Couldn’t have had a better experience here. The staff couldn’t have been nicer, more helpful, more courteous, or more thoughtful. I needed a cracked phone screen repaired and not only was VLG the lowest and most reasonable price out of the multiple places I called, but they got it fixed for me the same day (it only took 45 minutes!!!) and did a WONDERFUL job with the repair. The screen looks like it was never cracked! I’ve been to other phone repair places and by far I got MUCH better service here. I won’t be going anywhere else from now on! Can’t say enough great things about VLG!!!! LOVE THEM!!!!

We got my husband’s phone screen replaced here and couldn’t have been more satisfied. They had a great price and were so helpful from beginning to end. Very professional, straight to the point, and honest work.

My boyfriend was in a time crunch and needed his phone fixed before our flight. They helped us right away and fixed the phone within an hour. Phone screen looks better than the original one! I also got a screen protector that they put on for me and it has no bubbles and is a thick glass. Would highly recommend!

Ive broken my phone screen probably a dozen times in my life and this is by FAR the best repair experience Ive ever had. Super friendly and professional staff and they gave me great discounts on a case that I bought along with the repair. The price of the repair was also cheaper than anywhere else Ive been, but the quality is just as good -- if not better! Referring any of my future friends here. 11/10

I cracked my XS Max screen decided I wanted to fix it instead of just getting a new phone. I had some problems with the new screen that I assume were a manufacturer defect, took the phone in and they were happy to fix it free of charge. Everything seems good now! Great people and they honor their warranty.

Very professional and fast service. 30-45 min wait..when my screen was fixed the right side of it was acting a little wonky so I went back in and told them and he put another new screen and fixed it like new with no problems. Words can not describe the work they did on my iPhone 11. The technicians are well trained. Explained what exactly the problems were on my phone.I came in with a screen problem but later found out that the screen was working but it was something else. They saved me money and saved me time on my repair. In my opinion, they are doing a better job repairing phones than Apple itself.If youre looking for a fast and reliable service these guys are it. I was planning to have my phone screen repaired at a nearby store, but they had a five-hour wait. I ended up here, with a perfectly repaired screen in less than 45 minutes for WAY cheaper than the other store. Highly recommended.

WARNING! After this place opens up your phone dont expect your phone to have any type of water resistance (iPhone X). Spent $200 for a screen and battery replacement and accidentally splash water on the phone that advertises a water resistance up yo 1m. Took my phone back in for repairs and the staff said it was a software problem. As many of you know water doesnt effect software only hardware. Dont get your phone repaired here!!

These guys are very good. They fix your iPhone professionally and it only takes about 20Minutes. No need to go to Apple store and pay the full retail prices. These guys are just as quality and are only a portion of the price. they’ve fixed my iPhone twice, and I won’t go another place for an iPhone repair as long as I reside in DFW.They also threw in a free screen protector my second trip and offered a small discount for second time.
