Found an ad on Facebook. Vehicle was said to be in “mint condition”. Obviously the ad is posted as a private seller when in reality it is a body shop/dealer. Not likely even a clean title. Once I got to the address I saw the bad reviews for the location so I went to look at the vehicle before contacting the seller that I had arrived. Left without even talking to the seller. Liars and crooks from the looks of it.

I purchased a 2017 Explorer Sport. I received it and it had damage that was never repaired so I contacted them. I spoke with Mike and told him about the damage. I took a video and did a complete walk around of the vehicle. He said for me to get an estimate and contact him again. He also stated that he had ordered a couple of parts and would have it shipped to me. After I got an estimate (3 to be exact and the cheapest was $2800) I tried contacting him. He would not answer his phone so I emailed him and called his partner. Finally I got a hold of him and he told me he was out of state and he would be back the following month. He also said the parts were in the way which never showed up. He basically dodged me until I couldn’t leave any feedback on eBay. Needless to say I was shafted on this deal. There were paint runs where the damage was fixed, and the repair job was just plain bad. Overall experience was horrible. These people do not stand behind there work and will do the same to you. You might get lucky but that’s a chance I wouldn’t take no matter if it’s a great deal. Please stay away from this place!

Extremely unprofessional. Calls names and swears at people. After reading these other reviews, I see why they are rated so low. I would avoid this place at all costs.

Buyer Beware....they lie and are crooks. Bought an SUV from them through EBay from them. We should have Googled the VIN Number but didn’t. The eBay auction said the only thing they did was replace fender. When we went to pick the car up there were several deep scratches on back door. We were told they would fix it but the paint man had taken the spray gun home with him, so Mike said he would cover the cost of fixing the door. On the way back home the Engine light came on. Once we got home we Noticed that there was grease dripping from wheel so we called Mike and told him about the grease dripping, he ask for pictures so I sent him two different sets. He said he could see where the boot wasn’t locked in and he would send us another one. I also told him about the Check Engine light and let him know we had anapptvat the Ford place. He said we were covered under the 90 day power train warranty on the power train just let him know how much. The Ford place fixed the things that was connected to the check engine light and I let Mike know what was fixed and how much. The report also said that the car had salvage parts through out the car. He never sent the boot so we took the car to have the wheel fixed and the door painted. I let Mike know that we were sending him a copy of the bills the Ford place, the alignment shop and the paint shop. He kept putting us off and hehawing around about the check, he finally sent a payment for the Ford place but not the body shop or the tire. After a couple text messages in which he accused us of trying to rip him off he said he’d pay the tire one. We are still waiting on the check and he jerked us around so long that the 60 days had lapsed on feedback I n eBay. Like I said Buyer Beware!

Mike treated me Fair. A little slow but kept his word and took care of it promptly in the end. Never buy a salvage car unless you are a car guy/girl. You need to know cars really well. Be prepared for issues. Never buy a flood car.order a Carfax, dealer history and build sheet. Do a full inspection. If you suspect water damage pulll a door panel and look under seats. I would buy Mike again.

Dealer agreed on a purchase price following an ebay auction, but then reneged. He led me on for several days, apparently while soliciting other offers, but never sent me an invoice or purchase agreement. I dont know what the quality of their vehicles is, but it makes no difference if you cant rely on their word when negotiating a deal!
