This Bath & Body Works has great customer service. I always say Im going in just for a smell, but I always leave having bought something. What can I say I love the service and the products!

Great atmosphere with a variety of scents youre sure to love. Candles, lip gloss, hand sanitizers, body wash, body butter, scents for your man, wall plug ins and room sprays.

The sales people were very helpful and I got exactly what I was looking for. Easy peasy.

I came in and wanted to claim my birthday gift and was told I couldnt because of the state that I lived in. Why offer something like this to a customer if they really arent going to gift it. 😕 I also asked for my other coupon back that was not used and the sales associate marked it as being scanned and I never got a replacement back. So much for a positive shopping experience at your Galleria location in Dallas. It was disappointing to say the least.

Well I absolutely love this place , but there products did a number on me this time with the cotton candy and firecrackers. I broke out so bad I had to go to the ER. Maybe its something in the ingredients,not sure. But I really spent alot on there products.

I went to get one candle for the 12.95 sale and the guy at the front think his name was blue made me buy 5 candles he is a great sales man thanks for the great help I will be back

I came in as soon as they were open. Staff were friendly and helpful. It was easy to grab the few items I needed, get checked out at the register, and head out. I couldnt be happier with my experience.

The works where on point. They greeted me as soon as I walked in. They helped me pick out stuff for teacher week.

A cashier forgot to bag one of my items, and Mickey went above and beyond when I sent someone to pick it up. Empathized with my situation over the phone, and had it ready to go, with an apology card when it was picked up.

When I came here during the holidays, customer service was bad. Some of the workers had bad attitudes, and all I asked was a simple question especially the lady who was standing at the exit door...

The Galleria mall has a unique Bath & Body Works, this place is actually allows you to use the hand soap but there is more to this place. I love this place because of the new types of candles that they had and they offer a whole range of the seasons fall candles which are very good better than anything you can think of. I am definitely interested in this place I am interested in coming back a lot.

Great deals. The associate name Blue was the most helpful associate I ever encountered. Crystal was our cashier and she was radiant, she made us feel welcomed. Its like we gained two more children.

Great selection of candles, aromas, and body washes!

I stopped by this store at the behest of my wife and her girlfriend. We were able to achieve what we needed with the help of various store representatives. Prices and deals were extremely flexible. It was nice.There werent enough choices for men as far as cologne goes and I did consider one of the associates to be somewhat rude or at the very least to be condescending towards my wife. Otherwise, really great store with pretty good prices and mostly associates.

The place was clean and organized. They had welcoming environment and were highly friendly. “Juliann” is a wonderful staff there and helped me find what I needed.

I havent been to a bad Bath & Body Works, and what I liked most about this one was the layout. I only shop at Bath & Body Works for 3-wick candles, bottled hand soaps, and wallflowers (and refills). The store had 2 entrances. Wallflowers, hand soaps, and most of the candles were in one section. The body care products were in the other side of the store. Both sides of the store had a checkout area. I appreciated the assistance that I received from the staff. One staff member helped me find a wallflower that was on display, and another staff member recommended certain 3-wick candles to me. The latter staff member also alerted me to when their mid-year semi annual sale would occur. I think this will be my go-to store for purchasing Bath & Body Works products in person.

I can’t believe it!! I have a favorite manager she works at the Irving store and I saw her here! She has pink hair and the best customer service I have ever received. I was hoping she was moving to this store but she told me she was just helping. If you haven’t met her yet her name is Amylee and she is magnificent! You can tell she loves her job and always has the most helpful tips and knows sooo much her smile and energy is contagious! Please bath and body keep her here!

This location was like most others Ive been too. Very well stocked, very clean, and very helpful and friendly staff. I got a few items that were on a major sale, and I was very happy. I love going into these stores and getting so many great smelling candles, lotions, sprays, etc. Give them a visit and get all of your needs met.

The products of B&B are just extraordinary. I packed boxed to move from one country to another. My boxed got kinda stuck in Florence, and when they arrived in Cyprus a year later I could still smell my candles from Bath and Body before opening the boxes

Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful! Knew what kind of scents to recommend and all of the good deals. I love going to this place especially if I want to gift something to someone! If I could, I would spend lots of time trying all the different scents but alas my nose will begin to blend it all the same!

Love the choices of the endless fragrance in lotions, hand centizer, body spray and hand soap. I love going there once in while to get refills on my hand centizer and hand sope, the fragrance of it smells amazing.

Miss Debbie turned what would have been an hour long argument over living room smells with my girlfriend into a nice five minute ordeal. She knew just about every scent going on in the store and got us taken care of. Thanks miss Debbie!!!

I love the sevice that I get when I walk into Bath and body.They also have good sales and you are able to test some of the products.I purchased the marshmallow pumkin late lotion, shower gel and fragrance.I also purchased the thousand wishes foaming sugar scrub with lotion and shower gel. The scrub and shower gels smell awesome and you will get a lot of suds from them.
