Im disgusted that I paid $140 for this hair and its HARD!!! This hair is not worth $140, especially being grade 10A. The person over the phone tried to downplay it, but this hair is HORRIBLE. THE fact that she didnt try to offer to exchange baffles me! Dont purchase hair from here, not worth the price on the bag

The owner is very knowledgeable and patient. She told me they did not sell the product I wanted and did the kindest thing. She showed me a sample of almost every brand they sold, knowing that I was not going to buy.

Small but nice had what I needed and good prices.

I have been at this store several times now, and each time a different customer service assistant there has been SO INCREDIBLY kind, helpful, very open, considerate, professional, and put me at great ease. When I had issues on blush and face make up due to my skin color, one CS assistant called another one to help, and the 2nd assistant was SO SO SWEET in offering professional advice on how to contour, what to use, WHY I would use this, etc. They didnt PUSH stuff to sell, but instead suggest WHAT would work best for my tone. I wasnt the only customer. I saw another CS assistant talking thru a patron if the wig she had on might work or not with her skin tones. These women are rare gems in todays cold, robotic, tone deaf world in customer service. I cant remember the last time I left a store SMILING because of great customer service. They have an AMAZING array of cosmetics, a GREAT assortment of wigs, supplies, etc. This store is a TREASURE! But it all starts with customer service....and all the women there Ive met there are incredible!

The store owner is nice but not a lot of products are not in stock. She said it was due to covid. I understand but I was still sad.

I’m a loyal customer of Lisa’s! I’ve been shopping with her and her family owned business for over 4 years. She’s consistent, extremely knowledgeable and honest. Her entire staff is exceptional. I purchase lashes from her at least twice a month. (I stock up for the month) and if she’s ever running low on any of my fave makeup/skincare products she gives me a heads up! She knows a LOT about how to maintain African American natural hair & extensions. She’s not just a beauty supply owner she’s a woman of color who understands our culture. From hair care, skin care, nails, lashes etc. I just wanted to take the time to personally say thank you to Lisa and her amazing staff for your amazing customer service. Thank you for making me feel at home every time I visit your store.

Caught the owner talking about a customer then she got snippy with me. I’ll never be back ever! Blacks are the vast majority of customers in beauty supply stores. If I hear the owner talking about a customer it’s a deterrent from me spending my money there. People come here for location not because the store has a lot of options because it’s very limited in that regard. It’s the size of a matchbox. I’d prefer to drive out further if needed or order off of Amazon.

I wish I could like this place because its so close to where I live but unfortunately I cant ! Most of the workers are friendly and helpfull and there is an adequate selection of products to choose from, but I donot like engaging with the owner(Lisa).Her attitude and disposition is really combative even if your asking a simple question about a product or purchase your making. Her responses always come off rude and dismissive.I am choosing to spend my money and my time at your business. You need to check yourself Maam. Especially during this pandemic many businesses are struggling or closing their doors.Appreciate your customers and respect them!Notably Black Women!!!Scale your attitude back a few notches, humble yourself and be honest!!I paid $80 for a wig that I ended up being dissapointed with when i got home and took it out the package because the curl pattern didnot match the wig displayed in the store.Contemplated calling you to request a refund or exchange but you have a no return policy on hair and quite frankly I didnot want to deal with as another customer termed it below your snippy attitude.So Ill deal with the dissapointment and the wig and give you this review instead.I also took the liberty to google the manufacturer of the wig as well as other online retailers and they price the exact wig I bought from you at significantly less!!Over priced products and an Underserving attitude dont go well together.Try gratitude, Fairness and honesty.I know the Customer is not always right, but the customer is always deserving of the best quality service you can give!The fact that you have mixed reviews on here suggests something is unbalanced with the way you are conducting business.Figure out what that is!!

I like this supply store they carry the best products that are used, but the prices are a little upscale or whats being sold. I would recommend only for quick pickups and not with a lot of people. The store is a little too small to really shop without being bothered by another customer trying to get around you. The owners and workers are nice always willing to help. ONLY THING IS they are closed on Sundays , i hope they change that soon because there are NO hair stores open in the area without driving 20+.

I shop at this beauty supply a lot because they are the closest to me and usually have great service, but today the employees, especially the owner, gave me the vibe that they thought I was stealing. It sucks because I really enjoyed this beauty supply, but I didnt like that feeling of being pre-judged or thought of as a thief, especially since I shop here often. Never going back again!

Ive been buying lashes, make up, wigs, and costume jewelry here for over ten years. they have a great selection, good prices, and are extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the products. I love that you can buy a wig cap for $1 and try on wigs! highly recommend them (also very LGBTQ friendly for anyone who has those concerns! they will happily and skillfully help a drag queen or a trans woman without batting a false lash)

I love this place. I use to come frequently, but have had nothing to do lately. I popped back up and the owners are still just as nice and just as helpful. I hate to say it, but in a beauty supply store I value not feeling like a criminal when I walk in the door. They surpass that stereotype, and make you feel cherished. The products here are quality and the have great prices. Its not the biggest store I have ever been to, but I always find what I need!

The Asian lady was rude when I ask her a question. Its very small and they dont have enough black hair products. If youre looking for wigs then thats the place.

Got my hair cut here by Jennifer. She did a superb job! I basically just walked in and was still able to get my haircut just in time. I have thick long hair and she was able to thin it out a lot. At one point I had two people blow drying my hair. 5/5!

Forgot to make this post a few months ago, but now I need to go back and just remembered my experience. I visited this store for the first time and a cashier was already yelling at someone who was leaving the store on my way in. (seemed a little ghetto so I knew this would be bad) the way the cashier treated the lady. As I was walking in she aggressively yelled at me asking if she could help me with anything (probably because she was already being ghetto with other customers) I proceeded yes of course can you please tell me exactly where the edge control is. she pointed out the edge control and continued to say that they only have the big tub so that I don’t have to come back for a really long time. I figured that was pointless to say at the time of her aggression to a 1st time customer. She continued to knowingly watch me as if I was going to steal something out of her store it was a bit of an adrenaline rush and kind of uncomfortable. I’m going back because they consume the products I use from a certain business that not many stores have, but if she gets rude with me this time.....

Great customer service! Went in looking for some clip in extensions for my wedding and the lady took time to work with me and explained all the different lengths and thicknesses of the hairs. Would recommend to anyone!

Within 10 minutes of a purchase, I brought it back. The sales lady took it and gently laid it down on a chair. She politely wrapped my new purchase. The owners grands mother stepped over and quickly picked up the jewelry. It came a loose. She accused me of breaking the cheap product. The sales lady rebuked her and told her several times that I did not break it. I have been shopping at that place for years. I could not believe what I heard. I will be finding somewhere else for my purchases.

I love this place they have the best selection of eyelashes anywhere and their makeup is all organized and easy to navigate. I like to go at least once a week.

Terrible customer service. I called to see if I could return products that broke my hair off (had to go to a salon and get them to cut my hair to fix the damage done) and they said it was exchangeable so I drove all the way to the store. When I got there she refused to work with me on an exchange because I had no receipt and she couldnt prove I didnt steal the product. If on the phone they said I needed a receipt I wouldnt have wasted my time driving over there. I had only bought the products a week prior and could show her the charges on my chase app and she refused. I even asked if she was willing to check the cameras because I was there literally a week ago and she said she didnt have time. Sadly they have lost a loyal customer.

I honestly don’t like this beauty supply store. It’s very over priced and there’s not much to choose from. For example, they have $8 mink lashes but I found the same ones for $4 at a diff store in Trinity Groves. That right there tells me where I shouldn’t and should spend my $.
