My husband and I ordered new phones by phone and had them delivered to the store as we were out of town and porch pirates are an issue in our neighborhood. Upon our arrival at the store, the AT&T employee chastised us for having the phones delivered to the store even though this was an option on purchase. We were not told when we purchased the phones that we would need an appointment to set them up and an appointment wasn’t available for 4 days. We would also need to back up our old phones at home because the store doesn’t have WiFi?! How does the AT&T store not have WiFi?! Totally unsatisfactory experience. Will not go there again.

Had a great experience at this store with George! He was quite helpful and responsive to all the questions I had while setting up my new plan. I came to the store because of a promotion but after the exceptional service I received from George I feel better about choosing AT&T.

Had to buy a phone for the first time in ten years what a torturous and laborious experience. After going to several stores and being up-sold products I didn’t need, no I don’t need cable or the Disney channel.I need a phone. Also why did both stores take over an hour to get the information. It was seriously easier to get a home loan bs paying cash for a phone.I decided to stop by one more place. I am glad that I did Giovanni was amazing. He had me in out in less then 15 minutes with a brand new shinny IPhone 11. I would highly recommend coming by this location and seeing Giovanni.

This was the worst retail experience I’ve ever had in my entire life, hands down, without question. I came in to order an update for the new iPhone and was behind two people.. here I am just left an hour and 20 mins later after talking to no one. Given there was only one employee on duty and the customer before me had no idea what she was trying to order or what she was doing but this is absolutely unacceptable. To add insult to injury, the salesman and female customer ahead of me were definitely flirting the whole time, which added time to the whole process. Never coming back to this location, and this even makes me question AT&T as a whole company.

I am not an AT&T customer, i went in to pay someone elses bill for them. They treated me with the upmost courtesy. They also assisted me from start to finish. I was in and out in a whip. Great Service.

This is NOT an AT&T store. It is a 3rd party retailer, know the difference. 3rd party retailers are not allowed to do 2 year contracts and a number of other things. I just wanted the next upgrade to my two year plan and I hadnt done as much research as I should have apparently. The guy told me AT&T had done away with all 2 year contracts and I unfortunately believed him. Throughout the experience it did not feel like he had my best interest at heart. I needed the new phone and was under the impression there was no difference between this store and regular store. Unfortunately my experience did not end here, the day after leaving I get a text message saying I had used all my .25 gigs of data for the month... The guy had changed my plan. I had to go back in and get it changed with the new rep saying, That guy was new and didnt know what he was doing. Very reassuring since I just let this guy essentially decide my phone bill for NEXT 20 months. Nonetheless, they changed it right there, this is why they get 2 stars.Then comes next, I drive home and open the charger from my box...its an insignia brand charger that does not work. Not even an apple brand charger in my brand new iPhone 6s. I again make another trip to the store, I tell the new rep what happened. He validates that this charger doesnt work on ANY iPhone device. He proceeds to call his boss who says that he cannot give me a new one without paying for it. If I could go back in time I would have much preferred to go to an actual AT&T store instead.

I give them a one-star review because they dont keep their word. Ive followed through with several of their bonus offers of a Visa card for switching to their service - but weve received nothing. I have reason to believe the ATT employees are stealing these cards instead of sending them to the businesses that switch to ATT service.Just know that when you see the offer for a Visa card or Amazon card for switching to their service, it is a fraudulent offer.

This is a long story, but worth reading. If this review saves one person from making the mistake of going to AT&T it will be worth it. My husband and I switched to AT&T for the military discount. When they created our account there was a “glitch” and somehow they created 2 accounts. One account with my husband and another with myself and our children. Now keep in mind my husband and I had NO clue this had happened. A few days later AT&T notices their mistake and and joins both accounts. This leaves the account my husband was in alone out in limbo with a $35 balance. Keep in mind we have no clue any of this had happened, but AT&T does. Anyways, 4 months go by and my husband receives a call about this unknown account and balance. He was explains that there was never supposed to be 2 accounts, and the rep from AT&T says “don’t worry about that sir, the account now has no balance. We apologize.” A few days later my husband gets another call about the same account. He tries to explain to the rep that this had already been taken care of, but this rep is YELLING over my husband! She is telling him that she is going to send the bill to a third part collection agency. We are in the middle of buying a house and we can’t have that. So my husband gets frustrated and hangs up. I then try calling the 611 or whatever it is to call customer service myself and try with a different rep. Guess what?? That rep that my husband hung up on disconnected all of our services. Yes, unbelievable. So we head down to AT&T. We talked to the nicest guy, but this situation was far above his pay grade. The manager, Mark, came out and did his best to help us. He spent 3 hours on the phone but couldn’t fix the issue due to the disconnection being from the malicious rep collecting on the mysterious account. Mark, the manager, says to us “oh yeah, those reps will cut off your service if you make them angry.”. At the end of the 3 hours he says there is nothing he can do and he hopes he can have it resolved in a few days. Keep in mind folks I have teenagers and no cell phones, internet, or cable....Not to mention my husband missed out on work calls that totaled over a thousand dollars. I run a business as well and had customers and employees unable to contact me. The next day we go back and spend another 3 hours. Still not fixed. Finally they get the phones back on but the cable and internet still gives us issues going in and out. AT&T’s idea of making it right to us was a $50 credit on our bill. So let me get this straight. AT&T screws up and creates 2 accounts. Not my fault. Then merged them together without telling us. Then sends the account into collections. The account we didn’t create or ask for. Then they yell at us over a bill on an account we didn’t know existed and maliciously shut off our services. Leaving us with TEENAGERS and no cell phones, cable, or internet for 2 days and my husband missing out on over a thousand dollars worth of work....$50?? I spent 6 hours in their store trying to resolve a mess they created and they offer a $50 credit?? Wow. Congratulations AT&T. You suck.

I am an easy grader with lots of nice things to say about most folks and life. However, BEWARE, this IS NOT an AT&T Owned store! Take your business elsewhere please! This really matters if you have any issues at all! We went in looking for a replacement iphone for my daughter just after the new year. The sales associate (no longer working at the location, of course) said Hey, we have a two for one promotion going on and why dont you buy an iphone X and you will get the iphone 8 for free! Sounded like an ok deal if a bit of an upsell = X obviously costs more than 8, but heck its a neat phone and if I get the 8 for free, sounds good. Guess what? HE BOLD FACE LIED!!! BTW, the credit card number I used that day for the purchase was also mysteriously stolen/used only 2 days later, but that could be a coincidence.Afterwards, when seeing a sinking fund payment charge for the iphone 8 each month, I called and kept getting the run around from AT&T customer service for the first 3 mos. Sir, the promotion you are talking about doesnt kick-in for first little while, because it acts as a bill credit (true), that will only be reversed after the processing is complete and your service stays in place for a couple mos (true). Dont worry it will show up in a month or two. Same answer month 3 and 4, when called on month 5 saying this is ridiculous I have already paid over $100 for a phone you sold to me as free, THEN on month 5, they say, Sir, you are right, but we found that our promotion actually wasnt effective that period, you werent eligible, AND since you didnt buy it from an owned store, go back and address it with our VENDOR. OMG, REALLY???? What a disaster. Immediately going back in person to the store with the sales associate name, etc (kept all records) and the manager says he isnt authorized to handle the issue, but dont worry, a mysterious third person who apparently only works 1 day a week handles these. Calling back 2 times since and he first needs to check on status and second time isnt available. BEWARE!!!!! This is no better than theft in my opinion. These guys lie and YOU are at risk because AT&T doesnt stand behind their sales tactics. I would guess the salesman had a short term sales goal for beer money that week, and figured he had a sucker who wouldnt care. Guess what, its real money to real people and I am going to take it to the mat. If it happened to us, Im sure it has happened to many more people. GO ELSEWHERE if you want honesty, well trained associates, any modicum of courtesy or customer service or someone who might actually stand behind their products, people or policies.

I am a ATT customer for the past 15 years and my experience at this store has been my absolutely worst experience. I got a a new phone from an assistant manager named gabriel, who he was such in a rush to push me out of the store(near closing time) that he messed up my order 3 times. finally when he got the right phone, he packed my stuff up on a back and rush me put of the store, I tough that the receipt was in the bag... it turns out that he never gave a receipt. So a week after I wanted to exchange the phone and go back to iPhone instead of Samsung and I went to a different store, it turns out that I was not able to return the phone because I did not have a receipt (Gabriel never gave me one). They told me to go back to the place where i got it initially. So I went back to this location and I was again denied the exchange because I did not have the receipt, they told me to come back and talk to the manager... so I did, I went back to talk to the manager and she told me I was out of the exchange period of 14 days and that she could not exchange it..... given that the only reason I was out of the 14 days was because of the negligence of the other manager.... she refused to exchange my phone given the negligence of people that work there..... STAY AWAY From this place and do your self a favor!

Toye is amazing. My mother and I were having some serious technical difficulties with our phone data. Customer support said theyd fix it in a week, but that wed probably just have to buy new phones. We were traveling too, so that could have been very dangerious. Toye used to work in the tech side of AT&T and fixed the issue almost immediately. Thanks Toye!!
