Easy going business.Everyone thinks their old computers are worth more than they are but they are not. I really didnt expect anything but a safe place to get rid of my old computers without loosing sleep about Info. on the hard drives. Found It with Laptop Zone and a little gas money. Im happy!!

Good customer service. However, tech support was a little rough when they gave me back my gaming computer and mounted the cpu cooler the wrong way. Great store for selling old computers. Would recommend for selling electronics. Would not recommend for computer service.

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with customer service. They Gave me an incredibly lowball offer on my computer that I foolishly took and they refused to sell my computer back to me. They refused to give me information about their eBay so I could buy it from there and the boss cursed me out for no reason and refused to talk to me in the store. I will never return here and anyone would be a fool to go here as well. These “wonderful” reviews are straight lies.

I searched all over town for a 180 watt charger for my gaming laptop, Frys nor Micro Center had one. I took a chance and called Laptop Zone, they had multiple 180 watt chargers on hand, staff was extremely friendly and more than helpful. They even offered to test my charger just in case it wasnt the charger that was messed up. I cant recommend these guys enough for everyone else, they even saved me 5 bucks from buying one online. As far as the Burger guy and Craigslist scam, I could honestly see that being an honest mistake from these guys.

How can a business owner threat a customer by taking car license photo for giving one star rating , those 5 star ratings are not real all those are paid, i went to laptop zone for my friends laptop repair he is saying that it is not Fu**g India to give one star rating, he has a kind of racist behavior, i dont know why this kind of people do business.He is very rude saying M**F** word and he came to my car and took license plate picture when we leaving the car.He is so awful and lunatic. i am uploading his pictures while he taking my car license plate picture and i also have the video proofs.

Not one for reviews. Took in my laptop. Guy was very helpful. They checked it out couldn’t pick it up same day so next day was fine. But idk great experience ended up being the motherboard. LaptopZone is the best pawn shop to buy used iPhone. You can’t believe how economical stuff they are selling.

Look nowhere else. GO HERE. I brought in my laptop with a touchpad that was stuck. They charged me below what they regularly charged because it was seemingly an easy fix. I have a razer 15 which wouldve costed $120 if I went through Razer and that is just the initial diagnostics.. which doesnt begin to cover the repair parts and labor. I paid 3rd of that price and got it fixed ON THE SAME DAY. I had the same problem again week or two later they fixed it ON THE SPOT and did not charge me a cent and I told him I was willing to pay! They are professional and very generous. Please dont take advantage of their generosity. What they charge you is already way below what the manufacturer or best buy might charge you. I dont care if this voids my warranty for Razer because I rather give all my money to this shop to get it repaired. Razer will never see another dime from me ever again. Just glad that I have a guy to go to that wont charge me ridiculous prices.
