My car was hit and busted up pretty bad. Matt gave me a free, accurate, and honest estimation for the repairs. They did a phenomenal job fixing my car. It wasnt a cheap repair, however they went above and beyond and fixed things I didnt even expect (my horn didnt work and they fixed it). They shined it up and cleaned the inside too. Kortes shocked us with their more than timely work. Even with their power being out one of the days (they were kind enough to text us to inform us of this, in case it should take longer than expected), they were done with the car in 2 days and it came back to us looking fantastic! Extremely good work with an amazing return time. To top it all off they even cleaned our car inside and put a cute little flashlight keychain on our key ring (even asked if it was ok they did that). The people were amazing. Had an insurance claim for damages but didnt cover the rust on my 10yr old Ram. They explained what they could and by far went above what they had too. The truck looks brand new and even cleaned the inside. Honestly the worksmanship is amazing and will recommend them to anyone who asks.

I’m telling everyone in the near by area or far if you need any body work and or any work that they do. Make it a point to go there. I was in an accident ( everyone is okay) and needed a lot of body work done on my GMC Sierra I was going to go with the dealer ship because it was my first accident and I wasn’t sure where to go. I am so glad I took one more look online and found them. You will never go anywhere that makes you feel more comfortable and confident. I’m sure I was a handful with my emails. But the timing of their responses couldn’t have been any better. And they were so nice and kept me up to date the entire time. And I’ll tell you I was amazed at the quality of work they did. As if my vehicle was one of their own. When I picked it up I was in disbelief that they could have done such a great job. I’d give 100 stars if I could. Dropped my jeep off after it was stolen. I got it back with miss Aligned body parts sand in my clear coat and body panel pins I think they must have ran out of them. Didnt even wash the jeep, it was clean on one side dirty on the other. Never got a call back to fix anything..

We have a 2001 Ram truck that suffered damage to the body due to a flat tire. Because we dont use this truck throughout the winter, weve kept it in great condition. The owner himself fought to do the repairs the way he knew would be best for our truck. Instead of replacing the quarter panel with another used truck quarter panel(which is what most ins companies would insist upon), he knew he wouldnt be able to find even close to the good condition of our truck body. He ended up spending more time doing the work by putting the truck on the rack. Kortes body work has the quarter panel looking brand new, which means well now have to detail the rest of the truck to match! Well take that. I couldnt give a good enough review for the work they do and the friendly service they provided! Beyond satisfied!

Kortes group did a fantastic job repairing the damage from an accident. They worked directly with the insurance company and kept me updated every step along the way. The entire staff is extremely professional and the repair time was less than I expected. They worked quickly and now I cant even tell that there was any damage. I am not saying I want to have another accident but I would certainly go back if needed.

I’ve taken my car into Korte’s numerous times and always have a good experience. Recently, I was side swiped on the freeway. I took my car into Kortes Collision and the owner, Matt scheduled an appointment with the adjuster from Triple A. Together they inspected my car on a Friday. Immediately after, Mr. Korte scheduled a time I could take my car into the shop. I ended up taking it in the following Monday and got it back by Friday afternoon. My car looked brand new. You would’ve never known I’d been side swiped!
