperwork processed without me needing to worry that the car would be sold to someone else first. We picked up my beautiful new car Tuesday night, and I honestly could not be more ecstatic about our purchase. Sales people are nice, no pressure to buy cars. I just bought a 2001 PT Cruiser with less than 80k miles on it two months ago. I paid 5k for the car thinking it would last. Clunking noises started two and a half weeks in the rear then a week later also in the front. I just had to scrap it because the subframe was rusted through and would cost a few thousand to fix in just the front end alone, and the rear shock was separated. The check engine light came on within the week we bought it. The instrument lights were not fully functional right off the lot and the mechanic they had was never available to fix it or the sensor issue. I went elsewhere to fix the ac system and replace two sensors. I was not about to put over a few thousand dollars into a car that I already paid 5k plus over 700 in repairs. Take whatever car you buy from them to a different mechanic.

Ok i purchased a vehicle on October 18th and on my way to work that same day my engine light came on so i called them the next day and they told me to bring it up there to them so they can check it out even though the car was as is. So they replaced parts hoping it was gonna fix it but sadly it didnt. The reason I am giving them 5 stars is because the owner trys his best to make you happy and super friendly and even though i has problems with the car he tried to make it right. But i do recommend checking them out. Only problem i have had is the confusion between people one says this and the other says this. Just make sure u get the owner hes the best. Wish me luck on my journey on hopefully getting my car engine light figured out.

I purchased an 09’ Honda Accord EX-L, 4-cyl, from them. Professional guys. I mostly dealt with J. The car has been driving well. Soon after getting it the rack and pinion rusted and began leaking power steering fluid (after purchase and an additional inspection by my personal mechanic). I took it to X Drive and got a really competitive deal for the repair + a new battery. They seemingly did a good job and I no longer have the leak.All in all, even though I hope to be driving this vehicle for many days to come, depending on their inventory when/if I want to buy a new (used) vehicle, I would strongly consider doing business with them once again.P. S. — IF paint touch-ups were done by them, then they could have done a better job. If not, forgive me guys!

Great place! Theyre very upfront. I am a ghost as far as credit goes and when I called to check on a finance application they recommended I go to a credit union to get a lower interest rate and did not run my credit anyways when I decided to go to a crefit union instead. Once I started that process they were very helpful with each step and made the process incredibly easy. Very nice and professional. Absolutely love my new(to me) Wrangler!!

My son got his truck here. First week he had it he had to replace the battery and starter. He did put new tires in it, but he expected to have to do that. He has had it less than 2 months and the brakes blew out on a busy road . This could have ended in a very bad accident. Had to replace the brakes, rotors, calipers and cylinder. Now shocks are gone. If you buy from this place make sure the vehicle is Inspected by a licensed mechanic. This vehicle is turning into a money pit very fast.

This is probably one of the only small used auto dealers that i felt the most at ease at. I bought a 2014 ford flex. But needed to trade in my grand prix to get it paid off. They drove my grand prix and even with the issues they gave me a break and gave me what i needed from them to trade it in. Love my ford flex. Having a little issue with it after a week. But When I called them they were more than willing to have me bring it in and find out issue. The car is still beautiful and worth it. Truly appreciate them. I bought a used car here about 1 year ago (a 2010 Ford Fusion), and I am definitely happy with the vehicle. They did not hesitate to let me drive it around and have it looked at by an independent mechanic first. Jay (the person I dealt with) seemed pretty reasonable. Overall, I think it was a pretty good deal.

Its a collision shop. That part was left out. Some nice cars but a close look is necessary. I was practically sold online until in person. Some experiences could be better that was mine.

Was told the 4wd worked in a Toyota Sequoia I was interested in. I had driven 2 hours to see it. It did not. The 4 low worked however the 4 high did not. After 3 employees argued with me for an hour about it, I was told to take it to a shop down the road. Turns out, the 4wd didn’t work and it’s about a $300 fix. After spending 3 hours there and doing their job of taking it to the shop for them to confirm what I knew all along, he would take $80 off the price.I would not ever recommend buying from this dealership.

I brought my 2011 chevy traverse from them. i dont recommend them. eventhough they are very friendly and family oriented would recommend for them for any of your auto needs i was loving my car. the motor blew on the car after 7 months of owning it and they said he cant help with it at all just a discount on labor if I brought it to them. even though they did motor work to it before I purchased it. now I have to go get another car while still paying on this one.

Test drove a 2009 Lexus RX350 on Friday. Brought it to my mechanics to have them check it out - I had brought them two other RX350s I found via CarGurus in the last week or so. The car was the best vehicle by far - nothing wrong with it (cannot say that about the two others); it was in great shape, at a great price. Waled an Essa were both easy to work with. Who knew buying a used car could be this pleasant an experience? No pressure at all. Great communication. I will recommend them to everyone I know.
