We visited this place while walking around in AT and T discovery district. We just looked around, and the kids had great time discovering all those fun games and stations. The employees were very friendly and welcoming. Nice setup and decorations.

Michel Arce at AT&T was excellent. He helped me pick out a new phone, set up my new phone and file a claim on my daughters lost iPhone watch. He was very patient, considerate and knowledgeable. Before today I had seriously considered leaving AT&T, but because of his help and great customer service, I will continue with my service.

Never had customer service in my life as good as I got from Michel Arce. He new everything I could imagine to ask. Was beyond helpful, and just a genuinely cool guy. Whoever is running the store should be very thankful to have him. Above and beyond, 10/10.

I visited this store after activating my new phone at home went very poorly. The issue ended up being a doozy. Michael Arce went above and beyond to make sure the issue was fixed. He never stopped trying to find solutions to the problem even when the technical support call center wasnt helpful. Experiencing this kind of customer service and high level of effort is so rare. This store is so lucky to have him.

Luis, Vivian, Angel, and Jason are rock stars. I came in to buy my first iPhone and switch to ATT from Verizon and received the best in store experience I have ever had. Luis really was there for me when I came in to switch my phone after I was sent the wrong one and stayed with me as i transferred my information. All the while explaining how the iPhone worked, what to expect, and explaining to me all the different accessories available. Recommend coming to this store if you are in the area. Great store and a great team.

The experience was great! I went in for a new phone and it couldnt have been more seamless. Michael A. walked me through the entire process, got me a better deal on rates, transferred all of my apps data from the old phone to the new one, paired my new watch to the new phone and did so as quickly as the process would allow. The place is all tech, super clean and the people are great. Couldnt have been better. Thank you guys!

Super cool for family or people who wanna just have a little time for lay down or eat or drink. The only thing i dont like is like for charge your phone or being in the area of chargers need to be maximum one hour and thats the thing i dont like it but the other stuff its awesome

Great place to stop by, very friendly staff Manuel really cool dude he spoked Spanish which really helped out my parents since they only speak Spanish. We went ahead and bought a new phone he helped us pick out a phone and everything.

We went to att district for the first time and we went to exchange hall to look for some food to enjoy and we went to revolver taco and grab some tacos but since we got to the cashier area the guy was taking the orders was pathetic rude and he was eating in front of the customer talking with his mouth full no customer service at all. Any way we order tacos asada’ pulpo’ pollo’ and it took forever. The guy making the tacos was just not feeling it .. the asada tacos were no flavor and I don’t even think is wagyu it was so dry… not fresh at all ‘ the pollo was terrible too it taste like chicken from sam’s club. With Mayo and pineapple.. pulpo just plain no flavor .. I meant the only one thing it was good was the tortilla.. salsa or Chile de Árbol salsa was no flavor at all not spicy nothing so disappointed on places like this where there’s no service.. no good food .. and they supposed to have a good reputation for their fresh hand made corn tortillas and fresh food.. but no’ like they said don’t believe everything you see in social media..

AT&T is currently headquartered in Dallas Texas and has a net revenue of $181 billion per year. Talk About some serious dough. This particular location is one of three in the whole USA. (The other two are in San Francisco and Chicago.) I recommend stopping here at least once to resolve any of your AT&T inquiries because their environment, staff and ambiance are one of a kind special. I will now only visit this location when I need anything from AT&T. Take a chance on this store and I’m about 95% sure you won’t be #disappointed.

Ayesha was extremely welcoming and knowledgeable of both AT&T products and the area in which she works. I’m a long time AT&T customer and she had answers for all our questions and gave us the true experience I was hoping for when I walked through the door.

I recently visited the AT&T experience store to switch carriers and I couldn’t have had a better experience outside of standard restrictions due to COVID-19. I did have my 2 son’s in toe and I will say I typically don’t bring them to things that can be a lengthy process mainly because I feel bad for staff knowing good and well how children can be. That being said when we arrived we were greeted and asked how we could be helped. I worked directly with Sergio but had also worked with Karen and April who all made sure that myself as well as the boys were comfortable and taken care of! I will most definitely be recommending this location as well as April, Karen and Sergio to anyone looking to switch to AT&T! I will also be back to show friends this location! I have never been anywhere like this before and felt like a kid in a toy store!! Thanks for the headache free experience we actually had a blast!!

Great, friendly place. Generally good staff, and a fantastic environment based around Friends Central Perk. Some cool memorabilia to buy as well. Recommended if youre in the area. Parking is so incredibly stupid (the NOT free garage is a good hike away), but its like that with most downtown dallas places.
