Been to this location 2 times & for some reason employees keep following me around even after I refused their help. I LIKE LOOKING AROUND OKAYYY!! LET ME SHOP IN PEACE! Won’t be back!

This is my local Sally store, & my go to for every hair color I fancy. Customer service is always great, no complains so far & have been shopping here for about 3 years now since I moved to Dallas. Highly recommended, the staff are always helpful 👍

Went there today only cause it was the closest one around where we were shopping. Even though it was a quick trip , the lady that helped me really was great on helping find what I needed for my hair. She was great on answering my questions. Thank you

The ladies here are very nice and the store is nice too! The only downside is the location. Its difficult to get out because traffic doesnt care about letting you in. But I will return again. 4 stars only because of the location

I bought a gift card over there, the card never was activated but they took my money, when I came back to get a solution none of them was able to help me (even their district manager, such a cold person who just care about the store but not about customers) their excuse was their system crashed at the moment of the transaction and they didnt have a record so I showed them the charges of my bank from Sally, they just ignored me.Even WORSE the employee wanted to pay the card from her own money because the customer service didnt do any about!! (?!?!) Really nice person but I didnt accept that...I just walked out from the store loosing $50.00It was a total fraud!!They just keep my money I NO ONE was able to get a solutionSo disappointing

Where do I begin... the experience started out great. The two ladies working gave lots of advice and support in helping find products. However, its clear they have not been trained how to properly check out or make corrections using the register. One of the sales clerks actually tried to say she had reimbursed my money after voiding the items. Unfortunately she forgot to credit my card... she did not understand you cannot get your money back if its not on your card. The original error occurred because I was triple charged. The attendant did not catch the error I did and when I asked she said I thought something was wrong. They diligently worked to figure out why the total would not add up to credit my account. At this point I fault management for not supporting their staff and not properly training their staff. When I spoke to the manager she said they have access to a help line but she could not help because she was off. The attendants did not feel the help line could would help the process. In the end the money was credited and an hour later I was able to leave. The attendant did not want to provide the original receipt. I had to explain that if there is an issue with my bank I have to provide the receipt. She then after 5 minutes of debating gave it to me. She felt the need to write across it that she had credited my account... the funny thing is the whole issue stemmed from them taking money from my account... It makes you wonder do people really think! I just wanted my money back. At this point I will never enter another Sallys Beauty supply. Ulta here I come.

Good selection, clean store, fair prices. They run good sales/coupons if u manage to catch one. Staff are friendly at this location. Hit or miss on how knowledgeable the staff is, but this one is not a professional hair Salon, so that’s understandable.

This is the nicest Sallys Beauty Supply I have ever been in! Not only were my friend and I greeted with a smile and a Welcome to Sallys, while I was browsing the Haircolour, someone politely asked if I needed help! This store is modern, larger aisles, well-stacked with everything! There was a lot of nail supplies and Cosmetics!! Nice ones, too! Theres a great selection of Haircolour, I buy the ION Demi Permanent for my hair and I love it!! Theyve got ALL the fashion shades and theres extensions available as well. Then theres the Shampoo & Conditioners, so many choices, I was impressed.This was the nicest Salon Supply Ive ever been in. Im a Licensed Cosmetologist of 39 yrs, I work in a High End Salon in Dallas.

Went in to take advantage of the BOGO 1/2 price liter special for shampoo. Great deal when they have the special and am usually down the last few squeezes in my bottle.

This is the store to get hair products. The prices are more reasonable than even Wal Mart.

I went to buy beard dye and they didnt have black. One of the attendants told me to wear for the hair, which was the same and it turns out that he does not paint the beard, I have done it several times and the beard remains the same, he does not have the paint left.
